I'm disappointed at how long it has taken for my items to arrive, which I'm still waiting for the goods on 2 separate invoices. The excuse that items will take 6 weeks because they are at another store is not good enough. If the stock isn't available then the items shouldn't be sold at auction. After all the money I've spent at jewellery room, I expect better.

I am sharing my experience to help other customers make an informed decision.
JewelryRoom posts a large number of jewelry items every day, but many of them are not actually in stock. After long efforts last summer I finally received a refund, and the company claimed they improved their shipping process. Unfortunately, nothing changed.
From multiple paid orders they only ship the first one, and the rest simply never arrive. They do not respond to emails for months, and communication is practically impossible.
Link, the company that is supposed to protect customers' money, has also been completely ineffective. They only delay the process without providing real help
I placed three orders in November, each containing two gold items (six pieces total). Although the system marked them as "shipped," none of these items were ever delivered, and one order was never shipped at all. I received no tracking numbers and no updates from the company.
I tried contacting JewelryRoom through every available channel, but received no meaningful response for months, which made the situation even more concerning.

Won a total of four auctions, invoices paid on date received, which were spread from 11/03/2025 thru 11/29/2025. Paid for express shipping as one item was to be a surprise anniversary gift for my wife.
As of 02/03/2026, two invoices remain unfilled, with either a BS tracking number or no information provided. Contacting Customer Service is a waist of time. Outward appearance, it looks like they give
A crap and are concerned. Hell no you will be chasing that rabbit till your fingers fall off. I only received partial fulfillment of my invoices due to informing customer service that I have now take up a new cause! Spreading the word to avoid this fall from grace, crappy, waist of time, space and energy fake jewelry auction site. Let the $#*!ERY CONTINUE!

Not what I expected

The oictures were very deceiving. The product did not look like the picture as it showed a pairbof esrrings and a gold chain, but what i got was so dainty I can't wear them at all. It took SO LONG to receive that I not only couldn't give them when I wanted to (Christmas) but I actually thought I had been scammed and gave up on receiving anything at all. Emailed several times and reply took days. Horrible customer service. Will not be doing the same thing again.

I ordered 3 rings, 2 of them came. 1 came quick, 1 came a month later and the last one STILL hasnt arrived or even shipped. I won the 3rd ring on Nov 18 and still to this day it hasnt shipped and after repeated emails to contact someone, still no one responded. Horrible customer service. Send me my ring!

I have ordered a variety of pieces from the Jewelry room. Unfortunately they let themselves down by using thin easy to break gold construction. I would have paid more for more solid items.
The second issue is about the slow shipping. Takes ages for goods to arrive.

Bought gold panther pendants, if gold, war paper thin. All crushed unusable not worth $20.00 as per the jeweller I took it to for appraisal. Paid $550.00 cdn for cracker jack toys.

This used to be a trustworthy site. I bought three items lately. One never showed up. The two others were advertised as 18kt. Pendants with Onyx. The gold content is super thin. The ringlet that the chain should have gone through was crushed and was detached from the pendant. They did not offer to take it back and offered a $20.00 (discount) and then $40.00 (discount). The gold is so thin (paper is thicker) that the pendant cannot be worn. Moreover, the local jeweler said that he could not reassemble the ring with the pendant as the 'gold, too thin' cannot be repaired/soldered. The panther pendant cannot be handled, it's nose got indented/crushed while trying to fix it due to thinness. The two pendants I received and the one missing totaled more than $550.00 cdn. I feel that I have bee totaly had! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR $$$$$ AWAY! I ended up cancelling my membership with these yahoos! Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twic, shame on you! The jeweler told me that what I received (2 pieces) was not worth more than $25.00 cdn, and she told me that was generous!
