I ordered a dress using correct measurements according to their size chart. Dress sent to me was approx two sizes too small. Customer Service Dept would not provide me with a return address nor would they provide me with a full refund $120.98). Would provide me with a 50% refund only after I send pictures to them showing how I measured my self. No way was I going to do that. Customer Service then recommended that since the dress was too small, to take it to a local place (at my own expense), to sell the dress or have it altered. REALLY? Lastly, they recommended refunding me $5.00 as compensation and 20% discount on a new order if I keep the dress and pay to have the dress altered. I wish that I had read the comments regarding this company before ordering. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I bought a dress according to the chart on the website. When I got the dress it was way too small. It was small like a childs dress. Then they asked for pictures. I sent them then the song and dance of they used a model to make sure it fit. Also tried to make me keep it. Nobody would buy it at a resell shop. This has been a nightmare! Wrong dress all together and it cost to send it back with only 50% refund and its just been horrible!

Yep, i got scammed too! Tried to work with the company. They agreed I could send them back for a ridiculously high restocking fee. Bogus address. Will try disputing with my credit card company. Cheap looking. Nothing at all like the photos

Please do not waste your money ordering from this company. The dresses I ordered doesn't look like the images on the site, the material is poor quality, too short, looks cheap and will need alterations. The dresses are horrible! My daughter's wedding is in 9 days. It took 20 days for the dresses to arrive so now I have 9 days to purchase a dress. I should have known something wasn't right, the dresses arrived in a package the size of a small pillow (two dresses). If you are unable to contact the company or the company refuses to given you a refund, contact you credit card company and initiate a dispute... Do not let them take your money without fighting back. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I purchase an evening gown and when i recieved it the dress did not look anything like what i saw in the picture the dress was cheap in material with no shape i have been fighting to get my money back which was $161.00 and they not only refuse to give me back my money they told me to reconsider in keeping the dress because if i send it back it might get lost in the international mail also i could sell it to someone or they will give me $10 dol to take the dress to a tailor to be fixed. I told them the dress is not even worth $5 dollars. I will never order anything online with these people again now i am out of a dress and my own money

I ordered two wedding dresses from this joke of a company and was going to return one (or two) if they didn't work out. When I received the dresses one was about 3 sizes too small. There was no size sewn in the dress so I have no idea what size it was. I called and emailed them for a week when I finally got a response to take pictures of the measurements of the dress and send it to them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I know I will end up eating the cost of these dresses. I am going to call the BBB and call my bank and see if I can get the charges off my card. Also there was no packing slip or return address so you can't just send them back for a refund. Please do not waste your money and time with these people.

This company is a complete and total scam with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My friend bought a dress to wear to her sons wedding that was supposed to be burgandy and when it came in it was crayola red! She sent several emails about the dress not being as described, was required to send a picture of the dress, she even took a picture of the dress that was online which is clearly NOT what she received and they told her they would be willing to give her a 10.00 refund on a 175.00 dress... She cannot get in touch with anyone from this so called business by phone or live chat. Needless to say this was an expensive lesson and she still needs to buy a dress for the wedding. I want to warn everyone DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

A fraud, a scam... these people are promising merchandise and quality by using false advertisement! The pictures they use on their site are not an accurate representation of what you will actually receive. The reviews are fake as I later realized... you will see the same reviews over and over again for different dresses. Furthermore, the red flag for me was that I never received a confirmation on my order. When I tried to contract them by setting up an account with them, it was obvious that that feature was bogus as it did not allow an account to be activated. Also, when I tried to chat with a representative, all I ever received was a message saying that all of their reps were unavailable. When I tried to call, I was never able to speak to a person either. When I went on their fb page and commented, they blocked me from commenting on anything else... I'm sure that's their practice! The only time they desperately and conveniently reach out to you is when you dispute the charges. They actually threaten that if you don't accept their package, it will be destroyed and they will not be liable. These people are running a con game and too many customers have become victims... REPORT, REPORT, REPORT!
