Other than hard to communicate with the Product was great and a fair price. In Fact I was quite impressed with the Quality of the garment. It was well made and there was no issue with fit, as I paid the little extra and had it custom fitted. I would highly recommend them just follow the directions exactly and you can come out with a wonderful garment at a very reasonable price. Thank You for a very positive experience.

I would like to return my dress, the size is redicuously small the tag says 16 and someone has put in pen a W under it... the zipper in the back is twisted and will not pull up, a very pretty dress but I even ordered a few sizes too big for me and it is so small... this product is not useable to me. I was told by JJS house that you have stolen their dress pictures on their site and sold it. This was in an email that I got from them, I bought this with my credit card ending with 3207 and my name Maureen Farrow living ******* 64th Avenue Langley BC Canada V2Y 2N8 my email address is *******@hotmail.com my invoice number is *******-0 and my account number ******* I have contacted my bank and am given instuctions to you to give you all this info and you have 10 days to come and get the dress and I would like my 172.90 canadian refunded to my credit card.

THIS WEBSITE IS THE WORST-Do not buy from them ever! They scammed my 70 year old mum out of hundreds of euros. They are a disgrace and should be shut down. Have an ongoing battle with them and will be taking legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! Literally the worst

I ordered a mother of the bride dress from Izi Dress. It came the day before the wedding, not time for alterations even if I was able to get it altered. The jacket is sewn horrible and does not fit in the armpits. It cannot be altered to fit properly. The internal bra is a joke. I emailed customer service and they were of no help. I would never buy another product from them. Their website lists glowing reviews but don't believe them, I could not find a place on their website to write a review and my order no longer shows up. Impossible to get any help from them. Never wrote a bad review on any product previously as I was always able to resolve if there was a problem. Horrible experience.

They send you a standard size and tell you it is custom made, therefore not returnable. Phone calls go to a number in Canada, never returned. Finally just caught someone in. If the dress doesn't fit or is not acceptable, it is your loss. Give it to a charity and write off the loss.

They are difficult to work with - NO refunds, NO exchanges, NO reasoning, DO NOT order from them as they are unreasonable and don't understand that their photos do not look like the real product!

How can I get them to issue me a refund and allow me to return the dress at their expense for the postage I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Also I have had the same problems as other dress way too small wrong color too short. Same response from the company Custom Made it is my fault measured wrong poor quality They should be removed

I bought a black, "satin" evening dress and it arrived on time.
HOWEVER:
1. It's way too large and yes, I checked the measurements before purchasing.
2. It's supposed to be ankle length. I'm 5.8" / 1.72 mt. Tall and it trails on the floor, even when I wear 12" heels.
3. The fabric is awful; it smells as only Made in China fabics can.
4. I've had the built-in bra removed and I'm happy to report that I can use the cheap, plastic cups as hub caps on my car.
5. My seamstress is making the dress smaller and shorter and she showed me the finishes hidden inside the lining - simply grotesque!

I BOUGHT A DRESS FROM FABVOGUE.COM THE DRESS CAME FROM THIS WEBSITE. REALLY DECEPTIVE NOY EVEN CLOSE TOO THE PIC THAT I ORDERED NO SEWED IN BRA POOR QUALITY FABRIC. BE READY TO SPEND MORE MONEY WITH ALTERATIONS.

Izidress order

After finding the "perfect" dress I carefully check the measurement chart provided by Izidress and went a size larger so I could be comfortable. When the dress came it was not the same color and very tight. Contacted Izidress and they basically told me I was wrong. The dress was made to my ordering specifications. I sent them pictures of me wearing the dress "unable to zip it up" and they still didn't believe me. Took more pictures of me wearing dress with a tape measure showing that the measurements were no where near what I had ordered. They still didn't believe me. Told me to keep it and get it altered and they would give me $20.00 back. For $120.00 dress that was unacceptable. Their return policy states if it is their mistake you can return it for a full refund. They would never admit it was their mistake no matter how many pictures I sent to them showing the measurements of what I ordered and what they sent me were 2 inches smaller. Very bad company and I would never do business with them again and suggest you don't do business with them. Once you order they seem to feel they can make whatever they please and they will keep your money whether you are happy or not.

THIS COMPANY MAKES KNOCK OFFS AND THEN ONLY GIVES YOU GRIEF. IF READING THIS AFTER PURCHASING, PUT IN A DISPUTE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD PEOPLE
I agree this company IZIDRESS is nothing but a major scam that produces knockoffs and does not adhere to their return policy and can only say one thing made your dress to the way you wanted it, obviously not if I'm trying to return. Before ordering I wrote to them and requested material, was told Satin and what came in was cheap polyester (wrong #1 not made to what I wanted and what they said it would be) then the dress is all the wrong length and they state made to how I ordered and that I did not give my length. Heck, the dress should have been short on me... I'm 5'10, it was suppose to be long to short and is tea length or longer! I disputed with them from day one and then got a hold of my credit card company and put it on dispute which means they don't get paid until cleared up. More people just probably give up with them, I highly suggest putting in a dispute with your credit card company

I bought my wedding dress online from this company and the quality was so poor I just have to return it. Their customer service representative (I swear I have to call them 20x/day just to have somebody answer the phone) instructed that they would do a full refund but I have to pay for the shipping fee and make sure its expedited. I followed everything and after a few days, received a notice from the post office that the dress has been received in China and that an actual person signed for it.

Inspite of this however, they never refunded my money back! So I ended up losing more money because I have to pay extra for the shipping. I can't believe this company still exists today. They shouldn't be allowed to do business, they're a fraud!

Do not buy!

I ordered a dress on the website. What I received was not at all what was ordered. I immediately contacted IZI and repeatedly requested information on returning garment. Astonishingly the responses I have received included: dress pretty you should keep. Insistence that I take photos which I did. Or this quote "and your dress is very beautiful, 95% the same.

So suggest that you can keep this order and you can re-sale to another
People or send to your friends as gift.".

The dress itself is poorly made and of cheap quality. But most important it is not what I ordered! So I will contact the Better Business Bureau as well. My rating is less than a 1.

Izidress is a scammer and fraud please please consumer please read the reviews I got caught in this trap too they take your money off your credit card and there is no contact with them you cannot return the item no one will even get in touch with you. Again don't be fooled by these fraudulent people.

Purchased the dress which was to small. Contacted them and so they said it is made using US measurements. I don't see that being true. They wanted me to try the dress on and send a picture, but how could I if the dress does not fit. They said to take measurements and then send pictures of those. This company should let customers know when they are ordering that the clothes come smaller and you should order two sizes bigger. I will never buy anything from them again and should know that the US sells the same dresses. What they get you with is the cheaper price but in the long run you pay more if you still need to purchase another dress. They also told me to sell it in my local market. What business does that to a customer. BAD BUSINESS DO NOT BE FOOLED.

Iridescent beware

Do not buy from this company, I was very naive to place an order. The garment is poorly made and smells. I already know what to expect from the other comments when requesting big a refund. I will file a claim with the FTC and also complain to Google. When searching, these companies always come up first in the search results Google should put a stop to this. My only alternative is dispute the charge with my credi card company as others should do.

Terrible experience! First of all, I was nervous when the package arrived with a return address in China. When I opened, I was so disappointed. The material was drab and flat in color. It was poorly made with big stitches in the bottom hem. The darts at the chest were uneven--one side higher than the other and the neckline crooked. Now it looks like I'll only get 50 percent of my money back plus pay shipping. Foolish mistake on my part!

Terrible experience. Wrong size with defects and I paid around 200 and they say will return max 10
That's crazy
If you want through your money to toilet you can instead buy from them
I am trying to sue them as they are on my nerve. I don't mind the money but will put them in trouble

Do not buy from this company, they are serious con artists! My poor mother thought she found a dream outfit for our wedding coming up in June. After picking a colour and placing her order $230 in total, it took a few weeks to arrive and she was excited to open it and try it on. When choosing a size we went a size bigger to allow sizes, the colour was completely wrong the size was about 3 times too small and the dress was so long for her too everything we measured was wrong and it should have been perfect. After emailing them they refused to refund me after a month of back and forward emails we managed to get $20 offer back this went up to $45 they finally (after 2months) agreed to send the dress back at a total cost of $48.50 they will only be refunding $96.49 apparently their policy is 50% I asked to be refunded for the postage too but to no avail and not much more I can do seeing as they have the dress and I have nothing left to fight with. I received the dress in the 12/2/16 and its 2/5 and I will be expecting my refund in 7 days - let's see!

DONT TRUST A THING THEY SAY!
