Customer received his items that are exactly as described. He made purchases over $800 In april and was satisfied with it. And then repeated his purchases in May, June, July for much more smaller amounts under $50. Although we did not reply to your emails, all items were received in good time in Australia. To this day, we cannot find the email you are referring to. Regarding the piece you won for $5, it expired after 3 days after you did not pay. We did ship out the other 7 pieces promptly, and never once you have contacted us you were not satsified with it.

Unbelievable Win!

I have bid on several items at the JewelryRoom auctions. Each shipment takes a long time due to shipping overseas, but it's totally worth it. While the estimated pricing for the actual worth of the items is overstated, I haven't been let down once by the quality or appearance of the jewelry purchased, and from my research, I have paid considerably less than the actual retail price.

I bid on and purchased three necklaces...18KT and they are so TINY! I am afraid they will break the first time they are worn. I purchased these chains for my granddaughters that have just graduated from high school, but I will not be giving the necklaces to them...I also purchased a 18KT gold barrel pendent and it is so small you would put it on a baby...all the jewelry I received look like small children's jewelry! I suggest you be careful about bidding on the jewelry that is advertised on JewelRoom...the pictures they put on there does not represent the actual size! I won bids on the three necklaces and pendent within a two-three day auction...that meant I received them very closely together. If I had just bid on one and waited to receive it...I guarantee I WOULD NEVER HAD BID ON THE OTHER ONES!

Thank you for your feeback. The size and weight of the chains were as advertised. Customer paid really low price for each chain under $60 and it is solid 18kt gold and was shipped promptly. We offer 15 day return policy if you are not satisfied. Will contact customer if she still wants a refund as she as not contacted us.

The PJR is very DECEPTIVE. Whether you say it is not related to the value of the item or not - t is assumed it has some relationship to the item - or why put it there. If it is used by you as a come-on at shows - then it is out and out FRAUD and DECEPTIVE. You need to put a REAL RANGE OF THE ITEM VALUE, as well as a search for what similar items may have sold for in the past. Without that information, I will NOT BE BACK.
