I have ordered a variety of pieces from the Jewelry room. Unfortunately they let themselves down by using thin easy to break gold construction. I would have paid more for more solid items.
The second issue is about the slow shipping. Takes ages for goods to arrive.
This was my first time bidding on the site. It was easy to sign on, the details easy to sort and my winning bid was a great price for a product that was even better than I had hoped.

Bought gold panther pendants, if gold, war paper thin. All crushed unusable not worth $20.00 as per the jeweller I took it to for appraisal. Paid $550.00 cdn for cracker jack toys.
Site used to be reliable. Bought three items, one never showed up, the two other's might as well stayed there. Gold they said! It was a painted gold.All broken up in a state of disrepair. Gold si thin it cannot be soldered, great learning experience, cancelled my membership.
This used to be a trustworthy site. I bought three items lately. One never showed up. The two others were advertised as 18kt. Pendants with Onyx. The gold content is super thin. The ringlet that the chain should have gone through was crushed and was detached from the pendant. They did not offer to take it back and offered a $20.00 (discount) and then $40.00 (discount). The gold is so thin (paper is thicker) that the pendant cannot be worn. Moreover, the local jeweler said that he could not reassemble the ring with the pendant as the 'gold, too thin' cannot be repaired/soldered. The panther pendant cannot be handled, it's nose got indented/crushed while trying to fix it due to thinness. The two pendants I received and the one missing totaled more than $550.00 cdn. I feel that I have bee totaly had! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR $$$$$ AWAY! I ended up cancelling my membership with these yahoos! Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twic, shame on you! The jeweler told me that what I received (2 pieces) was not worth more than $25.00 cdn, and she told me that was generous!

Won five items, wait for them to be shipped. They were never shipped. Sent a email to ask what happen to them, Ed Chen the CEO told me he afraid are lost.He said they would give a coupon or refund what I paid. This happen in Oct. Have not hear from them to this day in Nov. I really enjoy doing business with the jewelryroom. I was hoping that this was a 1 time thing and they would make it right, still waiting.

Two items I won and paid for have not been received.
Placed an order on May 18th 2025. They said it would take " Est. Delivery 4-6 Weeks, Located in another store require transportation." It is now Oct 19th and my order has not shipped. I tried to contact by email and phone it goes to voicemail and no one has responded.
Haven't received much items, nor have I received any communication about the whereabouts

I am a regular customer with JewelryRoom, I have been for years. I have had no problems with receiving the Jewlery. To date I have not been disappointed with what I have received. Shipment is a little bit on the dear side of things but that's becoming an issue the world over. Other than that, I have a great time bidding. You win some you lose some. There are a lot of great choices to choose from.
This is the worst company ever they dont have proper customers service nor proper contact information for any issues this company dont even have a phone number for customers to call about issues and they always show off line even to message them.
Out of four orders only two have been shipped and it's been weeks.
Only the cheap stuff was shipped still waiting on the real gold I purchased.
