I ordered a burgundy dress to wear to my daughter's wedding. It arrived in bright red, and was extremely tacky looking. It was difficult to return, no return address information was given, customer service argued with me that the color was correct, even though I sent them photos of the dress and the color sample, which were definitely different. They offered me $15 to keep the dress! After much arguing, they refunded me 60% after I returned the dress. And while it is virtually free to send from China to the U.S., it is VERY expensive to send to China. It cost over $60! But that is not the company's fault. Their refusal to admit their mistake is. Their websites changed often during the five month process, and their parent company, Light In The Box. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Total RIP-OFF!

This company is a scam. The dresses shown on their website is not what you will receive! The shipment comes direct from China! My dress was shown and ordered in a light cream color and the dress I received a month later is dark taupe/greenish color. What is shown as a lace top is actually sewn on appliqués! Looks hideous! Looks like a Chinese costume and they will not take it back! They suggested selling it at a resale shop! You couldn't give it away! Wish I could forward a photo! $150 down the drain!

I ordered a dress and received it Memorial day tried it on, the dress fit ok but the jacket that came with it was 2 sizes too small, plus it didn't even have a size listed inside of jacket, there were no information that came with it. Just the dress. Then I knew this company was not legit. I sent an email and have not received any reply. I should of read the fine print but the dresses on the website appear to look so nice but I should of realize it was only a picture. I want my money back or they need to send me a larger jacket.

Never, ever order from Izidresses! The customer service is the worst! The dress I ordered didn't even look like the picture at all! The color was atrocious but I had no way to know what the color looked like because they didn't show it on the website! Then they try to tell me that's the dress I ordered and they wouldn't give me a refund! If I sent them pictures then they might consider giving me back 50% of my purchase price. If I could give them less than one star, I would! I'm warning all my friends not to order from them!

WARNING! A word to the wise from one who got suckered. Izy Dress, aka Izy Dresssale, is a company with questionable business practices.
I purchased 2 dresses from them. They were impeccably made, but one was too small in the bust that made it impossible to zip up past the waist, plus it was the wrong color. I emailed (only means of contact) and explained the 2 issues on the one dress and that I needed to return it. These people sent the dresses with no return address and no paperwork inside explaining what I had purchased or how to return the product.
The company dragged it's heels by telling me that I first had to take a picture of the item and a picture of the tag attached to the dress, which I did. PLUS, they wanted me to take pictures of me measuring the hips, waist and bust of the dress. This is where I drew the line. I explained I did not appreciate how they didn't trust their customer. I measured the waist and bust, not the hips because that had nothing to do with my issue; but I was not about to photograph myself measuring. The bustline was 1.5 inches too small. Besides, it still was the wrong color!
One week later with no response, I emailed them. Their response was that they would reimburse me $15 on a dress of over $100. I told them this was unsatisfactory, since I couldn't use the dress. Their next response was that they could give me back 50% of the price of the dress, or I could take their first offer. They told me this was their return policy. Interesting that they make sure there is no paper trail or explanation inside their package. The color of the dress is supposed to be Light Champagne. I kept telling them the dress is light apricot. I got burned, but you don't have to. From now on I will buy only from American companies that have no issue with returns.
