I had a great experience buying online from IZIDRESSES. My order arrived on time as promised and it was beautifully tailored of the exact material and size I specified. I had problem with my size when I tried it on because my normal size 12 was a bit tight on the waist for the kind of cut of the dress I ordered. When I tried to exchange it for the next higher size, I was politely informed by the company of the tremendous problems involved including the amount of time it will take before I could receive a replacement. Instead, the company offered to refund me the cost of having it altered to make it fit me. I had it altered and am very happy with the result.

DONT BUY FROM IziDresses... I recently ordered a Mother of the Bride outfit from this site. It arrived and was nothing like the picture. It came with sequins which were not on the website picture nor the correct colour, it puckered and wasn't sewn correctly. I am unable to wear the item. I have tried several times to contact the customer service however they offer me either a 50% refund and state that the postage will cost me so much money and they may not receive the package, and if they don't receive the package they won't refund anything or I can take a $30 refund. The item/s cost me over $160... maybe they can't do math. I am now taking this up with my bank fraud department as they're trading illegally and advertising items they don't produce. I'd suggest to stay away if you don't want the same disappointment and headaches I have had throughout this process. IziDresses is terrible.

PLEASE do not buy from this company. They are a complete scam. The dress I ordered was pictured on their website using the exact photo used from a Maggie Sottero wedding dress ad from about 2 years ago. It was the exact dress I wanted, but obviously was no longer made by the manufacturer. I figured this company must buy their overstock. Wrong. They make their own dresses in China, and the dress I received looked NOTHING like the Maggie Sottero in the picture and was completely falling apart. The lace was actually pieced together in many areas, instead of being one cohesive piece. In other areas, the lace was missing entirely. The inner lining was sewn crooked and was showing over the top of the sweetheart neckline. The "lace" appliques on the rest of the dress were popping up and off all over. There were also no eye closures for the collar and they sent me the wrong sash after charging me extra for the one pictured. They will not respond to any of my emails including the ones where I sent pictures. I have emailed several times. I'm guessing I am out the money. This dress is a cheap piece of polyester garbage not even suitable to donate. The company ships directly from & is located in China. Good luck trying to get service. Give your money to a local company where, if something goes wrong, you at least have recourse.

If I could, I'd give them a zero. This company is a complete scam and I wish I would have read the reviews before I ever bought anything from them.
The dress I got was extremely heavy when it was supposed to be a lightweight chiffon. The neck collar choked me, the sides were extremely wide and the length was way longer than it should have been. The mid section was so big that the collar didn't even stay hooked in the back. Oh, and did I mention it was a CUSTOM measured dress? We went to a tailor, got measurements, and sent in my exact sizes. I emailed them and I was asked to send them pictures of proof (exactly how they worded it too, they needed evidence like I was lying). So I did what they said. Over the last MONTH I have been emailing a very poor english speaking woman and I have finally ended it with just letting my 200$ going down the drain. You can clearly see how big the dress is in the pictures and they want more proof of the measuring tape around me to make sure it wasn't their mistake. It clearly was and they are just dragging the situation out. I want to do everything in my power to make sure they lose business and don't scam anyone else.

Ordered dress, paid them, then got a call asking for money for "material fee" I have in writing that I did not want the dress altered or tailored, I am a proficient seemstress.
They did not refund my money when I cancelled the order. Then they said they were going to keep half of the money because I did not cancel within 72 hours, I have emails proving I did, and I cancelled because of the hidden "material cost" DO USE IZIDRESS A TOTAL RIP OFF

Ordered a dress, size 18 per their sizing chart, was sent, I had gave them height, as I am very short, they send me our a rack dress than try to tell me it is a custom, it was such a hassle, I tried asking them to return it, no I must pay, I asked them to make it my size, take too long I have to pay shipping, there offered me $ 15.00, I am so upseI have to now take it to a tailor and have it sized and fixed so I can wear it to my daughter's wedding, Dhgate.com saved the day and their customer is live people speaking to you not a continuous back and forth with it izzydress emails emails

After I ordered a Mother of the Bride dress I waited about two weeks and it hadn't come yet. When I tried to call the 800 number it was some foreign mans voice on the recording that said something about not being able to answer now. When I finally gave up and got on a chat with a live person they said they would have to MAKE the dress for me...? And promised to send right away. (Oh... and the pictures of nice looking 20-yr olds that are talking to you?... They are fake. The company is based in China.)
When I received the dress it looked like someone had made it overnight while I was sleeping and sent it in a small box. The Iabel IZI Dresses was sewn in crooked and it was constructed very badly.
When I emailed them I told them I did not like it and wanted to return it and get my money back... they wanted me to send a PICTURE of the dress!
After refusing, they emailed back..."If you insist on returning. Here is the return address. (Of course in China) which will probably cost alot to send it back. I am sending it back and the fraud paper from my bank is ready to go if they do not return my purchase amount... Will let you know what happens!

I ordered a dress in grape from the color palette. The construction of the garment was excellent. But I got a burgundy dress with bright purple lace. Not cool. I read the reviews from others and realize time is money so don't bother, but as a mom of four girls with friends with girls getting married, you can be sure I will tell them to STAY AWAY from this site. It's a shame really, because I sew and the quality of the garment was great. Fabric quality just ok and the color choice, horrific.

This is an absolutely horrifying company. My 74 year old grandmother bought a dress from Isidress.com and was sent the wrong size. When we asked them to exchange it for another size they FLAT OUT REFUSED. I am completely disgusted at their actions and the way they treated, and spoke to her during our call to customer service. They actually told her to try and resell the dress on her own. We cannot let this company continue with their business!

Horrible dress. Not the quality, fabric or fit that was represented. Felt it was misrepresented and the return policy is awful.
I just flushed money down the toilet and will never order from this company again!
Updating: after two weeks of back and forth from an izidresses.com representative, I am even more appalled at their service. They offered me $15, several emails later it went up to $30, and after 14 emails, they offered me a 50% refund and then ceased communication. I would never do business with this company, nor should you, unless you want to throw away your money.

The color choices were confusing. They had different boxes for different color choices. They had a box for white and so on. Then they had the one pictured but no color name it just stated as pictured. The color looked off white so I ordered the dress and when it came it was white. I called and they said no refunds or exchanges. I explained that the order form was misleading but to bad! I did not want a white dress! Do not order from them unless you are sure of the color!

Unfortunately the dress I ordered could not be further off from the dress pictured. TOTALLY different style all together. Neckline is 3 inches higher and fit is skin tight, not empire cut and flowy like the picture. VERY STRANGE. It came with a black stain at the hem and there were loose threads everywhere. SO SAD and so disappointed with the dress. I had been looking for months and thought I hit the jackpot with this dress! Now I have one month to find a dress after waiting 4 weeks for delivery. I have been trying to contact the company for a return and the phone number listed on the website does not work nor does the "live help" option work. I have emailed the address liter and have heard nothing yet. I am afraid I will have to eat this purchase all together. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,
