Was looking for a hard to find stamp from Prima and found it at Jet, I thought. Picture showed the stamp I wanted and so did the title. Delivery not up to Amazon's standards - several missed dates by Jet - but item did arrive. Wrong item arrived that is. Lengthy discussion with Jet's customer service but did get authorization to return. Returned item but it took several weeks before my refund was credited. Don't think Jet has this whole order process down pat. Will think long and hard before placing another order. Just not worth the hassle.

I've placed a few orders on Jet at this point, and I can't complain at all. They have awesome coupons available for first-time orders, and half the time their prices are better than Amazon (if the item is available through Jet, so far their catalog is comparatively limited). Shipping has so far been quick, which is impressive seeing as the items are more often than not shipped from a different supplier. I would recommend using this site.

Friday ordered a portable music Bluetooth player Sunday was told the order was canceled called Monday talk to a representative found a similar product but he assured me it was in stock different color ordered it Monday. Was told credit card would be credited in 1 to 2 business days at that point I was very happy and glad that I got to reorder. So this Thursday I get a shipping confirmation 4 hours later I get it cancelled shipment confirmation I call back to find out what has happened it appears that the order I made on Monday that I asked was it in stock and was told yes it was apparently was not in stock so being upset cuz this is a birthday present for the second time won't be receiving. I was also told that the money I have now tied up in two different orders will not be credited to my card for 10 + business days, not happy I use companies that have good customer service the people were polite but the information was wrong I'm not a happy camper now and will not recommend JET at this time to anybody.
