Please be careful when order from JOOM. The sizes are not true to their description, worst of all, I ordered three items in one order, all the same size, one came the right size the other two way too small, so it is not only the sizes do not match, it's also in on pack they have different sizes. I tried to replace them, had to sent a lot of pictures to prove that they are different sizes, still was required more picture and it was for several time, so I gave up. I spent more time providing the evidences for the wrong size than it worth my time. They still told me I did not have enough evidences :)
I have had no end of trouble with joom delayed packages offers of 50%refund damaged orders and they don't get onto shippers or couriers or customs about packages it is left all to us they have details of when a package is being sent but say they are intermediary and can't get in touch they are the sellers and should have, all details of the people they use they sent me a copy of hermes details so they. Do have them just can't be bothered want to sell the goods but can't be bothered to do the work that comes with it need boycotting
I ordered a doll for my daughter and It is not even close to the description that Joom has up. It says it's soft silicone vinyl doll... And when I received it the limbs are made of a very firm non-mobile plastic. I sent an email about the discrepancy in the doll description and I was told send pictures for proof, And after those pictures weren't good enough I also had to send a picture of the shipping label. After a third email form me, I was questioning the customer service on whether or not this was just a joke or massive delay so you can't get your money back, just keep asking for things that push you past your return date. Lastly I was requested to send more pictures and a video of how hard the plastic was. This place is a complete scam if you buy anything and it does not match the description or what you were expecting... Don't expect anything from this completely useless overseas company. Buy American!
I was surprised by the fast delivery of the headphones I ordered. Moreover, the quality of the sound is perfect in spite of the fact that the price is really small.
My order took a month to arrive and they sent the wrong coloured item. I requested to cancel/be refunded because the item ordered was so overdue, they refused. Now I am still awaiting correspondence as to how to return/be refunded since it is not only late, but it is also not the correct item. Appalling service. I would not recommend using them. I have never publicly complained about a retailer before.
I canceled two orders within 30 minutes of placing them. They claim the refunds would hit my account within 14 days and they even emailed me to confirm they refunded the orders even though they did not. When I contacted them about it, they asked me to send them bank statements. I'm disputing the charges with VISA and reporting them to the consumer fraud department with the US Attorney General's office.
Horrible company! My shoes never arrived and they still won't give me the promise refund. Costumer service is ridiculous.
BAD COMPANY, DOES NOT SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER WHEN THEY HAVE A PROBLEM. REQUEST WARRANTY THE CUSTOMER SHOULD SPEND MONEY TO PROVE THEM THAT IT WAS THE PARTS HE BUYED DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE BUY FROM JOOM ONE PART 20 EURO AND THEY ASK ME TO SPEND MONEY TO FAIL THAT THEY DO NOT WORK FOR WARRANTY.
If I don't get my items on bringing a lawsuit against you I want my items y'all say it's supposed to be delivered at a certain date I want my items
You show them by description, photos and videos and they keep asking you to do it repeatedly even if you say you want to return and get a refund. Everyday for 7 days we are in this loop. Show video of defects - done! Then they say to redo. It is just a scam - they wont let you refund. Please see their ratings and reviews before buying. My mistake i should have. It is the same modus operandi
I purchased a carrying case for my phone that you can place around neck. When it arrived, it did not fit my phone. I contacted customer support in order to return item for full refund. The 1st response requested the make and model of my phone (even though this information was provided in the initial customer service request). The next response was to send a photo of item and the parcel it was delivered in (I kept the package). The 3rd response was that I can return the item to the seller but I would have to pay for shipping and handling (the item was $10), but if item was not as advertised then they could resolve it "without any extra hassle". They then requested the following information:
-photo of your phone in the case, demonstrating the issue
- photo of the back of your phone without a case
- screenshot/photo of the "About phone" section in the settings of your phone, where the model of the phone can be clearly seen.
Why would I provide this personal data? This is a very dishonest company. After receiving this last request, I am convinced that I am not dealing with a legitimate company. I have contacted my credit card company to file a complaint.
25% of my orders are not delivered, If you do get a refund you lose out on the currency conversion. They are no cheaper than your local budget shop, in fact over the total I lost out. Average order delivery is 2 months
To me I see joom as I see The 'amazon' to 'ebay' -Joom being Amazon and 'wish' being eBay. Like anything from online wherever you get it, the key is to make sure you look at the description, pictures also maybe the reviews before buying. Also take into account which country it's from as some sizes vary (but there is a brilliant size chart -if not by size by measurements) the customer service team chat is really helpful if needing answers that aren't on the Q&A. Whenever an issue has arisen it's been replicated (usually refunded) before I notice e. G out of stock / lost in post etc.)
Personally no complaints! The app and services are great if any issues faced it's from the sellers / transit (very rare) not the app or service.
Just also want to point out that the searching options are amazing too with categories and subcategories for the finer searches. Though if anything I guess they could do with adding extra filters for various items especially the clothes (you can search sleeve type of tops but not skirt lengths - but for the vast amount of products from house - pets - self care etc, can't grumble at a few filter options.
The advocado kimone, face mask(buff) and puffy cuffed sleeve blouse are just a few items of the many I have ordered using the app. Matched the description and sizes great.
When you've a problem with this company joom ignore you don't listen to what your saying come out with all sorts of excuses which always place the blame with you when the blame is clearly visibleooking and feeling the quality of the crp their selling absolutely nothing like thier pictures
I keep saying I've had enough a d lost enough money But I'm lured back by the lovely pictures of thier merchandise pure fantasy

Worst possible experience with joom anytime i ordered anything it arrived late and the quality was dismal the sizes are not what they said on the website i ordered an XL suit for my husband who is a 32 waistband and it was extremely small in fact it was more suited to my 9 year old son and when something isn't delivered the say it takes 14 days for a refund which is also late I'm currently waiting for a refund for an item that wasn't delivered and when i did the web chat the person i spoke to today, Egor was very sarcastic and arrogant saying the 14 days haven't finished yet and i explained it was 13th day and the fourteenth day would be a Sunday and that the refund wouldn't clear on a Sunday in a bank and he just replied well contact us tomorrow honestly you would be better buying something from a charity shop or car boat sale it would be better quality
Poor quality. Can't get a refund. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I use their email but it keeps bouncing back. Seems like a rip off business

I can't track my order on the app & emails to support team going round in circles. I had an email saying its been shipped & to track on app the BOOM i have no orders oops something went wrong! NOT HAPPY ALONG WITH THE REST ON THIS SITE
Answer: I'm still waiting in September for things i ordered in JUNE. Thank God my remaining items only total about $5. I'm not ordering from them ever again. It's a scam.
