The overall experience was positive. I do not like the big bullies though. It's obvious that people are creating multiple accounts because the majority of these people have BRAND NEW accounts made that day but are working the auction like veterans. I do love winning though. The half price and free auctions are great. The shipping is always fast after you've won. I wish the big packs would go on sale more often. I tend to buy the larger ones when they are $.10. I will definitely keep coming back. I've been on DD for years
Unfortunately we have to constantly battle the "auction bullies". They continue to drive up the prices and do not allow us to gain our free bids. But overall, the customer service is great and there are plenty of items to choose from.
Over bidding is an issue you must be careful not to do it know when to hold them know when to fold them

Customer service rep was not helpful at all and somewhat rude. I've bid on this item many times and always seem to get into a brutal auction. I simply asked if he could add together my 2 biggest losing tries. He said NO!

I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!

I have been doing this for over 6 years off and on. There have been times when it's been hard to win and others when it was easier. Lately, it has been very difficult and many of the the players are making it difficult for players to use Bid buddy by stomping their opponents bids when the bidding gets down to 2-3 players. I'm not up for throwing my money away... so I'll just wait until they get tired of playing the game or reach their limits and try again. Over the years though, I have gotten some really nice items and manage to put a nice dent in my X-mas shopping each year.
DealDash makes it easy and simple. Never disappointed.

This site has changed a lot since Quibids ended. Fewer opportunities for free bids and the selection is turning to high priced jewelry, TV's etc. Just not as much fun

Deal dash is a fun, engaging way to shop. I have won some unique and creative items.
I received a damaged item. After speaking with a customer service rep and sending in photos of the damaged item, it was replaced and I did not have to return the damaged item. Very friendly customer service reps that did not give me a hassle and followed up with me to be sure this matter was resolved.

I love my cute little Crayo blue and yellow DealDash watch. It has a thin dark blue band, which looks really nice with the DealDash logo on the face. I enjoy all the Crayo watches because they are so colorful and look great with many different style clothes.

Just about all the clothes I have won and received have been too small regardless of their being marked large. I am a large for all the clothes I buy so something is wrong with the sizes you received. Other than that, I love the items I have won on your site.

Been on DealDash for several years, some items are unknown brands and overpriced. But, their name brand items are worth bidding on. Have won plenty of good quality items from household stuff to electronics, and always been satisfied. Their customer service is great, they will go above and beyond in helping you.
