I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this site since last October and almost a year later, still haven't received most of it. The customer serving gives me the run around. The invoices and tracking numbers are never accurate. If it's not at least close to resolved in the next week I'm going to my bank to dispute the THOUSANDS of dollars that I have invested and not received. The date of experience is literally between last October, to now.

Still no news. Finally I wrote again and was told that they couldn't get the ring. I was told that I would get a credit/refund. Still nothing. IN ADDITION, the same ring is on auction today? Seems like a dishonest auction.
I've spent well over $7k USA though and not happy with anything as it all looks fake or is so tiny you can't make out any stamps and i complained when my first items arrived as they looked like plastic and I've since been blocked by them via email however they seem to be able to continue spamming me but I just get can't be delivered by the postmaster! I want my money back and I will be seeking legal advice or I'll go to the media as I'm a disability pensioner and also didn't realise it was USA dollars so I spent almost double what I thought to start and then everything is just rubbish! My first experience in the bidding world. A bit disappointed on the process. Very long waiting period. I had to reach out to see what was going on. I guess, I fell between the crack and got forgotten. When I received my article it was without any certification paper as indicated in the bidding description.

I was not happy within the last time I bought my cross. I paid the extra $25 to get it within 10 days and I didn't get it for 45 days. In fact I had to email them and ask him to send it out 30 days later. They sent it out so I'm not happy.
