My card was charged almost $500 even though they say they only charge when about to ship. After the expected date of delivery had past they cancelled my order sailing that due to limited stock that the item was unavailable. So basically I lent them $500 for 2 weeks.

My sister recommended this website to order some items for our parents who live in Las Vegas. I placed an order for a comedone extractor and 6 bottles of Lea & Perrin Chicken Marinade.

I got an email that the comedone extractor was shipped earlier and I started to track the package. I finally got an email stating that it was delivered by something called OnTrac. OnTrac stated on their website that the package was left by the front door. That was Tuesday, Aug. 9. Well, today is Friday, 8/12, and my parents still do not have the package. So I called and they said they would resend the item and it will be received by Monday.

In the meantime, the package of 6 bottles of Lea & Perrin Chicken Marinade was supposed to be delivered today. I tracked that package via UPS and it stated that it was delivered around 1pm PT and the package was left by the front door. My father brings the very heavy box in and when he opened it, there were 6 bottles of SALSA! Oh, and 1 of the bottles was broken and there was salsa everywhere.

REALLY? I got 1 email to confirm my order, a 2nd email to notify me that the item had shipped, and a 3rd email telling me it was delivered. In all 3 emails, the item listed that I ordered was Lea & Perrin Chicken Marinade.

So, how exactly did my parents end up with salsa? And who the hell packages these items that one of the bottles broke?

I demanded my money back. And I will never order from this website ever again. This is how bad they are? And they've just been bought by Walmart. So how much worse are they going to get?

No thank you. Amazon.com it is.

I purchased a $400 kitchen island table from this crappy website, and all I got was a broken kitchen island table. The customer service is 100x crappier than Amazon, and they couldn't even solve my issue. I just wanted a replacement, or a refund back.

You would think that $400 table would be nice.:(

STAY AWAY FROM JET.COM. THEY ARE EXTREMELY TERRIBLE AT HELPING PEOPLE!
AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CRAP.

Doesn't get any worse than this with FAKE tracking numbers on updated shipping status which cannot be verified and NEVER received a product. Stay away! None of the personnel who I was in contact never get back to me for the second time, despite promises to reach out to me with more info and or update, (which includes multiple phone calls with promises to call back). Customers gets shuffled around with substandard message replies. Up to now NONE of the customer service unable to provide me with ANY information which means that this item was never shipped, and when asked for money back, received no answer. I had to file a complaint with credit company to try to get my money back. This company is clearly running a scamming operations in trying to swindle people out of their money with false advertising and illegal selling practices Public must be aware and informed about of unlawful selling practices when companies like Jet.com selling goods which they even do not have in stock and provide fake shipping status with false tracking numbers which cannot be verified. Appropriate authorities MUST take a closer look to companies like Jet.com who has ability to directly charge customers credit cards for goods which in reality newer gets shipped and hold absolutely no responsibility for such unlawful selling practice.

So I just tried ordering some items from this site, and upon entering my debit card information it gave me an error. Tried it again. Another error. My boyfriend tries his card. Once again, error. I was never told my order was processed, all iyems are still in the cart. The next morning I get a call from my bank asking about fraudulent activity so I check my bank statements online. I was charged 17.26 twice and 27.60 twice. $89.72 was wrongfully deducted from my account, and nothing was purchased. Since my boyfriend only entered his information in once, he was only charged 17.26. As far as I'm concerned, they've stolen our money and deserve to be prosecuted as such.

THEY INITIALLY CHARGE TWICE THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE! I purchased pet food for a total of 177.39, using my debit card. They deducted 177.39. Then they stated deducting smaller amounts so that I ended up paying 376.69. I was told they do that because entire order ships in multiple shipments, and that after everything has shipped (7-14 days), I will be credited 177.39. Even if this was acceptable to me, I would have ended up paying 199.31 for my 177.39 order! I can't even believe this is legal! Jet.com also went on to tell me they don't issue refunds and I'd have to contact my financial institution (You bet I did!), that Amazon does business in this fashion, as well (NO WAY!) and that I agreed to these terms when I clicked PURCHASE. I'm still looking for where these 'terms' are posted on their site. JET.COM IS BANKING YOUR MONEY, PEOPLE! :(

I placed an order on Jet.com for two name brand auto parts and I received cheap Chinese parts imstead. No one at Jet or the company that "fulfilled" the order could explain why. The company that "fulfilled" the order said they do not even carry that part and it was Jet.com who made the mistake. Jet will scam you and them make you jump through hoops to get your money back. Stick with Amazon or Ebay...

Great, so far!

I've avoided these guys like the plague until their reputation seemed to improve online with Google shopping. I've only ordered once so far. Shipping was super fast and price was fantastic.

I'll definitely update this if that changes, but I just left Amazon PERMANENTLY because of the BS going on over there, and closed my 16 year old account with them.

Jet usually has the cheapest price and seems to be improving their poor reputation, and really upping their customer service experience game. I'll use them again for sure. Happy customer here so far.

Update: Second order, I could not get the Triple15 discount to work. Called customer service, which was in AMERICA (FCK Yeah!), and they were super. Gave me a new code, boom, it worked and another fantastic experience. Plus I was able to reward my customer service guy with lunch or some other two options.

I'm a huge fan. Loving Jet 100%. Amazon, suck it with your fake $#*! reviews. Jet comin at ya!

I wrote a review at another site about them being a crappy Amazon fake, packages delivered full of dust, damaged packages, not same as described and they had the nerve to find my email and write me a complaint! I researched them further and found they are a scam website, look it up yourself. I advise all newcomers to stay away from Jet, Amazon can be a pain sometime with that add-on crap but at least I have never been tracked down and sent nasty email for my honest option LOL

I purchase for the first time 2 items from Jet.com. The first one they ship the wrong product, the second item was supposed to receive 10 boxes of the Vega bards, they ship only one box. They stated that was an error on the add therefore they ask me to ship the item back to refund the funds.

I decided to try jet.com after seeing a promotion online "TRIPLE15" which gives new customers 15% off your first three orders. Placed the code in and saw the promotion. After submitting my purchase the promo and percentage off wasn't there. I tried again to see how it behaved on a different purchase. The second time, it says the promotion isn't available because it is for new customers only. I sent an email with my concern and the response was to look for a new promotion on a future purchase. Horrible experience.

And I got it next day. I tried to order this same product, ground golden flaxseed, on Amazon but the delivery wasn't for two weeks and no option except a shipping fee of $6.95! And I'm an Amazon Prime member. What? So I googled this same brand and came across Jet.com who had it in stock, free shipping.

Maybe they had a rough start but definitely my first purchase was perfect.

Have no idea where all these bad reviews are coming from. I've shopped about 6-7 times and they've delivered everything witout a glitch. Including one large TV cabinet. They have fantastic prices and actually even beat Costco in most of the Kirkland brand items.

Fake products.

I ordered Pampers sensitive and they are fake. It's really hard to see the difference but I found it after my little one woke up wet all over body a couple of times. Now I'm trying to return my shipment and they are giving me a hard time... I will never buy anything from that site. I'm sure it's a knock off from China.

So I ordered some dog treats, Geritol and shaving gel. THEN I looked at SiteJabber reviews. I immediately got concerned. I don't know why I didn't check it first but it was too late.
Despite the negative comments on SiteJabber my experience was good. I didn't need the items in two days and it actually took 3 to receive all of them. I used the coupon code and got my discount, too.
I'm going to give them another chance and glad I did.
Addendum - July 27. Okay. 2nd order placed and received. Took 4-6 days because of weekend and everything worked out. Ordered brand names except for a cotton wrap meant for a baby and all showed up as promised.
I'm a real customer and can give you details if you doubt this post.
Definitely take advantage TRIPLE15 coupon code for additional savings. I'll wait until I need something before I order again.

I ordered 2 end tables and 1 coffee table for around $700
The coffee table showed up in a box that looked like it was thrown down the stairs and was falling apart.
I took it out and hoped it was damaged because it took forever to show up.
It was damaged and the box was trashed.
Now they refuse to take it back unless it's boxed again.
It's a 138lb table lol
Jet.com is a horrible company and I'll never use them again.

Why did I bother

Items arrived poorly packaged, some items crushed. I order online a lot and frankly I was surprised by the Jet delivery.
