I also purchased two dresses from site to see which I liked better. They were too small. And the "butterball" color was a bright neon yellow, but of course I took my chance with the tiny swatch on site. Material was way too heavy and not flowy like picture either. And the padding inside another story. And YES no one answers help line or customer service. Tried "live chat" line who told me to send pictures and then mysteriously connection was lost! So I am too out my money...

I ordered a dress from this site, it came in a timely fashion (only one day late). However, when I recovered the dress first thing I noticed was the terrible stench. The odor from the dress almost made me puke, it was a combination of cat piss and cigarette smoke. The fit of the dress was just okay, I would have to double-sided tape to have the back fit how it was supposed to fit. The material was very heavy. Overall, I was unsatisfied with the dress.
When my husband got home I asked him for a second opinion (he had picked out this particular dress. I had my eye on a different one). He stated that the color didn't match the picture, instead of being a deep ruby red color (like the picture) this dress was more orange.
After reading the return policy, we left an email describing our dissatisfaction with their product, even taking pictures to illustrate the color variation. The next day I tried to ship the dress (since no one would answer any of their "costumer service" lines) back to the sender to be within the policy 3 day rule. -what a load of $#*!- The shipping costed an extra $53 to ship to HongKong.
Im going to see what type (if any) legal action I can do to rectify this. This site is a scam and they operate their business criminally. Please do not order anything from this site. Like other ladies in this complaint column, I wish I did my research prior to this purchase. Now, I am out over $200 with absolutely nothing to show for it!

I ordered a dress from their website, and when I received it, it was tragically different from the picture on the product page. The product page showed a sleek, fitted, lacy top, and the dress I got had a terribly ugly lace pattern (very different from the advertised lace), and there was THICK padding under the lace (there was NO visible padding on the product page, nor any information leading me to believe the lace was even lined, let alone thickly padded). It fit terribly and was honestly like they had sewn a dress over a 1980's power suit. I filed a complaint and asked for a full refund and included pictures of the monstrosity they sent me compared to the beautiful dress advertised on the site. They said the dress is "no more than 10% different" and offered me $10 for my complaint. Absolutely terrible. This is a terrible, fraudulent company.

Caution if you live in European mainland, UK or Ireland you should pay customs on top of the original price and shipment costs.

So be careful and always add about 50% of the original price + shipment. A dress of about €100.00 will eventually cost you about €150.00. I ordered a dress.

Plus it was one week on hold before they informed me that customs charges have to be paid.

These people are blatant frauds. I ordered a gown using the sizing guide they publish on site. Dress received, at least 4 inches to narrow around midriff. Contact customer service (using the term loosely). They asked for pictures of me in the dress (showing the tag still attached), front and back then pictures of me measuring myself. They received the pictures only to respond with an offer of $15.00 partial refund because the dress is of no use to them. You can't make this stuff up. Total frauds and I can't imagine they will be able to keep this up very long. STAY AWAY! My comment wouldn't post unless I gave a Star rating. Trust me it took everything I had to give them one. Needs to have a negative star rating.

I asked for a dress for a wedding izidresses, I get a different color and different size, the worst part is that I have no wedding dress because it already, I want to return the money, do not give me another dress, if I want to charge me 438 euros return transport Shangay! Amazing, I thought it was a legit product, did not read any negative comment, and that is, in its own page to post try telling my reality but will not let me, and I will see you dont have all nicely bound, I say give me 10 dollars for compensation, is a shame, that serves me that! If I have two sizes larger and not the color I ordered! Is horrible... I'm having an awful time.

I also ordered a dress for my sons wedding. Very Poor workmanship. I also measured myself and it fit in a category of size 14 I'm a 12 in regular clothes. When I got the dress I couldn't even get my arms in the sleeves or even zip it up. I learned my lesson not to buy over seas again. I also have no dress for my sons wedding in a week and out 175.00

Warning - extreme caution. You can not return the bad product they ship to you. The dress I ordered in a standard size exactly according to their size chart does not fit at all - it is about 3 sizes too big. The top has along acted cups that may fit someone with a FF size, who has breasts growing right under their shoulders. I am a D and there are gaps over 1". Since they will not take it back even after I provided pictures confirming my measurements exactly, I will have to either spend a lot of money trying to alter this dress or end up throwing it away. Worst customer service - you are not saving money here, you are throwing your money away. Wish I would have given it to a charity instead.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding, but the wedding was cancelled so I cancelled the order before it was shipped. When I contacted them, the dress was suddenly in shipment to me. In their email, they said they would work with me in returning it. That was the last contact I had with them. I have called, emailed, tried to have "live chat" (that's a joke) so many times, but no response. I wished I had taken the time to read the reviews before I ordered. Once you receive your shipment, you only have 3 days to return it, but if you can't find where to return it because you're being ignored, then you've violated their 3-day return policy. There is nothing good about this website or company. I would avoid it at all costs. I'm going to try to work with my credit card company to see if there's another way to get at them.

This website is a scam. Please avoid this company if possible. They responded to my emails with hairextensionbuy.com, so I'd avoid that too. They must pretend to do all sorts of businesses. The dress I ordered did NOT look like the photo. It's completely made wrong, and they'll only give a 50% refund. 50% for their misrepresented clothing! They must post photos of other designers' clothes and create poor imitations. Do NOT buy a dress from here! I'm sorry I didn't research this company further before buying.

The reviews on their website is absolutely bogus! They do not stand by their return policy (50% refund nor cost for re-tailoring as stated). The dress came in the wrong size. The live chat basically offered no resolution. Consumer assumes all risk! Do not buy from this website. It is a ripoff.

I so wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ordered a dress for my sons wedding! Check out the refund/return policy BEFORE you order anything! ONE HALF the cost of the dress is the restocking fee! The dress arrived in a reasonable time, the color was good, but the size was WAY OFF, and the lines didn't fit body shape. The bust line was so high it was under my neck, rather than normal area, the arms were so tight I could barely move, and it was so heavy it just hung on me! NOT a good fit, but more importantly, not well porportioned. (spell?) I tried to call to return and had to try to understand a lady as she said I had to take photos, send them and then and only then would they even consider a return. I would NEVER recommend this company. VERY dissappointed, and now need to sell locally this dress as I would lose 3/4 of purchase price, restocking price of 50% and the shipping costs, if I do go through the hassle of trying to return to China. UGGHHHH! Don't do business here!

The dress I received was a very [very, very] poorly made knock-off. Emails to the company were blocked; the phone number didn't work; and the live chat option proved to be a dead end. After a lot [too much] effort, I was able to speak to a representative [who spoke very little English] who told me that my expectations were too high, that the site never claimed to be selling the dresses they advertised, and that, if I wanted my dress to fit, for the clasp to close, and for the numerous defects to be righted, I could always take it to a tailor. Their return policy is non-existent, not because they have poor customer service, but because they're criminals, relying on non-existent policing of counterfeit merchandise in their home country, the [relative] anonymity of the internet, and people's reluctance to follow-up after being cheated [or, in this case, stolen from]. Do not buy from this site; these people are thieves.

Where should i start... I saw how affordable the dresses were on this site. So i took avantage of it, and purchaced two dresses for my daughter sweet 16! After two weeks had passed i put in my order number and it went from processing to NONE on top of that, my log in was no longger working. So i looked up the reviews on this site. And my heart dropped i got so scared. I strated arguing with them thu live chat." how come you guys never pick up" then i told her, i know the dresses are being made in china, i don't care where it comes from, " but please make sure it comes, and that the dresses look just like the picture!. She promised me it would arrive this week. I have to admite i wrote a bad review on them a few days ago. Cause i had ordered june 1 & the dresses should have been here. BUT GEUSS WHAT! My daughter calls me today at work, the dresses came and they look and feel wonderful, just like the picture.and i did receive a tracking number two days ago and the dreeses came today! Free shipping and all.it's made in china it takes time to make these dresses, they're very afordable too. It was worth every penny and the wait. Overall i came off with two nice dresses for a great price!

I brought two dresses over two weeks ago. And stilll haven't received them yet. This store is the worst. They never pick up there phone. I tried to contact them several time's by phone and live chat. I got thru to one of them it was very hard to understand cause she had a very strong Chinese accent. She promised that she will ship it out today and that I would receive a tracking number." All lies" every time I put my order number in, it says processing or none and sometimes I put my password in and it says password is in correct. I don't care if it comes frim china as long as it gets here. I can wait but there communication is very bad, they never get back to you they say they are. After reading all these bad review. I'm calling my back and getting my money back before its to late. Its really not worth the headache and disappointment it the dress comes and it looks horrible.

I have never been so unsatisfied with a company as I am with this company. The order said 21 business days. It took over 30 business (non-holiday) days for it to come in, when the receipt says 3-8 shipping days. I tried to call the company numerous times. I e-mailed and did not get a response. After that, I finally got through when it was 25 business days later and I was told that it was still not shipped out yet and I would hopefully get it by June 6 or 7. I was also told that I would get an e-mail letting me know when the shipment is on the way, and didn't get that either. Meanwhile, the wedding is right around the corner and no one was going to call me to tell me that it wasn't going to come in on time? My parents had to go out of town, and came back yesterday night where we opened the package together since both dresses were supposed to be a gift for my mother. I was told the reason it was taking so long is to get high quality items?

Well, I got two dresses that didn't look remotely close to the picture. They were poorly made. The lace looks worn out. The beads hang loosely from the dress, and there is still clear thread that is hanging from the dress like someone forgot to finish it. I won't even begin to explain how the measurements do not match up to the dresses. We expected to need to make alterations, but we didn't expect to have to re-do the entire dress and/or pay someone to fix the beadwork? To make matters worse, theres an invoice that states that it was bought in China for $50 USD when meanwhile I paid triple. TRIPLE! For each dress! And I should pay money to have someone fix it? The return policy states that they will not take any shipments sent to the company without calling first, but they won't answer the phone or my e-mails to give me the shipping address. (even though it says they will contact you within 12 hours of e-mailing) I e-mailed twice since it is impossible to contact them via the live chat (which is never activated) or on the phone (which is always busy or disconnected and you can't leave a message). I've already warned them that I will be contacting the better business bureau and small claims court if they do not e-mail or call me, and they haven't done either to try and settle this matter.

Now that I am examining their website more and more familiar with all their policies, it looks like nothing matches up, and I don't know how they get away with a Canada phone number with a London address registered as hairstyles and wigs when they sell clothing and purchasing their products from China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM this site! I ordered my daughters "dream" prom dress from this site and it has YET to arrive! I was given a "latest arrival" date and it is still not here and the date has long passed. I have been on their "chat line" because they won't answer the phone, and I have been told by 4 different operators that they will get back with me on the status of the order and I have not heard from one of them. I finally chatted with one that told me it would ship this week and my status on my order would change from "processing" to "shipped" as soon as it had. My status still says "processing" and if I try to track the order instead of saying processing for the status it says "none". I would not ever order from them again and honestly doubt I will ever receive this dress!
