I ordered a part from joom over a month ago. There so called tracking says it was in erwin TN on the 24 still no package contacted them and all the say is the warranty will start in August what a crock of $#*! $30 down the drain thanks u $#*!n Chinese basturds never again will i buy from u
I've ordered some items from them, size wrong, very poor fabrics. I've order a tracksuit and looked like a pijama. I sent bak the items, pay for first class delivery, and never received my refund back. Rhey invented fake excuses like it passed 30 days (but not true) and they said is wrong tracking number, which is a lie. So I end up with no money back and no clothes. Unprofessional.
Bought a tablet, had to pay customs check, and its a fake device, bad plastics everything. It should have a deca core helios x20 processor, 6gb ram and 64gb rom. And full hd display.
It came with a quad core 1.3ghz, 1gb ram, 16gb rom, 0.3mpx camera. And android kitkit faked to be 8.1...
After talking with costumer service, with a fake name, and only sends one reply each day... They said that only make refund if i broke the device and send pictures and keep the parts until get the refund. After i show all the proofs that they wanted. But the money from customs check they will not refund, and they should be accounted for it since the item was fake, bad or faulty.
This company is scandalous! They should NOT be allowed to do business in the USA! I have ordered 57 items from different companies, and all of them have delivered quality products on time! JOOM is a JOKE! No products or services have been provided by these hucksters! Buyer beware!
I ordered on 5th April trainers now been told delivery not till 18th July so it takes 4 months but they take your money straight away never again will i order from them ever again be very careful when ordering
I live in England. I ordered the above products. Thank manicure drill set it was not suitable for UK plugs. They told me that I ordered it like that. I didn't. I couldn't used it. An electrician advised me to vtry an adaptor. I did. The light when on but that's it. No worked ever. One pack of the tools was rusty also. To my complain I attached pictures of proof but they replied that they can't see them even though my emails confirmed sent and received. They asked me to give them my drive link to see them there. I don't know how to do it and I'm not sure if I should. The plastic garlic grinder very cheap and thin plastic broken from the first use. The jacket that was looking fab in the picture, in reality was rabbish material, wrong made and wrong -2 sizes even though in the label was the correct size. No in reality. The ring was looking very nice. I tried it on, it was the correct size, looking good too but after an hour my fingers that they were touching the ring was started itching a lot and when I took it off my three fingers was puffy, red and extremely itching. I never ware it again. Conclusion. The jacket went to charity the other on the bin companied my money. Never never again. Now I believe that the positive reviews that the have in their site are fake. It can't be other way. Be careful with them please. Rabbish.
I bought a mobile phone and when I received it, it was not charging and not switching on, I contacted support joom they wanted a proof I sent it to them and they said it was not convincing and now I have lost my my and I don't have the mobile which I paid for.
Господа, товарищи не связывайтесь с этим Joom. Очень плохой интернет-магазин (мягко сказано), если уже заказали товар то можете попрощаться и с деньгами и с товаром. Связи с продавцом нету так, что деньги не вернете. Сроки выставляют большие за это время можно забыть, что заказывали. Отследить заказ нет ни какой возможности. В общем мерзопакосная компания.

Joom sent the wrong colour item, then their support proceeded to ask for a photo every time I sent an email with the attached photo. Each time I was contacted by some made-up Bristish name, Mike, James, Geoff etc... Then they closed the support ticket and blocked my email account so I cannot open a new ticket. WORST SERVICE EVER, I Never write reviews but I will copy and paste this everywhere. STAY AWAY
JOOM took my payment and then claim they cannot find my order.
So they took my money and did not deliver.
DO NOT SHOP WITH JOOM.
If buy a product and you need support than they are willing to help you. Incase you want your money back than you can shake it. No refund! They always choose the sit of the seller even do you proof that your right.
Your better of buying your goods at GEEK or WISH
Items are alot smaller than advertised wait a long time for them should be stopped very poor quality rip off
I ordered two brackets and instead of gold it's copper and cheap looking. Then I ordered the my Giants Ring and never got it
I ordered an item, it arrived but was 2 sizes smaller than I take. I tried to return it. I've had to send lots of photos of the measurements of the item so they can see if I've been sent the wrong size. I haven't, I got what I ordered but it's way too small. They're not listening, they just want more and more photos. Is an item doesn't fit we're entitled to return it. They don't seem to understand that at all. Just bog standard responses that are irritating. Once they have your money that's it. They don't care.
DO NOT BUY FROM JOOM, THEY'RE SCAMMERS.
I received defective item and to get my money back I should send back item on my own expenses. I used to buy many times online and I never had such bad shopping experience!
NO regard for customer service, GENERIC replies multiple times when you send query.
I order from various online platforms and this one is the worst!
If you have any sense don't buy from these fakers, Once you part with your money forgets about a refund when your item comes back wrong, Joom customer services is non-existant they will fob you off with any excuse.
