This site offeres designer dresses at reduced prices. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. When it arrived, it was stuffed in a shoebox size box. The dress was a gown stuffed in that little box. The workmanship was awful and the dress was not like the one pictured on the website. Trying to obtain assistance from customer service was a nightmare and I basically had to threaten them with telling everyone I know on the internet how awful their service and product was before they would offer a refund. After advising me of a restocking fee and the fact that the dress had to be returned via a carrier that could provide a tracking number, the expense of returning the dress, made the prospect unacceptable. Do not order anything from this website! Their prices are cheap and that is because the quality and service you will receive is cheap!
Answer: I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. TRUST ME. I GOT STUCK WITH A DRESS I COULD NOT WEAR AND COULD NOT RETURN. ORDER FROM A LOCAL STORE INSTEAD.
Answer: Sadly, it's just a home address in China. That's what they will give you. I was only able to get the address after I submitted a claim to my credit card to reverse the charges. I created a claim with photos and my order and the super rude emails that they were sending to me. Your best option is to have your credit card company retract payment from them. I shipped my bad garment to the China address just so I could feel I did my part, but they never responded that they received it. I did NOT buy tracking / it was too expensive so I sent it honestly to them and I am sure they got it. Hope this helps :)
Answer: Yes I do. Only because I saved the shipping bag otherwise any contact with them is the other website and virtually impossible I'm not home but as soon as I can retrieve the bag I will respond
