Invoice ******* NOT received / Invoice ******* 1 of 2 items NOT received. First it was very very difficult to get someone to reply to inquiries and requests for help and now I see they are being "returned to sender" These were ordered 01/19/2026 & 01/16/2026 TODAY IS 03/16/2026. I need a FULL refund for these orders including the postage and Buyer's Auction Fees for each order. PLEASE HELP.
I have been contacting Jewelry room for a long time, and no help. Too many missing items and no help at all. Some items say shipped and not received and hard to contact a representative for help
Shipping took at least a month to process, has gotten better. Items purchased not received, sent multiple emails. They use to respond, now they ignore emails.
Fake diamonds I was told to go to temu to get the same thing. Disappointed with the loss of the item and the time it took to arrive. The chain is so fine not what it looked like online.
I'm disappointed at how long it has taken for my items to arrive, which I'm still waiting for the goods on 2 separate invoices. The excuse that items will take 6 weeks because they are at another store is not good enough. If the stock isn't available then the items shouldn't be sold at auction. After all the money I've spent at jewellery room, I expect better.

JewelryRoom posts a large number of jewelry items every day, but many of them are not actually in stock. After long efforts last summer I finally received a refund, and the company claimed they improved their shipping process. Unfortunately, nothing changed.
From multiple paid orders they only ship the first one, and the rest simply never arrive. They do not respond to emails for months, and communication is practically impossible.
Link, the company that is supposed to protect customers' money, has also been completely ineffective. They only delay the process without providing real help
I placed three orders in November, each containing two gold items (six pieces total). Although the system marked them as "shipped," none of these items were ever delivered, and one order was never shipped at all. I received no tracking numbers and no updates from the company.

The oictures were very deceiving. The product did not look like the picture as it showed a pairbof esrrings and a gold chain, but what i got was so dainty I can't wear them at all. It took SO LONG to receive that I not only couldn't give them when I wanted to (Christmas) but I actually thought I had been scammed and gave up on receiving anything at all. Emailed several times and reply took days. Horrible customer service. Will not be doing the same thing again.

Cheap hollow necklaces which stated they were solid. No such thing as diamond mossanite, they are 2 different things and prices. Unable to get a return certificate and get my money back.

I won the 3rd ring on Nov 18 and still to this day it hasnt shipped and after repeated emails to contact someone, still no one responded. Horrible customer service. Send me my ring!
I am very pleased with my experience with the JewelryRoom. I have had some hiccups along the way but Ed sorted it out to my satisfaction.
Answer: Shipping can take up to 8 weeks. If you want it in a hurry forget it. If you get tired of waiting ask for a refund.
