No compensation or communications about where this is, so not happy wedding dress which was made for me from a designer arrived about 5 weeks later same day.

I am still waiting for a purchase to be delivered which was ordered on the 16/01/25 over 3 months ago. One other delivery took 9 weeks. Other than that the other orders were delivered in a timely fashion.

I won 2 auctions in December that were going to ship together. 6 weeks after not receiving anything, I contacted customer service, they were quick to reply and advised that one item was ready, but the other wasn't available yet and that was what was holding up the order. They said they would ship the one and I got that about 10 days later. Another 6 weeks go by and still no sign of the 2nd item, so i contacted them again. Again quick to reply and I am sure they were genuine when they apologized for the delay. 10 days later I got my 2 item, so 3 months total. All in all I am happy with the purchases and they were good with their responses

I won two emerald rings back in December and never received them, I have requested a refund and have never received that either. They were purchased for a gift to give in January and here it is March 1st and still NOTHING

They charged more than I was aware of bidding aud turns out to be US dollars.
I did not receive my whole order they make up excuses and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order there products are not what they make out they are online… DON'T BUY they are SCAMMERS

I have used the Jewelry Room website several times and have always been satisfied with my purchases. You do need to read the description thoroughly to make sure you are getting what you think you are.

I bid $105 on a 18 inch 18k necklace and won the bid but when it arrived, I felt like I was ripped off. The necklace was so thin you couldn't even notice it if someone was wearing it not to mention that it would break so easily and be lost. The other two bids were for another 18 inch 18k necklace and 18k gold heart shape pendant for $185 combined but never arrived which was over two months ago.

I have been waiting since early October for my item to be shipped. The second item was won in November and it also has not been shipped.
I have been advised that they will give the dispatch department a reminder.
I am still however waiting to hear when it will be shipped.

Not at all happy my purchase. Look fake. Too small from my fingers. Overall I wouldn't buy from this website again. It took for ever to receive my purchase.

I won an auction early Sep. And it's now mid Nov., still not received and my emails have not been answered either?

Products not received in given time. Multiple emails to get a partial answer. Still waiting for items that were won months ago. Will not use this site again.

I paid for this engagement ring and after 10 emails and no responses I decided to let other buyers know you don't always get your items or even a response. Sad I paid good money not to recieve

This is a perfect way to buy something for auction you are very easy to buy something if you are just cautious with how you do it look around don't judge and jump on the first thing that you find have a look around first

I won purple amethyst earrings. They sent me an emeraled necklace that I already have. I notified JewleryRoom dot com. They attempted to help me and requested I return the necklace. I asked if I could have a shipping label. I didn't want to pay for their mistake. At that point all communication ended. They will not call me back or respond to my e-mails. I have spent several thousands of dollars with the company. So sad I really wanted those amethyst earrings.
