So the item won was shipped to me with a tracking number to it. However when it said it was delivered to my mailbox it wasn't there. I had to jump through hoops to try and find it and to make a complaint about not receiving my bid item that I had won. Both jewelry room and the postal service said that there was nothing that could be done. So I lost out on my bid, plus lost money towards my item and postal service payments.
Love the sight and was able to find beautiful pieces, however, it would be great if orders could be paid for in installments, and once paid in full the order should be shipped.
Long wait time for delivery. Jewelry received was not the Jewelry bidded on. Bid on 4mm and 5mm gold and received 2mm. Paid $1500 dollars for Jewelry not worth 300 dollars.
I won several auctions only to receive notice that I will be refunded. At the time of payment, my checkout indicated that items were ready to be shipped. I also received a subsequent email indicating that my items had been shipped. Only several weeks later, I received notification that only a partial refund would be given back; however, did not receive any package from the Jewelry Room. Tried contacting them - have not heard back. Phone number listed - not in order. Will be contacting Visa to get a full refund; not just a partial refund.
I found your delivery take to long all so I brought a ring I took to the jewellery it was only worth $100 dollars very disappointed auctions bib said it was worth two thousand dollars the band was very thing In the video it looks bigger.

I used to buy rings from this site and the arrival time was often hit or miss. My recent purchases have both been on time and have been exactly what I expected. The site is much improved, only need a few more tweaks to be over the top excellent.
I bought two items. One item was $1 and other was $6.
When I went to purchase the total was $30
Some items won in bid delivered. Others not delivered as apparent the item was not even manufactured and then lated advised the order cancelled. However refund was sent. Have not yet received and not advised which item/s are missing. Why have an auction when items not available.

Such a disappointment! I thought these items were going to be quality items. They are not! The cheap stone fell out of the ring the first time I wore it. I took all 5 pieces I received to a jewelry store and they basically laughed at me. Do not invest!
