I ordered oximeter from joom price was very good. Firstly they said arrives in a month time which was brilliant soon I purchased arrive time completely changed. Its gone up to 3 months. Eventually item arrived in UK instead of receiving item, I had a letter from Royal Mail that, the seller paid partly postage so Royal Mail wants me to pay £8.50 on the top of I already paid to joom.
I contacted the joom straight away, they exactly said. This could happen we don't take any responsibilities. I WAS SHOCKED ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED.
So you are ordering staff from them and they are not taking any responsibilities at all, apart from bluh bluh. Sorry but not sorry
I would definitely NOT recommend this organisation (JOOM) to anyone.
Totally scam, avoid it
By the way they keep sending discount code. Don't fool of that. They are encouraging people to buy and purchase ASAP then you will get surprise like I did.

Shocking site - can't call it customer service - so poor. They deliberately deceive customers. They made a mistake in 3 orders out of 5 and can't see what the problem is. I was asked to destroy an item and send photos in order to get a refund. Save your money and stick with a reputable site. Please see pics, I ordered grey faux leather jacket and received khaki green cotton jacket and they can't see an issue - how stupid do you need to be. Do not buy from these lying, cheating thieves.

I ordered an item in a size M and their size M is equivalent to a size XXXS! I requested a refund or exchange and after few messages I got blocked! Absolutely disgusting customer service, I have wasted my money, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Pretended to help me throughout this process but in the end I got blocked, you should face your company's issues not just block your consumers! Frauds, will definitely let others know of how crap they are.

I ordered one top and 3 bras. Thought it strange that they started asking about if I liked my top when I never received it do I told them (liked someone else on here) they told me it arrived ask post office. I ask my postal lady and she kind of took offence I think as she said "if not in your box it was not delivered" I told this to Joom they told me to get her to put it in writing. Then I asked them where are my bras as tracking does not work (of course it doesn't). Thry tell me they are in transit will be here soon that was 3 weeks ago. All this time I am asking for refund and they keep saying it is coming no refund till Augudt 30th. Yesterday they tell me my ticket was closed (I guess cause I never emailed them again about a refund as I do it everydsy-threstening to take action which I will with the bank) and they sent another ticket closed message. I will not give up as I don't have money to waste. Why fb let's these companies advertise there lies is beyond me. I would also give them a zero on customer service or service of any kind except taking money. Just like WISH

The size of the product which I order was a Medium which fit perfectly. The colour is nice which I purchased which was kaki green leggings/gym. However the quality of the leggings is not great especially the buttocks area when bending over the leggings are see through. Not suitable for gym use. But are comfortable to wear for a walk or with a long t shirt casual wear. But I would purchase here again but I would be aware of the quality.

Everything is as it should and, even though shipping takes long, all the products that I've bought are as advertised and work perfectly.
