Yesterday they scammed me a lousy R150, and today are trying to scam R1000 from me from the help desk while the agent wants R10 000,The scammer on the Help Desk rotates different bank accounts, which i assume he gets from drug addicts,I also suspect he is a ***** by nationality "From above the equator " as i have seen this scam before from those Africans living now in South Africa causing so much chaos and heart ache.They use a Platform Called Joom.This is a scam and is full of actors. I suggest Cyber Police to Look into this matter as these people rob many innocent people.They must be jailed! Joom must be expelled from the internet as the represent the dark side of the net making it unsafe, Furthermore i am inspired to help expose more schemes like this by conducting more research on how scammers or cyber bullies and fraudsters defraud the innocent of their hard earned money,https://www.joomshop.cc/# thats the website their certificate will expire in August 2023,"Issued On Monday, July 10,2023 at 2:50:09 PM
Expires On Sunday, October 8,2023 at 2:50:08 PM".This is a typical hit and run type of scam. They milk u small amounts daily till they block you.Some times they ask that u give them your email password,or passwords that will allow them to hack your personal information.

Ordered a watch from this so-called company in May which was advertised to take 28 days now in July. I still haven't seen at the tail of it. They say I can't get a refund until the 2nd of August. Apparently the last watch they sent me out got as far as Birmingham, and then what is abandoned, I would advise people never to deal with this firm they have got no standards at all.

They asked me to give them proof of the products weight from the poștal office în my country to prove them that I didn t received 1 of the 2 items I bought. So...I couldn t and I just made them a free gift from my pocket

I often order on this site, sometimes it's too long, but much cheaper than I can buy in specialized shops. Last thing I bought there were brushes for the nailart. I'm pleased. Thanks. The only cons is the long shipping.

My package never turned up I buy from SHEIN all the time and they are excellent Joom the delivery took more then a month then when they said it was delivered it wasn't Australia post said that the size of the package could not have been what was in the envelope as it fit thru the letter box slot no way 5 adult sized clothing would have fit just received the run around from the company and basically lost my money do not buy

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME

Totally disappointed! Thieves, that is what they are! I expected seriousness, I ordered 3 sets of men's briefs in 6XL size online, paid by card together with the transportation fee and got only one set. When asked for information, they had an offensive attitude and blamed me for not having evidence. I never received any documentation inside my package. I had them reported to the authorities, I bet I'm not the only one scammed!

I ordered a relatively expensive item from this website, as Joom by far had the best price for the item ( my item was for sale on Joom for about 300 Canadian dollars, Amazon and other sites have it for about 500 Canadian dollars. Jacked way up)

Since I have never heard of this website before, it basically just me taking a risk, willing to lose the $300. Especially when I read the other reviews for Joom on here.

Happy to report that I got the item, it shipped to me within the time frame that Joom communicated, and arrived in perfect condition.

Pleasant surprise.

They are real

Yea lots of reviews here fail to realise. These guys are cheap and slow but your stuff eventually arrives and it's as described. They are real and they are legit and the what I got from them was a really great deal, like 40% cheaper than elsewhere.

Useless

This is the most useless company ever. Customer service is pathetic and nearly non-existent I ordered from them a month ago according to the tracking the order was handed over to DHL on the 18th of November then it went dark for 3 1/2 Weeks and on the 14th of December I get a notification it's been handed to DHL again. Where has it been sitting for nearly a month that's probably damaged if it's been sitting somewhere for that long. The problem is I ordered it so it would get to me in Australia and time before I left to come to New Zealand I travel to New Zealand in 6 days and there is no way this item will be with me I therefore have requested them at their expense to contact the shipping company and have it redirected to me in New Zealand where I will be for the next 6 months I certainly don't want a $400 parcel sitting on my doorstep where people can steal it for six months I basically told them they do that or they refund me in full. If they fail to refund me I will put in a dispute with my credit card company and request to have them blacklisted. I have bought from many e-commerce companies around the world and I have never had an issue and if I have it is been sorted out immediately or a refund given instantly. But this company has just marked me around and these so unhelpful it's not funny I would seriously avoid using this company I don't trust them any customer service is nonexistent

Update apparently the item has been delivered I don't have it that's not at the house it's nowhere to be seen I contacted them to tell them and their advice was to contact Australia Post which I've already done and Australia Post advise me there's not much they can do as only the sender can lodge an enquiry or an investigation and as I'm not the sender too bad I lose out. This company has ruined my holiday ruined my Christmas and his paws me so much stress and wasting time writing to them it's not funny and they refuse to refund my money so I will now be taking them to court and I will be going to my bank and I will be getting my money back in full I suggest you avoid this company. They may have great deals on products but when something goes wrong don't expect them to try and put it right because they just don't care.

I knew the items wouldn't be high quality but these are the worst items I've ever ordered. The size large tops couldn't even fit a 10 year old. I have seen much better clothing at the dollar store honestly. So disappointed and took around 3-4 weeks to deliver. Hope they will process a refund.

Company based on lies

This company is completely out of control and built on lies. I do not recommend anyone to have a relationship with them. This company embezzled my money and has not returned it to me. Their goods are also of very low quality and do not correspond to what is shown in the photos.

1 year ago, I left a 4-star review on the Playstore because I only had issues with the shipment. Now I update it to a 1 star.

Here's the gist of it. I've contacted the in-app customer support and asked if there's a problem with my account as I'm always seeing (from day 1) the same items displayed every day while others are always unavailable. And they had the nerve to tell me that my account is restricted and that I can no longer make purchases.

I asked them why, what's the reason for the ban? But they refuse to give me the reason. They basically quoted from their TOS that they have the right at any time, for any reason, to ban users when they wish. And that's just straight up BS!

So, to sum (I mean minus) things up:
Shipping - Negative (Usually takes months to complete)
Customer Service - Negative (They usually do a lot of copy and pasting of messages. Generally, you feel like you're talking to a robot rather than a human)
Products being showcased - Negative (Usually redundant)
Orders received - Negative (Out of 91 orders, I've only received about 20 of them. Some I managed to get a refund; others refused to issue one.)
Prices - Usually negative (A selected few will be cheap. But typically, items are expensive. I think most of these include a "hidden" shipping cost.)

Overall rating of JOOM - Negative (-1/5)

So evri lost my parcel and I confirmed they lost it with them. They said joom as the client had to make the claim.

I contacted joom they said i have to deal with evri its not down to them and then said i should call the police.

Never ever use!

Poor service

Still waiting for our dresses. We ordered those dress for the wedding end of October but till to date we didn`t receive anything from you. It is very stressful now we dont know what to do anymore. I learn my lesson not to buy anything online in my life again
