I ordered two items from IziDress for my daughter's wedding... a gown and a pantsuit. When I received them I was horrified that neither of them fit (too small). I had ordered the correct size based on their size chart. After contacting them I was told to take pictures of the size labels on both of them and send them to an email address. The problem is there is NO SIZE LABEL on either item. Contacting them again it quickly became apparent that they had no intention of accepting a return and giving me a refund. To me this is total Fraud! I now own two pieces of clothing that will never be worn because they are way to small. To make things even worse I now have only a couple of weeks to find a dress for my daughter's wedding. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR RIPPING OFF PEOPLE!

I ordered a very simple dress for my wedding from a website called fabprettydressy. I took my measurements and found that one of the standard sizes on the chart matched what I needed. I ordered the dress two months before my wedding so I had time for a contingency plan if it was horrid. The dress arrived in an envelope from China with a tag labeled Izidresses. I tried the dress on and to my surprise, it fit! The bust was a little large, but I purchased a padded strapless bra to fill it in a little better. The dress had boning in the bodice and some sticky tape along the top to help it stay in place. The lace on the dress was not like the picture, it was much thinner and less expensive. The hem of the dress was sewn and did not have the scalloped edge shown in the picture. The description of the dress said it had appliques and sequins, which it did not. The dress was simply a satin under-slip with an inexpensive lace overlay. Luckily my taste was very simple and my budget was satisfied. Don't expect this site to deliver what is pictured.

Horrible product, prom dress was NOTHING like the photo we ordered from, when I contacted the company with photos and complaints, their solution was to offer me a 10%discount on my next order - like THAT will ever happen!

I bought a dress for my sons wedding the dress arrived the day before his wedding it was too long and had stains on it. I took it to have it pressed and the cleaners pointed out the stains. Needless to say I will never buy from them again. I had to go buy another dress to wear to the wedding so I have never worn their dress. Now we're trying to return it and not having any luck yet. If anyone knows the best way to return it and get a refund let me know.

Last year I wrote a review that I had ordered a champagne dress and received a red one. It took me over a dozen emails until I finally stated I was calling my credit card company to get the correct color sent. Threaten them with that and they will act. However, when I got dress number 2 it was sewn poorly and looked absolutely horrible. I could not imagine my daughters wedding pictures having this dress in them. So, I cut my losses, went to Dillard's and bought a beautiful mother of the bride dress. Izi wanted me to pay to send dress 1 Back to china. Nope. Not going to happen. And I didn't. They didn't want to pay for it so I now have not one but two ugly dresses! This company is a nightmare. If you get what you order the dress will be so poorly made you will not want to wear it. Again I say STAY AWAY!

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding this coming December. The dress didn't fit and I asked for the details on how to send it back. They say I could not return the dress. I asked them for a US size 16 and they sent me a 12 according to their online measurements. They claim that they put it on their model and that the dress fit and there was nothing wrong with it. They even claim that the measurements I sent them back, that the nipples didn't match up to the measurements. THE NIPPLES! These people are the best of scammers We have been sending email back and forth. I am in the process of filing fraud against them with my bank. I am not giving on getting my money back. They now say I can return the dress. What a joke. It will cost more to send it back than the dress does almost. These people are liars. Don't trust them. If I send my dress back do you really think they are going to send me my money. Very doubtful.

I ordered 4 dresses thinking I would try them and choose one that I liked, and return the rest.
4 full length gowns came stuffed in a UPS shipping bag about half the size of a standard pillows. NONE of the dresses fit. I inquired how to return them and was told they were all "made to order and therefore I could not return them"! OMG, what am I going to do with $400+ with of dresses that won't fit and I can't return. WHERE does that say that on the website?

I ordered a custom size dress and paid extra. The dress came in 3" too big in all areas. I had to take it to be altered at another $100. When I reached out to customer service they wanted me to take measurements with pictures of the dress and said they would make good on it. At first I couldn't provide pictures but provided the receipt from the tailor with the dress measurements and my measurements. They said it was no proof and offered only $25 Credit. I finally got the pictures and sent them off they agreed that the hips were 3" too big and that was normal to have a few inches bigger than what was ordered. It clearly showed that the waist was also bigger and the shoulders. They said they already offered me the $25 and would put me on the VIP list for future discounts.
I responded that I would not be ordering again I did not want to be put on the VIP list and the least they could do was reimburse me the tailoring fee. I think they are full of it when they offer to make good on their error.
I would never order from them again and I warn anyone out there considering ordering not to do it.

The dress you receive WILL NOT be what you ordered. They must take designer dresses and put on their website, than they send you something that looks NOTHING like the dress you ordered. The one I received was even the wrong color but they insist pure white is the same as ivory.

The material is scratchy and stiff. The dress doesn't even resemble the dress I ordered... crazy. Do not waste your time thinking you will be happy with your purchase and getting a refund is almost impossible.

Where should I begin? A few of us ordered dresses to be used as Bridesmaid dresses. The color that was shipped was not the color that was in the picture, no where near it. The style of the dress was awful, again didn't match the picture or compare. What's the point of having a picture? I paid extra to have it custom made, which it was not made to my specified measurements. I measured myself based on the picture on the website for the specific measurements. Many parts are way to big and others to small. They will not return or exchange the dress. I'm out all this money and with a dress that'll never be worn. When they do respond back only through e-mail and they will not take any responsibility for their mistakes, putting the blame on me, the customer. To top ithe off, whoever is sending the emails has no concept of grammar or senter structure, very sad. I will never recommend this site to anyone, they are just awful!

I wish I had read this reviews before ordering a mother of the bride dress from them. As many others that had size problems my dress did not fit either and I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. They have requested I take pictures and then say they cannot tell anything from my pictures. The dress did not have a size tag in it but they send a picture of a dress on a size 10 dress form claiming it is mine. Why should I believe their picture is legit? If you read their return policy it says the measurements may vary by 1 to 3 inches. If you are a seamtress you can make the dress exact to the measurements! This is ridiculous. Their return policy basically says they don't accept returns and will not refund your money. They keep sending me emails and I don't know why. I just want to return the dress and have my money refunded. I am contacting the Secretary of State to take further action.
