The dress looks like they made an effort, but unfortunately they used the completely wrong colour and wrong material. Added some cheap crystals which were not on the image at all. The return policy is a joke - you have to tell them within 24 hours and return it within 3 days, pay for shipment there and back, and pay 50% restocking fee. For a $200 dress you are looking at getting $50 back. That's $150 you are paying for the mistake of trusting a pathetic, expensive, fraudulent company like IZIDRESS. Don't waste your hard earned money on these thieves.

I was very skeptical when my daughter wanted to order a dress from an overseas company, but I took the chance. We paid the extra $25 to send in her measurements for a custom fit. The dress arrived in less than 3 weeks and is absolutely beautiful. It is very well sewn and fits like a glove. If we bought a dress in our city, it would cost a least double and would have to be hemmed. Also, she knows her dress is unique because it is not "off the rack."

My dress arrived in approximately a week or two. Upon arrival the dress was just as it was advertised so I was very happy about that. Very well packaged and new! The one thing I didn't like was that the upper body was big for me. And it was longer than knee length. But this is my mistake, I didn't choose the custom size. As a result of that, I had to do some alteration which cost me a total of $45. Overall, my experience was good and I would recommend this site to a friend.

This is the worst site ever!
Purchased a dress on this site for a school ball and everything was wrong with it. The straps were different lengths and the bones on the inside were sewn upside down and so high up it was impossible to wear. I then emailed them asking about this issue and the completely ignored me for two weeks. I then get a reply from them saying to send them photos so I did which they came back saying there was nothing wrong with the dress and that they will pay me $15 to get it repaired or I could pay myself to have it returned and they will give me 50% back! These people are scammers and thieves do not buy from them!

Ordered dresses for my son's wedding was promised a specific delivery date. No dresses arrived when we called them they hung up on us 4 separate times. Emailed them their response was the dresses would be mailed out n a couple of hours, received a second email from them that they would take another three to four days to put finishing touches on them. Still have not received them. Heart broken bride furious mother of the groom. At the very least be professional and answer the phone and be responsible for your actions. Does Alberta Canada have a Better Business Bureau. This company gives Alberta a black eye. Shame on you Izidress.com! YOU ARE DREAM CRUSHERS! AND THIEVES! AND LIARS! Shall I go on!

Buyer Beware! I recently ordered 3 dresses for my son's wedding to see which size fit best and to review the colors. Most sites allow you to return dresses that don't fit for a small restocking price. These guys don't! I didn't realize that they were made at the time of the sale and that they didn't have a stock to send. It's acutally mentioned in the return policy but that is buried at the bottom of their site along with their size charts. When I wrote and asked to cancel the dresses after 8 days, they told me they were complete and couldn't be returned. When I offered to have one sent and not the others, they argued with me over the return policy. I had to get my credit card company involved and asked that they put dresses on hold until dispute was resolved. The credit card company couldn't help so I wrote and asked them to send all three dresses. Their response was " WE refunded you 50% of your money and have "DESTOYED the original dresses". I was stunned. I am out 50% of my original money and have no hope of getting even one of the dresses without paying again to make another. I urge all to use this site as a last resort, if you can't find a dress anywhere else! Look at the site very closely and be sure you are buying only what you think you can wear because there is no going back and while they say they TAILOR the dress, it isn't. They don't take any of your measurements. It's a standard pattern.

What a joke! The dress was four times too big, even with tailored measurements sent in. I'm getting married in a year and bought one dress online to see what it is like... big disappointment. CBS news did an exclusive on buying bride dresses on, ins and specifically mentioned izidress.com, I laughed at how how right CBS was about this company. Ladies... spend the money on a real dress or go to a retailer like JCrew or Anthropologie and buy a dress.

So pleased with my dress! It arrived in good time and it fits me perfectly (I ordered it made to measure). It feels like a very well made dress creating an amazing silhouette. I ordered it in pink which is a great color with blonde hair and a bit of a tan! Can't wait to wear it to my graduation ball in September. I would recommend this site to all my friends, and if you are considering buying a dress from here I would say go for it!
