I bought a product that took a long time to arrive. The product that arrived was not the one I ordered, even if the package was right. Costumer Service kept asking silly questions, asking for photos, even when they were not possible to be made.

I signed up and purchased an item for £30. The sent me confirmation it's been paid for, but now my login dose not work. My email is not recognised so I can't do a password reset. They keep sending Adverts to my Email address but won't respond to the customer support service email that is *******@joom.com

Made a purchase which I was happy about. Then after payment they offered spin the wheel. Got 17%, so I decided to buy more, but then my cc was declined, so I tried a 2nd card, it was also declined, then I tried a 3rd it was declined. All were approved by the cc company using 2- Step verification. The bank wasn't declining my CC, it was Joom, and for the last 24 hours, all 3 of my cc's have been declined wherever I used them. I'm still trying to get them all activated again, but a lot of work. So what went wrong, Joom interprets a happy customer with a person trying to test the waters and commit fraud. Stupid company. Stupid IT people. Why not tell the customer that JOOM has declined the card and not that the CC has, so you don't blow all your good cards

A purchased order

I advise people beware of joom website, I recently purchased a smart watch and memory card for it and the claim that the store I purchased it from wasn't on their site and it was. Make a long story short they would not help to resolve the issue, I sent them proof and still nothing. I co tasted all who could assist and again still nothing. I refuse to rate because it has been a very POOR experience dealing with JOOM PURCHASES, so because I have to rate they get 1 star if I could do have that's what it would be.

They are scammers and they fake their positive reviews
They block all negative reviews on apple store and google play, and they invite their staff and families to write fake positive reviews on independent websites like this one
They reply with fake information to negative feedback on websites they dont control and they benefit from the fact that you cannot reply to their reply
Scammers app, scammers suppliers, aggressive unprofessional and un rained support team

Never buy from this place again, 2 items broke 40 quid down and find it very gard to return, no help when emailing them 40 quid down, not even going to bother with pictures as why bother this is the truth don't order go to a better site where ur guaranteed proper item that work

Ordered purple top. Arrived weeks later in green cheap material and baggy - nothing like picture on website. Did not respond to my complaints, or picture of product received. Nothing. I eventually got refund through PayPal who I paid with. They took it up for me.
Avoid JOOM!

My name i Rivers Mitchell, I purchased a 2xxl jogging suite, a while back, it did arrive and the tags say 2xxl, im 6 foot 230 so I wear 2xxl, what I received wasnt 2xxl, I took pictures sent them in, waited a few days sent them in again no responce so basically joom just took my money and a faltey product, *******@yahoo.com

Absolute SCAM
April 8, 2022

I placed an order with Joom and purchased 11 items totalling just under $400. Most of what I purchased was on sale and I also had a coupon. Apparently, each item is done as an individual order, and all charged at once, which they took out of my PayPal immediately. A couple of days later, I got a pop up that my whole order was cancelled and I could expect a refund within 7-14 days. Wtf?

Apparently, there was a "glitch" after my coupon expired and the sale ended. They told me to put through my order AGAIN, even though I'd have to wait to get my money back, and I would not have paid the same prices.

I asked her if she could cancel my refund and just reorder everything I ordered and then I would just get it for the price I originally paid. She said that wasn't possible.

BEWARE, this just happened today, so we will see if I even get my money back, but I'm FUMING! I can't believe any business in 2022 operates this way. Disgusting.

This is the WORST company ever. I received damaged goods which were also different to the sizes advertised on their website. The company has taken no responsibility and originally offered me a 20% refund. No thank you. I sent photos as requested by Joom only to be told they didn't think my damaged goods were damaged enough. I said I would send the goods back (at their cost) for a full refund. They said no and that I had to pay for the return myself and that it had to be tracked. Going from UK to China, it would cost around £25-£25! So I refused. They said they could give me a 50% discount. So I reached out to Trading Standards who have said I am eligible for a FULL refund without returning the goods as I have proof the items are faulty.
Joom's customer service is appalling and unhelpful. Don't bother with them and spend your money elsewhere.
I have raised an official complaint with Klarna to help get the rest of my bill wiped as I am refusing to pay it. I have also reached out to ECC-NET Latvia for more help (as that is where Joom are apparently based).
Avoid, avoid, avoid!

They're a rip-off

Made an order, they took the money from my bank account (debit card), and have never delivered the product. When I go to my account on their website, it says I have no orders, so I can't even cancel and ask for a refund. This is a complete scam. I don't know why the law isn't shutting them down. Thank goodness what I ordered only cost $15.
