Was easy, responsive and up to data information to track to actively monitor and bid. Only dislike is statement of 24 hrs to contact auction to pay for transaction and the contact info was for different locations had to track down correct number. Contacted next day but still haven't heard back for payment and pickup arraignment

Item was just as described. Very good transaction with auction company( Very helpful with all aspects of the sale and after)and seller was very nice and friendly when we made arrangement for pickup. I will definitely be watching for this auction company again.

Overall it went well. The description of the tractor could have been more accurate. The discrepancies were fairly minor, so for a 54 year old machine sold at auction I am pretty happy.
I will have a clearer picture after I use it for a couple of months.

I do not like the new way to bid on the app on my phone. It is to slow and cumbersome. You can't see how much time is remaining and see the bid button at the sometime. I also don't like that you have to type in your dollar amount when you are putting in a high bid.

It's pretty straightforward. The only thing I wasn't clear about was payment. The way I set up my account, I thought I was going to be using my credit card. It was only when I received my invoice that I realized I had to pay cash.

Auction listings with the same Manufacturer and Model can sometimes be grouped together. All listings in an auction group end at the same time. If any of the auctions in the group take a bid in the final minutes, all listings in the group will have their time extended. Listings in an auction group will be linked together on the Live Auction Board.
Not a good site. Other sites have a list of how much stuff sold for, not on this site. Do not recommend.

We've purchased a couple items on AuctionTime over the years. Yesterday when we completed an auction we were surprised to see the buyers premium added onto the final bid, not included in the total. Looking back, I understand we just overlooked this but would really appreciate it being much more clear if possible that the seller's listing is setup like this.
Thank you for the feedback. Auctiontime.com doesn't add a buyer's premium to any item, any fee added would be by the actual seller listing the item. Those fees would be listed in the bidding area and should be clearly visible. Some items have BP some do not.
