Good service but very poor quality. I won't risk shopping with you again. If I could remember my password I would have already deleted my account.

I was keen to obtain a gold necklace for myself and spotted one in the Jewelry Room so I bid on it with no expectation of success. I was successful and received the item promptly. However I realise now that I should have identified exactly what the item was as it was unsuitable for me but will be of some use to my wife, Also did not realise that my bid of $50AUS would be converted into USD and actually resulting in a final cost of $120AUS.

Overall is very nice but the picture in the description is deceptive and the title said it was a thick chain. It is very thin, not thick. Communication was great, shipping and tracking was within an acceptable time, I am awaiting a second auction I won but the shipping took much longer than this one to be shipped. It would be nice if in the future, they add the thickness of the chains in their description. Like this one is about 1mm.

I have bought quite a few items from here and I've had no issues what so ever, the products are beautiful, shipping is reasonable, I'm from Canada and the company is acomadating.
I highly recommend them.

I have only received a couple of my items but they are both gorgeous. Fairly quick postage only a couple weeks, not bad considering they come from overseas.

I like what I buy, but you charge way to much for postage, so alot of times I am very hesitated because of this.

My first order was delivered and out of the 3 items I was suppose to get 1 was missing and it was the one I paid the most money for. I contacted the seller and got a reply with a automatic reply from the support team. It said they will contact me. They never did. I'm still waiting to see if they will.

The photos of the jewelry are very enlarged and not at all representative of what you are going to get! The necklace I thought I ordered was about as thin as a human hair with the tiniest 'gold' balls that it made me laugh! I learned a huge lesson about trusting these offers and I AM DONE.

Won an auction. The item was delivered after 8 weeks.

I have purchased 2 items on line from this company, 18ct gold studs and a 18ct gold bracelet as a present for my wife on our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. The bracelet is so small, it would be hard pressed to fit a baby let alone my wife's wrist. The photos on line do not represent the actual size, I believe they have all been photo shot, never again will i purchase anything from this site.
Also I believed all items were priced in AUD, what a shock i got when I was charged more for conversion into Hong Kong or American dollars?

FIRST THE DELAY WITH THE ORDERS AND THE OTHER VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HE SENT ME. It has no relationship with what I received. I received one order of two (both paid for immediantly). The package received had one necklace and one pair of earrings (?). One of the earrings of the pair had a missing post Sivan not be put into my ear. I reached out to the company who did respond but then denied my order number or even my name or email as being registered. This is the second time in many orders something similar has happened. I wonder if I'll get my other ordered product as they deny I exist. It is too bad, I like their product but will have to cease dealing with them. So I'm out money and product after being told basically I don't exist.

Just a heads been buying stuff from your company for a while and never received anything as bad as my last order very cheap looking and low quality.

I can never receive a response. They will only contact you to get you to make a purchase. My product doesn't match the description. I asked how to start a return and never received a response

I received jewelry that wasn't marked for the 18k gold. Looks as if the had just made it. Has 3 holes on the band. No certificate like stated on auction itself. I'll have to have sent out to make sure it is what they said it is. I've bought 2 rings and 2 necklaces expecting what the info on the auction to be accurate but once I finally navigated through the site and finally found faq page is said they don't send the certificates. They should have to be completely up front. But obviously they don't! I tired to contact jewelryroom but the every time I tried to click on the contact it would kick me back to the main page. I eventually gave up
