FAKE ITEM. OPENED DISPUTE ON PAYPAL. DISHONEST SELLERS, ITEM PRICE ON ENVELOPE SAYS THAT IT COST 1 DOLLAR... HA HA HA... IT DOESN`T COST MUCH MORE, FOR IT`S ONLY GOOD FOR THE RUBBISH BIN! THIS IS NOT AN AUTHENTIC SANDISK FLASH DRIVE. IT ARRIVED IN A PLASTIC BAG AND ON THE BOTTOM OF THE ITEM THERE WAS A HOLOGRAM STICKER ATTACHED SAYING 256GB! WHEN I REMOVED THE STICKER I FOUND OUT THAT UNDER THE STICKER WAS SCRATCHED TO HIDE THE REAL CAPACITY IF THIS PEN DRIVE! AFTER TRANSFERRED 3 KARAOKE VIDEOS PEN DRIVE WAS FILLED UP |! 256GB MY FOOT! HENCE THE PRICES HERE! SHAME ON JOOM. I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND SO I WILL CLOSE ACCOUNT AS SOON S POSSIBILE. SANDISK SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS,
JOOM, ONLY FOOL PEOPLE ONCE, $#*!S! WASTE OF TIME & FRAUDSTERS. THIS IS FRAUD. DISHONEST COMPANY! AVOID!

I bought a tablet from Joom. It take forever for me to received it when I received the tablet it not working I tried to contact with customers services it take them forever to responded. Since it's not working now I want to return the item to get my money back it won't work that way, If I want to return for refund I have to pay for shipping fee. PLEASE don't waste your money and your times with Joom. Also all the products in China there is NO WAY they will refund your money.

I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

I ordered a make up brush a month ago, it's been shipped already! I still haven't received my package! And it won't let me track my package. I try to contact them and they won't give me a reply back. I won't ever order from them again. I think it's a scam!

Recommend joom

Iv ordered a lot from joom. Quality of items have always bin good. Items have always turned up b4 when they said it would. Ordered some usb 1tb sticks which went faulty. I sent a message an got refunded within a few days. I use PayPal

JOOM IS FRAUD!

They took my money even though I never got my product. I told them they had my old address on file but they refused to listen to me even though I immediately called it to their attention a few minutes after submitting my purchase. They pre-populated my old address automatically (I have no idea how they had my old address) but it showed up on my purchase order before I had a chance to review it and the purchase automatically went through. I followed the procedures to change the address but they disregarded the change of address.

Disaster

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They quote estimated delivery time a couple of weeks. Majority of the items never arrive but customers are not able to ask for a refund before 75 days period has expired. Cannot wait for this to end, claim my refund and uninstall the app.

So I bought a few things through Joom spend about $40 all together the next day after I bought my stuff which I just got this Visa debit card I haven't used it on anything else except joom the next day I have a charge on my debit of $47.15 that somebody spent on wish.com I don't even have an account on wish I've never bought anything on wish they say their account is secure and everything I don't think so this is the third time something like this has happened the first two times luckily my bank caught it because they were really big payments $600 on Uber was one of them and they all happened just after I use joom do not buy products on Joom

Joom sucks

I ordered something for my dirt bike over a month ago, the money was taken from my bank account and I never received my order! When I hit the track order button on their website I get a pic of Dora and it says something went wrong try again, something did go wrong I got robbed! I report them to the BBB and I have an open investigation against Joom..

Joom Need to shut down

I do not recommend this company they are a rip off artist that sang you broken products and then refuse to give you a refund and all they wanna do is give you a run around and tell you to load videos and pictures and when you do that's not acceptable they want more it's a run around it's a monopoly game and it needs to be shut down wish is so much better So is eBay and Amazon but I do not recommend this to no one very Crappy company they send you an automated system when you have to complain and you get to tell them what they wanna hear by filling in the block and if the multiple-choice is not right then you don't even get done saying half of what you need to tell them so I'm sure it's only a computer and that's all I can understand so I do not recommend this company j so is eBay and Amazon but I do not recommend this to no one very $#*!ty company they send you an automated system when you have to complain and you get to tell them what they wanna hear by filling in the block and if the multiple-choice is not right then you don't even get done saying half of what you need to tell them so I'm sure it's only a computer and that's all I can understand so I do not recommend this company joom

Ordered shower curtain and mats set only received shower curtain they say it doesn't include mats when it clearly stated it's a set. Had proof and all but they just say can't help u. Very rude arogamt people

Do not buy anything in this site is a rubbish.
I ordered some items and some of them came with defect such as tore, different colour which a ordered and my shoes came in a different size for each foot, (right foot 40, left one 38) and different designer.
I tried to contact the customer service, but every time a different person answer me, and I have to repeat the same story again and again. They do not read the previews email.
With no solution so far,..

I ordered a watch from joom on the 25th of April, initially it was going to be with me in 15 days, I complained a 7 r 8 weeks and they said I had to wait 75 days before I could apply for a refund if the watch didn't come, I messaged them again last week asking for my money back, now I have a message say it has expired, 83 days later an countless emails I'm down 82 and I can't even get an answer from them, don't order anything from joom.

Out of 5 tech orders ive had 4 items from different sellers that are dead on arrival. Their reporting and claim system is convoluted to make it difficult to claim a refund. Seems this site is used to offload cheap 2nd rate $#*!.
Wish.com is a much better option.

There is no risk whatsoever buying from JOOM. Aslo, if you pay with PAYPAL you have their protection as well - but this has never been necessary.
I think all the negative reviews come from disgruntled resellers who want to discredit Joom.
Have ordered dozens of items from them. On 3 occasions I wasn't happy with the quality - got refunded immediately, without even having to send back the items.

This is to warn every one think before order from joom. It's come from chaina, send notification that your parcel is in safer place but it's not here then when you email them you will be ask to check in local post office. Nothing to do with post office it is not Royal Mail or Yodel delivery. They give you a fake tracking number which does not recognised by any of our parcel delivery service. It will only work if you track in package Rader or Sun You. Nobody you can contact. I have lost my money. They do not give you refund until you get a letter from post office. Post office will not give any written document because it is nothing to do with them. It was my first order from joom. Will never ever try joom again. Wish is little bit better than joom. At list wish refund your money if you don't receive your item.

Please don't go anyhere Joom
They'll cheat you as they cheated me. Be wise and save your money.
The articles are rarely as described and they will not replace or refund, despite their promises. So stay well clear.
