When i first bought my dress, i had no clue what kind of things were being said about the site. After reading reviews about a week later, i went in to full panic mode knowing i could not get a refund and would not have time to find another dress.

I should've waited it out instead of buying another dress. The one i got from this company came, and i was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't EXACTLY like the picture, but that is to be expected because designer dresses are extremely difficult to replicate.

Anyway, the dress I ordered came within the time advertised, in the right color and size. The only complaint i had was a small spot on the very bottom (being hemmed off anyway) and i had to cut off some strings from the beading. But other than that, the dress was fine. So if you're looking for cheap dresses and are willing to take a risk, go for it.

I placed an order on March 23, paid DHL deliver (3-5 days). On April 3rd I called (chat) to inquire about my order ( after many emails and phone calls (nobody to picks up the phone). The representative told me that, the dress had to be tailored and then shipped ( another 7-10 days BTW this was the rush time he stated!). Unfortunately, I discover this was a BAD company after words. My party is on 4/5 and now I need to buy another dress.:(
The page should state BOLD LETTERS! THAT THE DRESS NEEDS TO BE TAILORED (AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY) BEFORE SHIP TO THE CUSTOMER.
You can't cancel BC they will take a chunk of 30% off and if you need to ship back is over $100 to China!
Just forget! Pay more and get a dress from a local or USA store.

Should Have Known Better! Had I researched this company and peoples' experiences before placing my order I would have saved much time and money. To refer to the dresses as "knock-offs" is actually generous. There is no way that the dress I received resembles in any way the dress I ordered from the picture on their website. The fabric was not as pictured and the color (a soft lilac on the website) was psychedelic like. The length was 10 inches longer than as pictured and the shape of the dress (including a built in overly ample bra!) was totally bizarre. The armholes were too small and the side zipper did not close because the dress was improperly sized. If you can get past the total waste of money spent, the dress is good for laughs. We had a party the other night and convinced one of the guys to put on the "ugly" dress (as we now call it). What a hoot! But laughter aside, no self-respecting drag queen would be caught dead in an izi dress!

I ordered two dresses for my sister, She ordered two different sizes to make sure that she would get the right fit. The dresses are awful! Verry sloppy work, very long the jackets are a different color and to make things worse I cannot get a return address from them, It's been four days that i have been communicating via chat, email, fax telephone and no one answers. Please if anyone has a return address besides the one in China please post it. I am going to report Izidress to the better business bureau.

I ordered my dress and not sure if it was my mistake or theres but my dress came in the wrong color. I recieved a email a day later and noticed the wrong color I tried for a week to get ahold of someone and finally a week later and they told me I could pay a additional $80 to have a new dress made. Then I said I did not want to do this because what if the dress came and I did not like it. So I recieved the dress it is a horrible color and not what I expected very heavy I can not believe how heavy it is. And the jacket is so small it fits my granddaughter who is 7. They keep emailing me back that I need to take pictures and send them the pictures. I just want to return it and I know I am only going to get half back if I get to send it back. I would not recomended this site at all. I had better luck with lightinthebox site..

Communication is on a scale zero. I was informed IZIDRESSES has received my order for a Mother of the Bride Dress and my Visa payment has not gone through. I immediately thought what is going on. I have sent several live chat emails and emails to their *******@izidresses - not once have I had any contact back from them. It has been quite frustrating - I am left in limbo not knowing what is happening. I should have read the reviews first before ordering.
Too many untrustworthy businesses are taking discusting advantage of inicent
Customers. I will not recommend them.

There were pictures on the website and a full description of the dress and what I received is not anywhere close to what I paid for. I was told I was buying a lace and beaded dress whereas I received a dress with no lace or beading. I have been calling them from the number given on Their website and numbers I found elsewhere as well as emailed them looking for an explanation and have been ignored and unable to get a hold of anybody. Received answer that dress is close to what is on the website and offered me $10. Do not buy from this site and tell everyone you know to stay away.

I ordered a knee-length lace sheath dress to wear to my daughter's wedding. I am a size 6. I took my own measurements because I know how to sew and my measurements were exactly the same as the size chart on the website. After two weeks the dress arrived. It was so tight that I couldn't even zip it up. Unfortunately for me, the way their return policy is written, I couldn't return the dress because there was nothing wrong with the construction of it. It was just way too small for the size it was supposed to be. Another thing that really bothered me about it was that the bodice had stays in the sides and under the bust so it was like wearing a corset! Stay AWAY, far away, from this company!

We ordered a prom dress of size 2 for my daughter in mid January 2014. Quickly after the store verified the credit card information I received an email confirmation that the order has been charged. Ten days later, another email notified me that the item has been shipped and that I should receive the item via 3-5 days DHL, which I did.
However, the dress came with at least four size bigger and without tag or indication of the true size that is being sent.
I contacted the phone number on the shipment which indicated as in Zhejiang province of China. A man picked the phone, seemed being annoyed, saying he did not know English. While I communicated with him in mandarin, he said he was only an accountant and knew nothing about the product.
I then wrote an email to the customer service at izidresses.com. A lady responded next day saying the factory was at Chinese New Year break and that no one would respond the email. Please contact them again 5 days laster. So I did resent the email expecting a response. Now two weeks passed, I still have not hear anything back from email or phone.
I decided to call their "24-hour" phone line, *******307. Of all 5 times of dialing throughout a day, only to hear the phone recording saying "the person you are trying to contact had temporarily powered off the line, please try your call later."
I then tried to communicate through 'live help' and got a position of #18 for an estimated 69 minutes wait. I kept the live chat window open for a good one-hour time. Finally I was approaching #5 with 33 minutes more wait, then the window changed to a message submission form saying the operator is currently not available.
As frustrated as I am to get help from this site, I strongly recommend the customers to stay away from this site. If you do, please read the return policy. You would find it's nearly impossible to get your money back no matter what you try.
