I bought this bag and arrived broken when I send the photos and explained the problem they gave me 2£ refund lool but I payed almost 14£ for the bag... I'm not gone order anymore as this company steals from ppl
Fraudulent in as much as clothing doesn't match pictures! Items I received were of extremely poor quality and unwearable! DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE! ITEMS I received have gone to charity shop though can't imagine anyone would want them. Expensive lesson but I've learnt - will NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN! BE WARNED!

I kept checking on my orders that did not come. All companies and joom customer service blamed the time on pandemic. I asked to cancel several times items were substituted and would not refund. Then they told me my time to cancel has passed and never refunded me. I complained a total of 37 times. They picked at a review because of the vulgarity. I used "What the F**k" described how its illegal to keep money when they never shipped the item.
They are already HORSES $#*!. Do not trust them call you credit card company if you ordered. They also illegally charge foreign currency fees.

Like the fact that they offer very high quality and affordable products and put them at total access, would recommend to anyone needing a quick small purchase once in a while.
Complete scam. They send out wrong items, refuse to refund and even if you paid through paypal, you have no protection, as they request tracked return postage to a country that is more expensive than the item at your expense.
Late - Means 4-5 weeks
Poor Quality - Means You will be Surprised It's Very Poor. Even You will not be Wear it at Home Immediately I skip it.
I have bought a dog lead for a large dog, and stitching came loose on 1st use with a greyhound. I bought a dog whistle which looks like it came out of a cheap cracker, and is incredibly sharp on the edges. I bought a dog collar container for dog details, too small to hold, and can't write small enough to have anything ledgeable on it.
They only sell counterfeit products even though you pay full price. The products aren't as described and they make you cut the item into pieces instead of just donating? Horrible and wasteful company.
This is a scam! They do not deliver the goods. They use our money for 2to 3 months. We really are being scammed. Do not trust this company. Do not order. I ordered 13 different products in October as holiday presents. Now I have no holiday presents for my family! This is horrible!
Ordered and paid for 2cardigans... got two joke Bikins... worth about. 50 cent each... total fraud operation... and I very rarely get caught...
All products are inferior, fraud sellers and poor support. I've ordered 3 products from this site two of them didn't work and one didn't arrive. The shipping speed is very very worst and that too without any tracking no. They just refund the amount if we don't receive the product or the product is bad and that too after waiting for more than 2 months instead of sending a product to us. I'd suggest going with amazon as that is far better and trustworthy than Joom. Worst experience
I purchased items from joom, than realised they weren't the ones I wanted, so I contacted them, to make them aware of the situation, I cancelled all four items, straight after I paid, I checked my invoice, that's not what I wanted, the other items I wanted were still in my cart, hard to get in contact with, at least I have pay pal protection, the money was still taken out of my account when I cancelled the items
The site is full of sellers (or Chinese bots?) that steal designs from TeePublic, Design By Humans and RedBubble (and many other sites). They do not deliver when you buy - it is a scam site. Dont be stupid - dont shop there unless you want a problem or to lose your cash. AVOID at all costs - and if you want a t shirt go to the real websites and support the artists and not this strange Latvian / Chinese scam site.
DONT USE THEM. THEY ARE FAKD. THEY RIP YOU OFF. DONT ORDER ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THEIR SHOE SIZES ARE NOT ACCURATE FOR THE UK MARKET. THE PICTURE SHOWS A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF A UK SIZE 12 COMPARED TO THE RUBBISH THEY SENT ME CLAIMING IT WAS A UK SIZE 13.
Son ordered trainers which were so bad that even the charity shop declined the donation. Ripped off
Think before you order. They had the cheek to include green tea and bracelet with the shoes as they were so shot.
The clothing I received did not look like pictures. Run small, not sewn well, thin material. Very cheap quality. Terrible customer service. Total waste of $$!
I ordered dungarees that had no holes for the buttons. They told me to cut them myself for 25% refund. I said no. They said for a full refund they wanted me to send a video of me cutting or ripping them to pieces so that they are unwearable then they would refund me. What the hell? Customer services are shocking. Complete con.
I ordered 2 profuctets which didn't arrive. I contacted Joom, who said they were in the Dublin sorting office. When I contacted them they said they had never left Estonia. I informed Joop who replied that I had signed for them in Estonia. Now bear in mind I live in Waterford Ireland. Then they said if I forwsrded the email from the Dublin Post office that would be fine. Which I did. Their programme wouldn't open it. They said to download it to googledrive and send the link, which I did, they said they couldn't open it. I have asked for the complaints dept and like robots they keep reaponding with the same line. 52 emails later and no satisfaction. They are the worst ever. Totally unprofessional, lacking in English so they just click on whatever response the decide. They don't offer any solutions. They lie and give wring information. If you do as they ask they will come back with something else. They must be on commission to not help ppl. I am very upset and disappointed and as a former call center manager, I would be ashamed to say I work for Joom.
