I ordered a dress it was sold so poorly that it wasn't even wearable was supposed to be worn at a wedding it was ridiculous they would not take it back they would not give me my money back they just kept running in circles do not ever ever order from this company horrible horrible company
I ordered a dress for an upcoming ball and I received the dress in the mail, it does not looklike what is on the website, the quality is HORRIBLE! Do not order from this place. I look up the return and I cannot return it.
Ordered a cocktail dress. Quality HORRIBLE! Zipper not working! Not a size 10! No way would I ever order anything from the company ever again! Waste of money!
WE ORDERED A DRESS AND IT WAS TOO SMALL AND ALL I WANT IT WAS TO RETURN IT FOR A BIGGER SIZE, THE COMPANY TOLD US THAT THEY DID NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE AND THAT THEIR SIZES ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE US SIZES I HAD IT FIXED SO I SPENT ANOTHER $60. TO HAVE IT ALTERED AND THE PERSON WHO WAS FIXING IT SHOWED US HOW BAD IT WAS SEWED IT AND THAT IT WAS NOT THE SIZES WE HAD REQUESTED. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Even if the dress I ordered had fit, which it didn't. The sizing guide is ridiculously off. The dress did not look anything like the picture and it was very poorly made. Parts were made of cardboard. A very upsetting and costly mistake. Don't like them take advantage of you too. I fought with them for weeks and they refuse to take it back.
I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and followed their measurement guide and the dress was huge. They refused to return it after they made me send them embarrassing pictures of how it didn't fit. If I could give them a zero star I would.
Found a beautiful dress for, y daughters wedding. Before ordering it I contact them through LIVE CHAT to see if it was returnable (it said in stock... not custom on the website)... they confirmed it was refundable... all but the shipping.
Before I had received it the website showed a $50 price reduction. I originally contacted the to refund the difference. They gave me some story about this was a different dress and much cheaper. But I'd be happier with the one I ordered. Unlikely story... and I told them that.
Dress arrived and it did not fit. About 2" too small in rib cage/girth... won't zip. Contacted them to return the dress and they said "not returnable". I continue to email them insisting to return it and they return a reply occasionally denying my request. Each time is a different story.
The billing on my debit appears to represent this company is from London, but shipped from China. The language of the emails appears to be from China as well.
Ultimately, I have contacted my bank and filed a claim against them.
Why a predatory-style of "customer service"? Only 24-hour window for returns? Only 50% refund of purchase price? The dress I ordered had to be a Size 8, rather than a Size 12 and worst of all the dress doesn't even look like the one I ordered! A Customer Service link or contact is non-existent. This buying experience for my son's wedding should have been easy and hassle-free and now it's a disaster!
This dress was awful! They are scammers. Worst thing I have ordered. The fabric is awful, ankle length was floor length, size twelve would not even zip (I wear medium tops), shoddy all the way around. Do not buy from this place. There is no phone number to call or place to send it back to. Wasted my money!
I ordered a dress for $140 and it is the CHEAPEST material I have ever seen. I have been fighting with them through email for the past couple days. They are very determined to NOT give my money back. This is a scam and you should STAY AWAY. I swear I am going to get a lawyer if they don't give me my money back!
Please think twice before ordering from this site. I ordered a dress for a special occasion. The dress did not arrive by the expected date. As a result, I did not have it for the occasion that I purchased it for. I learned the dress had not even shipped. I canceled the order. IziDresses refused to give me a full refund - EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE AT FAULT. I asked them not to ship the dress (because I had to buy a dress locally and therefore no longer needed the dress I ordered). In the end, they did not ship the dress and only refunded me 50% of what I paid. They are unfair. They are not upfront with their policies. Customer service is nil. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not order from this site! And if you do: Caveat Emptor!
After I placed and paid for my order, I read the reviews of this company. Most were horror stories and it kind of threw me into a frenzy of worry. Then I couldn't get the tracking number to work for any of the methods of shipment. I paid almost $200 and this dress is for my son's wedding. I contacted the company through live chat and found out it was shipped by DHL. I called them & found it was to be delivered today. The dress arrived and it is the quality represented and it is a perfect fit. The color is not exactly the same color as the picture, but it's not far off. I am a happy customer.
I have been trying for over 2 months to get in touch with someone from your company regarding a dress that I ordered, received and was wrong. Have been trying to return, but no address to return too. I paid $147.97 for an unusable dress that I still have in the box. It would be nice if someone from your company would get in touch with me. I bought the dress in good faith, and I want to return the dress and in good faith you return my purchase price of $! 47,97
Frauds! I ordered a dress from this company and the dress didn't fit. They take pictures from reputable designers and post it onto their website. Their quality is cheap, the dress was too short and their customer service will not work with you nor give you a refund. Consumer affairs please step forward and shut this site DOWN!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This site is a brides worst nightmare. The dress don't look white. The quality is the cheapest material they could use. They have you under the impression tjat you will wait 12 days but you only wait 5 and when you get the dress it's nothing like the picture. I was so made and contact them several times to be told that they can only refund me 8 dollars. Are they a joke or what. I already contacted my credit card company and hopefully I could get a full refund. Had I known they were making this dress in China I would have never ordered it. I am mad at myself for not checking the reviews on this site. Lesson learned because for now on I'm checking all reviews.
Forget about devolutions or complaints. Really bad quality of products and they send the size they want.
Well I recently ordered a dress from izidress.ca let me tell you I was not impressed one bit. I ordered custom fit and when it arrived I could not zip it up and it rode so high up my buttocks it's not even funny. This was for my daughter's wedding. Now I am out money and have to go find something else to wear and spend more money. Like a wedding doesn't cost enough already. The dress does not look like the picture on the site. The credibility of the product would be better if they would take the product back for a refund. I know that they say they don't take custom orders back unless they made a mistake well they did make a mistake of 3 inches. But anyway I advise you not to purchase from them.
Ordering dresses is real easy but getting them to fit is impossible. There is no extra material with which to work. I asked for a refund immediately and have been stone walled for over 6 weeks now. Their first response was they are custom made and sell them yourself. Then they offered an * dollar credit on future buys. I would never buy a dress from this place again. They do not know what custom made means and hide behind that. They also sent the dresses balled up in a DHL bag. This is not an honorable or honest company and NO ONE should do business with them unless you want to get ripped off. They have NO business ethics and their dresses not only dont fit are cheap and look like junk! Anyone who buys from here will get an inferior product and be very sorry!
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered--the dress ordered was very cheap looking and not to my expectations at all. The sequins were glued on and you could see the glue around the sequins. I asked for instructions for return and they basically would not take the dress back--best offer was discount for future order--I may be stupid but I am most definitely NOT that stupid.
My wife ordered 2 custom dresses. I was leery when I saw the DHL package directly from someplace in China. The package said 1 item enclosed. There were 2. So they are scamming US Customs also. So much for duties and tariffs. One dress came with a neck opening a doll head couldn't fit through. We put a dispute on the visa card immediately sensing a scam. After emailing the company their initial response was to have the dress altered here and submit the bill for review by them. Then when we emailed them saying we were disputing the charges they said to sell the dress here and they would give us a 10% discount off our next order and disputing only complicate matters. Really? While I'm sure there are millions of nice people and thousands of nice companies in China - be warned - I don't think these people and all there associated scam companies are. Tomm and Sue proud owners of a size 8 Barbie dress.
Answer: I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. TRUST ME. I GOT STUCK WITH A DRESS I COULD NOT WEAR AND COULD NOT RETURN. ORDER FROM A LOCAL STORE INSTEAD.
Answer: Sadly, it's just a home address in China. That's what they will give you. I was only able to get the address after I submitted a claim to my credit card to reverse the charges. I created a claim with photos and my order and the super rude emails that they were sending to me. Your best option is to have your credit card company retract payment from them. I shipped my bad garment to the China address just so I could feel I did my part, but they never responded that they received it. I did NOT buy tracking / it was too expensive so I sent it honestly to them and I am sure they got it. Hope this helps :)
Answer: Yes I do. Only because I saved the shipping bag otherwise any contact with them is the other website and virtually impossible I'm not home but as soon as I can retrieve the bag I will respond
