I have been shopping at Jet since Nov 2015 and always enjoyed 2 day shipping. I am amazed how fast they ship. The prices are cheaper than Amazon which usually takes at least a week to ship. I had one small problem but customer service resolved this within an hour of my emailing them. I would tell everyone to give this young company a chance even though it is going through a few growing pains.

Terrible

Refund policy is awful. Be prepared to wait. And. Wait. And wait... They say 10 days but it's 14 business days from when they receive it back. So it's actually a month. Rediculous if you consider THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG SIZE... SEE YOU!

I ordered a chicken coop at a price which was $50 less than two others elsewhere. And those two were already $60 to $80 less than the sources I checked on other sites. The coop came in a couple of days and was in perfect condition. I also ordered organic buckwheat cereal for $2 less per bag than I was paying in the store. Now I always check Jet.com first if I am planning to buy anything.

This was my first time buying something from this website, it will also be my last. I purchased to sets of speakers from this website when I recived them they where broken. I contacted the company and they really had no effort in doing anything about it beside return them and the will refund the money. They said it takes 14days to refund the money. But when the speakers where bought the took there money right away. They claim there cheaper than Amazon but there not, you get way better experice ae with Amazon compare to this $#*!ty as website. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges in the damage item

I have given Jet.com enough chances and they are AWFUL! First, I ordered an item, and when I received it, it was the wrong size. They ordered me the item again. Again... the wrong size. I received a full refund (after threatening fraud) and reporting them to the BBB. They also gave me a $30 credit. I gave them one final shot! I placed my order, and used my credit. My order total was $0.19. I put it on my debit card. When I checked my checking account, I found out that Jet.com authorized my card for the FULL AMOUNT of the order...$30.88. THEY FAILED TO USE THE CREDIT. Now, I get nothing but excuses from them and their unethical billing practices! I was told that it was just their "business model" and other businesses do that. NOT any one that I have done business with! Long story short... instead of authorizing the $0.19, I now have over $30 missing from my checking account, that I have to wait 3-5 business days, for it to be returned to my available balance.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Bought a Monster earbud a month ago. Slightly cheaper than Amazon. But while I was trying to register with Monster for warranty, it failed. Called Monster, they can not verify if this is authentic or not. Called Jet.com, they refused to refund or replace, because "it is over 30 days". Try to save $5 while $70 was lost, a good lesson for me.

Jet.com is a pretty good source for all kinds of items because often the prices are competitive, and some items are difficult to find elsewhere. HOWEVER, check in advance and carefully, ALL their terms and conditions such as returns. There is 30 days limit and in addition categories as to what is or is not returnable! Because of the nature of this company they will NOT take back any item -- be it untouched if considered not returnable. Also consider what they call "Free Return Waived". My criticism is about this company's DECEIVING presentation.

Bait and switch prices

Placed order fully with credit card and then they sent email welcoming me to their site etc. No confirmation? A few days later I check and the order is mysteriously not in the order history yet in the shopping cart.
I am shocked and click place order as it shows my credit card # is there.
I get an email later saying the order was placed with a 5% higher price than my original order.
They emailed me back after I complained saying their price fluctuate in real time and they are not responsible.

Some good prices

I must say. I'm a huge Amazon fan but I thought I'd give this site a try as they had some pretty good prices and i like to try and support small and new companies.
One item arrived damaged. The outside packaging was intact but the box itself looked like a truck ran over it. It appeared to have been opened and resealed as if it was a return and the item inside was damaged.
When I called Jet, they explained it was sent from a third party. I did end up speaking w/a supervisor who was willing to refund my money for the item. That was a good sign and I appreciated that they took responsibility w/o giving me a huge hassle.
I asked them to make sure they informed that company that sent the item about this issue so it wouldn't happen again.
They assured me they would. I hope they did.
I will probably shop there in the future

Ordered Oral B replacement toothbrushes for my electric toothbrush and Jet beat the best price $7 to $24. The price and the fact that it was the same product I saw in the local stores, made this one of my best on line purchases ever! ADavidP

I received the order. Then I have wanted to check, when they will ship it. They looked my account. Called there and then they ask I call again in 48h. Called and they said the order is canceled. Be careful with this scammers.

I ordered a item from jet and received a email a day later saying my item was shipped. 5 days later I find out from ups that my item hasnt been recieved and is just sitting in a warehouse. Calling customer service is a waste they dont know anything about when I will receive my item or when it will b shipped. They wont let me cancel my order even though it hasn't been shipped needless to say I learned my lesson and will never order anything from them again.

"Scammers"Just one word to say about these AH's period. Usually buy things from Amazon and 95% of the time really happy with their best service. This time tried to give some business to this new startup called J$#@!. OMG what a hole customer service. Placed the order in the night and next day morning saying its cancelled with no reason. Like others mentioned here Pure SCAM. This company needs to burn and die asap because its ran by some dishonest people with no integrity. Also don't ever use your credit card with them cause once you are done entering in to their site its there for ever even though they say you can delete it. As I have no plans to use this looters, I asked them to delete my account ASAP and they just disabled it with all my info in it. The so called CUSTOMER SERVICE is the WORST. Be careful dealing with these looters.

Takes FOREVER!

BIG waste of time. I ordered 4 products. One arrived after 2 weeks in an AMZON.COM box!?! The last item is still in transit, and from the tracking notes, I think it is on a wayward path. And did you know they had a $49.95 membership fee, according to Forbes. I didn't see anything about it in Jet.com, but I read on another site that Jet is waiving that for 90 days for new customers. So now I'm trying to "cancel my jet membership," and there is no way to do that on their website. It says to follow the instructions on the "Your Account" page, and there are NO instructions there.

I'm surprised that this company is still in business. They are a scam to get you in at a cheap price say the item is in Stock. Then they tell you your order has been jet lagged. Then you call and call thry say they are taking care of it. Then you receive a email with a fake tracking number. Then they charge your card all to find out not in UPS system then they say they are crediting your card back and you never receive the credit.

I placed order and they charged my bank also. Now when I see there is no order in my order history and items are back to shopping cart... strange! When I called customer care they say you have not placed order. My question to them was why did you charge my bank if I had not placed order she replied saying they do preauthorize some times...? Are you kidding me? I will never ever use this again...! I warned all my friends about this.

Bad 1st experience

Selected the item that I was looking for, went through the whole signup process, provided all my contact info, along with credit card, only to be informed the item was no longer available. Called customer service to complain, that why wasn't the item listed as discontinued before I jumped through all the hoops? Response was vague & unhelpful and would I like to waste more of my time in a survey... While I like competition to Alibaba & Amazon, Jet crashed on me!
