Order on line, fast delivery, correct part. Was kept updated on where my part was in route.

Good That's all I have to say. Shouldn't have to put 50 characters if I don't want to. If I had that many characters to say some thing then I would be unhappy. 50 characters to say some thing good is starting to aggravate me. Is this enough characters? Now can I go on with my life? Shouldn't have to be mandatory.

Needed a compensator for a bike parts were in stock and got to me quickly

I received the order correctly. The mirrors are very nice however not exactly what I needed and this was because I was sort of ordering in the dark. Several times now J&P Cycles has not responded to my request for product information prior to the sale. Since the sale I have asked for information on other products. My inquiries have not been answered.

The rocker box cover gaskets came in a soft package and were bent in half. Luckily I was able to straighten them out so I could use them. The other parts were fine and I completed the job.

When I received the Mustang seat I ordered it showed obvious signs that it have been installed before.
The underside had a few scuffs. The seat itself was in like new condition on top but I suspect it was installed on a bike and a return repackaged as new. The original box showed signs that it opened and retapped.

Shopping on the site is always simple. I used the search bar for these pants since I knew what I wanted. Ordering is easy. Shipping was fast. The only negative was I had never received an "item has shipped" email, unless it went to Spam. However, I received an "item being delivered" email quickly by surprise. These arrived day before something i ordered a week earlier from a different site.

I ordered my rear tire on Sunday after I had scheduled maintenance for my Scout. It shipped on Tuesday and was delivered on Thursday which was the drop off day. Everything worked out great.

While installing the hub to the clutch basket wasn't hard at all, i installed the whole clutch basket and went to tighten the mainshaft nut while holding the diaphragm mounts with my hand one of them broke off rendering the hub useless

Somewhat disappointed, used to get parts in 3-4 days now it seams to take a week or longer
