DealDash is a unique and entertaining bidding platform. I've won some amazing deals, but I also learned the importance of strategy and knowing when to stop. The auctions can get competitive, so patience is key. All the items I've won arrived quickly and exactly as described. Overall, it's a legit service where you can save a lot if you play smart and stay disciplined.
DealDash is fun and exciting when you first start but then you realize that a lot of the same people when most of the time. So many items are overpriced I don't quite understand yet how one person may win an item for cents on the dollar but then other people end up paying so much more. I know that DealDash does not let you bid on an item if you win it for 30 days, but it would be nice if perhaps the rare items you're limited on those as well
The only drawback I have I think every bidder should at least list their state and the date joined. Their personal info I could care less. When someone (supposedly) becomes a member and it shows nothing makes me wonder who this person really is. Maybe a robot bidding? But the products are great and the shipping is great too!
I got on this DealDash thinking it was an auction site however it's more of a game and there are 20+ people that win almost every auction. It is almost impossible to win anything that you would actually want.
I have been bidding on DealDash auctions for years. It is a fun way to kill time and it is exciting to win. Of course, I don't win every time, but I win often enough to keep me coming back. Today, I won an auction but took bids instead of the product. It is nice to have that option. They have unique items up for auction. Their customer service is about the best I've ever experienced. Overall, I am pleased with my time on the site.
I won a comforter for 01 cents. I love the customer service department they are always there for you when you have an issue! Regards to Mike and the wonderful team. Great deals, Great service, and super speedy shipping. I am a very happy customer of DEALDASH!
I recently joined dealdash in January 2026, and I have had an outstanding experience. The shopping process is exceptional with the bidding system. They provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the quality of the items is outstanding.
It has been a huge challenge to win bids even when I have tried different techniques. I have tried winning the same item multiple times with even going higher and still can't win it. It's very disappointing and a huge turn-off when you spend so much and hardly ever win.
Have to be cautious with how much you spend. Sometimes you get lucky. Otherwise you have to deal with some big bidders who have 1000s of bids. Part of me hopes there are not bots. Won a few big items that were worth it but it is not as good as the tv makes it out to be.
Ive been very pleased with the auction process, The quality of the items ive won has been excellent, overall very pleased with everything, i love this platform
I don't like how I use bid buddy for example 400 bids then some bidder comes in at the end when there's only 2 bidding and wins
I am very pleased and happy with what I received the washer and dryer and foot stool came at a great time as mine was surely worn out
I love Deal Dash but sometimes there are not enough auctions. It can get crowded at times. They have nice products and good prices on bids.
Everything that I have been successful in winning so far has been legit upon arrival! Very pleased with my items!
Have been using deal dash for 10 years and have won so many nice items. Awesome customer service too!
Super fun and very nice items! Daily challenges to earn bids. Quality items. Love eveything I've received so far!
Used to love this site. But the changes they just made are awful. Don't know if I will be using the site again.

100 % satisfaction. Your team fixed it immediately
Shipping takes awhile 5 day for preparing to ship(why that long)then another 5 days before getting the products.

Thanks for your feedback. One option for folks who bid on items but do not win is the Buy It Now. With Buy It Now you can pay retail price for what you bidding on to receive it, plyus the bids used in that auction returned to you. It gives you a chance to recoup your bids and try again with another auction.
Also, if you ever have any questions, or would like some tips, reach out to our Support Team - they are available 24/7 and happy to help!

Thank you for your review. Everyday we run auctions that sell for under a dollar, and we also have weekly winning limits that apply to all bidders. Some items are even limited to just one-per-person, meaning that the same person cannot win it twice. We hope that these limits help make DealDash a fun and rewading experience for all. If you have any additional feedback, questions or suggestions for us we would love to hear it, and thank you for bidding with us.

Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it! We want our auctions to be exciting and fun for all bidders, no matter how they choose to bid. So in addition to regular auctions, we also offer special types of auctions with different rules and twists. One type is called No Re-Entry, which directly addresses your feedback about someone coming back after an extended break. In a No Re-Entry auction, bids can only be placed using Bid Buddy. After the No Jumper limit is reached, bidders who do not have a Bid Buddy booked (or run out) cannot re-enter the auction. These auctions are marked on DealDash with a red hand icon, and we hope you enjoy them! As always if you have any other questions or feedback, let us know, and happy bidding!

Thank you very much for your review and also for choosing to bid with us over the years.

Thank you Susan for taking the time to share your feedback - it is very important to us! On DealDash we display the join date for all bidders participating in an auction. We also show their state when possible, but this information is available once we have that info provided to us. So for new customers who have not yet provided these details, you will not see their state listed. We hope this information helps clear things up, and please let our Support Team know if we can help out further with anything!
From what I have experienced it appears to be obvious that either company employees or bots are running up prices.
Thank you for your feedback. We take the integrity of our auctions very seriously and DealDash has no control over who wins an auction or when it ends. All bids are placed by real customers like yourself, and if you have any additional feedback or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team. They are available 24/7 and happy to help!
