The terms of the auction listing state that cash or wire transfer is accepted. I have the winning bid on a small tractor, the seller is now telling me that I need to go to the bank and do a wire transfer, because he does not accept cash. In order for me to do a wire transfer. I need to be at the bank before 3 PM. Which means I need to take off work at approximately 1 PM. I cannot take off of work, I am abiding by the auction terms by paying cash, if the terms are different, you should update that in your terms. I never would've bid on this item if I had known that cash was not accepted.
Hadn't used auction time in a long time due to being out of the country for 3 years. I always liked auction time before because it was easier for me to navigate than other sites, and even with updates It was still very comfortable, will be using more in the future.

Auction went great. The pickup of excavator went smooth with no problems. The auctioneer did above and beyond. The pickup driver could have not been more correct on pickup and delivery times. Once I got logged in which I already had a account and hadn't used for a while, had some difficulty there, but when I called for assistance, everybody was very helpful. The bidding was seamless, and I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely use AuctionTime again.

When down to final seconds three times the count down would be under a minute and the seconds would bounce around giving others more time without out any bids coming in. I know when a bid is submitted it gives you a minute to respond but because it kept bouncing around it would have timed out. Giving me the bid for a couple thousand lease. Not happy about this
David, thank you for sharing your experience. I understand how the last seconds felt frustrating, the item you were bidding on was in a grouping of similar items by that seller. Bids are accepted, and the clock extended, for both items in the grouping until BOTH items stop receiving bids and clock expires for BOTH items.
Easy to bid and no fees. The paper work taken care of by the seller was a simple process. I had a good experience.

I was surprised to receive an email that stated that my bid was not finalized and that a rep from Kobza's would contact me. In the past, I had received notification that I had the winning bid and an invoice that same day. I did call John Kobza and he was surprised at it as well. Why was this email sent. The bidding process is fine.

Auction was strait forward and went smoothly. There was a glitch with receiving the invoice in a timely manner, but after a couple phone calls all was resolved and invoice was sent. I have always had a positive experience with AuctionTime and never hesitate in using them for my equipment needs!

Answer: Hi Mohammad, Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price.
