The dress I received did not look nothing like the dress in the picture. The dress was so heavy and was lined with cheap heavy material and it felt like it weighed about 30 pounds. I ordered the same size that I always wear when I buy from any other store and when it came I noticed the box came from China. It was 4 inches too long, the arm holes were too small and the zipper was sewn too close to the teeth and it would not zip down. When I complained, they refused to give me my money back even though it said that I would receive a full refund if there was a defect. When I called the number, no one spoke English and there was not a number where you could talk with someone. I paid 135.00 for the dress and I finally was able to get a 35.00 refund. I am out 100.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

I ordered the dress for my wedding I wanted something simple yet elegant, I was scared not sure what to expect. They told me I would get my dress on April 24th I received it on the 23rd. And it came in around 9am.
I opened the package very nicely packed. I wear size 8, I ordered 10 it fit perfect. I am so in love with this dress it everything like the picture. I am so pleased I love it, Thank you Izidress. You just earned yourself a new customer. I will be telling all my friends and co-workers about you. Thanks. If you are having second thoughts trust its worth every penny.

I bought three dresses all for special occasions. I ordered a size larger than I normally do because I thought taking it in would be an easier alteration if necessary. However, none of the dresses were form fitting, so I was not really concerned. When they came, I couldn't even zip any of them up. The top on one is so big it touches my chin, yet it doesn't zip. One has cheap sequins on it that are not shown or mentioned in the photo and description. I have spent $100 at an alterations place trying to fix one of them, and I have just decided to scrap it because it is so ill fitting that I'd never be comfortable. So now I'm up to an over $400 lesson learned. Please don't make the same mistake I did. If you read carefully, the fine print says that they could be one to three inches off in size. Well, that's enough to make it not zip! I argued with them for over a week. I even sent in pictures of me with measuring tape showing my actual sizes and then the dresses that are far from zipping up. They said they would not let me exchange because they made the size I ordered. I said they did not make the size I ordered. These are at least two sizes too small, and the quality of material is very, very poor. These are horrible knock-offs at the worst -- nothing like the picture of the dresses you think you are getting. They finally told me they would refund me $50 of my $323 and I should give them to a relative or a friend. Yes, that is exactly what they wrote in an email to me. Never, never do business with this company. The good reviews you read are most likely false written by them. These dresses look like they are made from cheap materials by a junior high home ec class that the boys have to take and are just rushing to get it done.

I will never do business with this company again. I ordered the dress according to the measurement chart and it came in 2 sizes too small. The dress was shipped from China and was not even the dress I ordered. When trying to call - I kept getting no answer. This company should be turned into the Better Business Bureau as it is nothing but a scam. Trust me - do not order from them. You are throwing hard earn money down the drain.

Not a good experience! I ordered a burgundy dress and realized I really should have ordered the grey. I called, wrote, emailed right away and no answer, so the next morning I called again and got a customer service rep. He said there was no problem and said he changed the color of the order. I asked if I could have a new receipt with the right color and he said it wasn't necessary as the grey color was now on my order. The dress arrived and it was RED. Not even burgundy. As it was, the bodice was encrusted with sequins and large plastic "jewels" and looked very cheap. I wrote the company an email and they wrote back that I had ordered the burgundy and that they could make me a new (grey) dress if I paid $50 more - and no, they didn't want me to return the red dress (although BTW, they never acknowledged that it was red and NOT burgundy). I said, no, I wasn't going to pay more for the dress color I had changed my order to. I even suggested that they don't "decorate" the bodice of the grey dress to save them money and still no. Many email exchanges later, I was tired, time was running out and I went ahead and paid $50. Then I received an email days later saying that they were out of the fabric for the grey dress and could I please pick out another dress? It took several more emails for them to believe that I was not going to order anything else from them and I just wanted my money back - all of it. They refused to return any $ except the additional $50. We must have had 15 email exchanges. I told them if I didn't get all of my money refunded, I was going to write a bad review. They didn't seem to care - so you can guess what happened and why I'm writing this. Don't use this company! In fact, don't order a dress online that you can't return. I'm out a good deal of $ and have an ugly red dress to try to sell to recoup a little of what I lost.

I give No stars was the worst experience ever. I have never ordered a dress online and thought I would give this site a try, they had beautiful dresses. When I received my dress on the left side breast was not complete the plastic wiring at the bottom of the dress was coming out. When I emailed there customer service they emailed me back saying sorry and that I could take it to a tailor and they would pay 10% of my bill. I don't know why I had to pay a 137 dollars for an incomplete dress then have to pay more just to fix it. Worst experience ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL.

I ordered my dress on April 5th, before ordering my dress I did something I think most of the people that give these bad reviews didn't I READ! It obviously says that it takes 2 weeks of tailoring and 3-4 days of shipping soo when I ordered my dress I did the math my prom is May 2 soo I had plenty time I emailed them and told them exactly when I needed my dress after visiting this site and getting all worked up and they emailed me back instantly I constantly checked on it they ALWAYS RESPONDED again if you reaaaaddddd! It states there office hours! Long story short my dress is beautiful it came in April 20 so it took 15 days which is earlier then the estimated date it's absolutely gorgeous also to the people complaining about them selling knock offs umm duh! They are selling 500 $ dresses for 200 like come on what are you expecting but to all people doubting if they should order a dress from here or not go ahead they are great remember to calculate the days leading up to your event and how long it should take them to be done with it and email them they always respond!

My experience was much the same as many of these posts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM! I ordered a mother of the bride dress - I should have known better - I normally do research. I spent over $200 plus had to pay $30 duty charges at the door - little did I know it was coming from China! The dress was a disaster - ugly, heavy, fit horribly, nothing like the photo! I was so disappointed. I emailed them immediately asking for a refund and they requested pictures, which I sent in great detail. They offered me a $10 refund and suggested I try to resell it myself. WHAT? Seriously? So I emailed them again telling them this was unacceptable - they replied offering me a $15 refund. I can't say it enough - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am just glad I have time to go out and buy a new dress.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY The size does not match what you order and if you want to return the item, you only received 50% back as refund. Dress jacket was way too small and dress came at least 4" too long. They say to have it tailored and they will pay for it. I doubt that as I could NEVER reach anyone on the phone Their live chat is a joke. You are number eight, for example, and have a 33 minutes wait. It got down to caller number 7 and then said that no one was available. You're instructed to leave a message but can't. Now they want me to send photos of the dress to determine if I am telling the truth. I have never dealt with a company that is so ridiculous. They are a company based in China. I

I ordered 4 dresses for my bridemates. I m very pleased with the dresses. They look exactly like the picture. The quality is amazing. I was very skeptical ordering things online, but turned out more than i expected.
However, they need to state clearer on arrival time. Arrival time means the time the customer receives the product (tailor time + delivery time).
I will definitely order fr this webside again. Except next time i will be sure to add 10-14 more days from the time they stated "the earliest arrival time is..."

I ordered a dress from this site with only reading the reviews under all the dresses they offered. It had only been about two days later until i decided i would search google reviews. My stomach started to turn and I got really nervous. I started to really think it was a scam. I called my smart prom date to come help me figure out if I should cancel my order or not. He looked at the reviews under the dress and realized they had a pattern to how often they were posted. He conclude that the reviews were probably fake and made by the company. I tried calling the number they gave and no one ever answered. I finally decided to demand on the online chat that someone called me. Now, I'm not a racist person but the online helpers appear to be american but no one I talked to were easy to understand with their Chinese accent. I was really sketched out by this point. My date decided to track the number on reverse yellow pages iPhone app. They said they are from HonKong China but the number was from Alabama. That itself really set me off. I decided to not risk this site to rely on my prom dress that would come in just says before Prom, so i canceled my order. I demanded that i wanted all my money back and they said they weren't going to cancel my oder unless i agreed to relieving half, this was an hour after arguing that i wanted to cancel my order and them saying its going to be fine. There are so many other things i could say about my experience, but to conclude... DO NOT BUY! It is a TOTAL scam. I wish i had read these reviews before even buying. I hope this saves someone... i now have to pay for half this dress, and a whole new prom dress. Not what i had in mind for the day every high school student dreams about.

So I just recently purchased my prom dress from izidress and am so excited about it! I ordered it about 3 weeks ago and just picked it up today. At first I was really worried because I read all of these awful reviews but it turned out wonderfully! It fits perfectly, and looks gorgeous! It's a little bit different than what I saw in the picture, some of the beading is a little less elaborate, but it was also $400 cheaper than the designer version, so I'm not complaining. As far as I know, the communication was fine. Their english was broken, but they provided helpful information over the phone. The only thing that I would have changed was my tracking number didn't always work, which freaked me out. But when I called they fixed it for me!
I would order from izidress in a heartbeat. So happy with the results! So if you're worrying about your dress I hope this helps relieve some of the worry! :)
