Overall the experience was good. I only had one thing, I was watching via my desktop computer and before the sale ended it vanished from my desktop and I was not able to get it back it was like the auction ended and it still had minute or two left. I was able to watch and complete on my cellphone. But would not have been happy if for some reason i didn't have my cellphone or if my signal was not available. Not sure why this happened. It was not just me I also had my son's watching and they had the some trouble and were not able to see the auction end on their computers.
It was easy to navigate and bid on an item. Overall the experience was good
Good to know!
When bidding on most online auction sites the bid is subject to a step-up process. When the current bid is $100.00 and someone bids $500.00 and the bid increments are $100.00. The bidder would expect a bid of $200.00 given there was not a higher maximum bid the computer was hosting. NOT THE CASE HERE! If you bid $500.00 and there is no lower competing bid; you do not just raise the bid to the next increment; but you raise the bid to the full $500.00. This is really terrible given that it is not the industry standard for bidding.
Thanks for the feedback, Bruce. The bid increments on Auctiontime.com are set for the seller on each individual auction, $100 increments is the overwhelmingly most frequent increment used on our platform.
Upon further review, I did review the auction you were bidding in and the increments were set at $100, however there were some bidder using max bids which can affect bidding, but nothing would prevent you bidding in $100 increments.
In your example above you were bidding against a Max bid which is why it didn't accept your bid from $200 to $300, but accepted your $500 bid, then bid another bidder $600 since they had a max bid above an beyond your bid. If there was no max bid your $300 would have been accepted using your $500 bid, and would then move up accordingly in $100 increments.
So far so good, I haven't picked up the item yet. However thus far it's been nothing but smooth sailing.
Greta to hear, Richard! Thank you for the feedback.
Definitely use this crew again. Very thorough answered questions quickly got me lined out on an auction item and their followup was excellent. Good job guys!
What we want to hear!
Seller was dishonest with information on listing said trailer pulled down the road like it wasent behind you that was because half the trailer was rusted away beyond repair. I get that it's an auction and is sold as is but you should at least be honest with what your selling now I own and over priced POS
Thank you for the feedback! Someone will follow-up with you promptly.
Bidding was easy. Everything went well. Thanks. Talking to the owner was an experience itself
Great to hear!
Your new bidding platform sucks. The old one was much better. I think I got the item cheaper because people don't like the new version of the app.
Thank yo for the feedback! Some one will follow-up with you regrading your concerns.

This was our first time using AuctionTime. It was confusing at first to learn the bidding process, but once we understood how it worked we were successful in our bidding. The seller was easy to work with to make arrangements for payment and pickup.

Extended time way too long! Or to many times They didn't used to do that!
Thanks for the feedback! Extended time is a variable that is based entirely on bidder interest. Some items have no extended time while others can extend for five to ten minutes of additional bidding is there is active bidding on an item. Items extend 220 seconds any time a bid is place under 20 seconds.
Was easy to navigate. Bidding alerts great options. Overall it worked as it should for a online auction.
Thank you for sharing your experience, Jeremy. We're glad the platform was easy to navigate and that bidding alerts met your needs. See you next sale!
On the last two auctions where I have one an item, I was watching it and it counted down and it flashed and said the auction has ended for about a second or two and then jump back and started counting down again because it took someone's bed. I understand there's a delay, but it should not say that the auction has ended. That really perturbed me.
Thanks for the feedback, I'll pass it long to our mobile services group.

BEST REGARDS
SHIRLEY ALFARO QUESADA
Great to hear!
I lost 2 items at the last second because it didn't reload fast enough. After I hit bid, it didn't let me hit it the second time to confirm. You lost out on a lot of money.
The very best part of dealing with Auction Time is the absence of a buyers premium! That's got me to drop the other sites!
Thank you for the feedback! Auctiontime.com never charges a buyer's premium or fee to use the website. Any fee incurred would be left up to the individual seller.
Answer: Hi Mohammad, Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price. So definitely pay close attention to the listing that you are bidding on. Good Luck! -Mitch
