DO NOT get anything from this Website... it has been 29 days & I still havent received my Dress... pathetic communication is through web chat and they are never there... the perfect Dress ended up never happening... maybe I was a unlucky one however absolutely shattered... a total scam... please get your Dress made from a Dress maker... i ended up having to borrow from a girlfriend... not my ideal dream for my perfect day... so thanks for ripping me of & not sending me what I paid for, absolutely disgusting company... and still waiting if I get anything... if someone was standing in front of me from that Company, they wouldnt be standing for long, absolutely heart broken, nightmare forever.:-(

I also ordered from this website, without checking reviews. I have not received the dresses I ordered and was promised that I should receive them within 4-5-days of my conversation, and that I would receive refund if I did not receive them by the projected date. My son's wedding is just days away. They have you when you make the order. How can you charge a restocking fee for something that presumeably is not in stock, it has to be made? I will definitely not use this website again and will not recommend it to anyone. I will have to now go out and buy a last minute dress that I probably won't be really satisfied with..

Sure wish I would have read these review before ordering a dress for my son's wedding. The fit is not at all a size 10. It is super long, poorly made and again, not at all true to size. The dress does not match the picture. I agree they must try to make them off a picture. I guess I will just have to suck it up and chalk this up to a horrible experience. I read the reviews on their site and just like everyone, was duped into thinking we were going to get something beautiful when all we got was crap. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I didn't do my research and ended up ordering a dress from this site. I was over-charged by 280.00 and cancelled in a panic 3 hours later. I have called my credit card company four times to try to rectify. Meanwhile I'm getting conflicting emails from the company. Some are telling me not to worry, that my order has been cancelled, then re-sending the invoice and saying that it's being processed. I true nightmare! Beware of this company!

I would NOT recommend this company at all. I ordered a dress and received an e-mail stated my charge card could not go through and to try again, I did not try again and felt it was not to be. A week later I received the gown, not the one I thought I ordered. It came inside out, thrown in a plastic bag with a rip in the back seam and a snag on the back chiffon. No invoice or statement or return address label. I called four times, never got anyone, so I e-mailed them. After two letters I finally got a response saying I needed to take pictures, there was a restocking fee and just a bunch of baloney! They make it very hard for you to return. So I am bringing it to a tailor to see if it can be fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I would of read the reviews..

I ordered a dress I liked on the site for one of my bridesmaids, however 20-30 mins later I changed my mind and decided I would not go with that particular dress so i emailed them and asked them to cancel my order. A representative wrote back a day later saying that my money had already been debited out of my account and my dress was in production- how convenient for them! I told them I did not want the dress any more and they wrote me an email back saying that they would take $20 off my order. Sorry but this is not good customer service and is pathetic! Stay away from this company. They are shams!

Brides, this company is horrible! If I had read reviews first, or atleast realized they were in China, I never would have made the mistake of ordering from them.

We ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses in three sizes and none of them fit the girls! The sizing is way off and the construction of the dress wouldn't allow the girls to raise their arms.

Their exchange policy is very bad (they only offer a 50% refund) but in the situation where the dresses were made incorrectly I thought for sure they would exchange. When I contacted them to exchange (I actually needed 6 dresses so I was also going to order more) they told me they wouldn't take back for a full exchange, they would only give us a 50% credit.

This was a costly mistake for us... please heed my warning and use another company!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased my dress an hour ago and I received a suspicious email 30 mins later saying that my payment was unsuccessful. Once received this email, I immediately googled izidresses reviews and saw how many people were scammed also by the website. I am so glad I didn't go back and try to repurchase the dress. I immediately contacted the website through live chat and chatted with a very unprofessional representative who tried to offer me discounts repeatedly when I asked for a refund with his broken English. I do not know if I will receive my money back but I will write another review if I do. PLEASE LADIES DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AND ALWAYS RESEARCH SITES BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. I have learned my lesson today
