My dress came in the estimated time frame. It was my wedding dress. Size was perfect fit as custom made.
Any who... Only problem I had was I got no confirmation letter. I went to their online customer service n asked for one. She literally just typed one out and sent it. But with no invoice, so I asked for that and she said it'll take 2 hours as need to get from warehouse. I was like wtf... Anyway it was bed time so said I'll wait for it in the morning. Didn't find it in my inbox so went back online. This time the girl said the same thing it'll take 2 hours. And that it's midnight so limited staff, I was getting pissed off at this point. Demanded she give it to me because it should be on file. Conversation took an hour and a half just to get my invoice. I also didn't get sent a tracking number it just turned up on my door step. Reading the reviews I just wanted to be as safe as possible.
I'm kind of annoyed thou that they have an American looking photo in the online customer service chat but you can tell they are Chinese by the way they speak and miss out words. Not being racist or anything but it's a little decieving.
It's a 50/50 chance with this site based on reviews. Guess I just got lucky. Not recommend though.
Izydress, fabbeautydress, Promstar & JJshouse are all the same & most likely they're using other names to try & deceive you. Don't loose your time & money on these sites.
I Received the wrong size and after going through all their requirements to prove wrong size sent the are telling me to give it as a gift or sell it to someone myself. Really. I wish I looked at the reviews before I purchased. $197 down the drain. I wish I can give no stars

I used the select colour tab to order shoes in a choice of colour, shoes arrived in black. Since I have made multiple attempts to arrange to return shoes for exchange/refund. IZI have failed to take any responsibility rather apportioning blame with a variety of explanations/suggestions including:
> telling me the shoes were ordered in black,
>shoes only available in black,
>resell shoes
>give shoes away
>black is beautiful
>select colour means black
>suggested I place another order for right colour confused, they earlier said they were only available in black
>shoes only come in black so therefore it is impossible to use select colour option
>colour chart is an introduction of all our colours we have and make to your choice this is exactly what I requested.

Customer service is appalling, as you can see the business practices of IZI is both dishonest and deceitful. BEWARE if you are ordering a specific colour, it is unlikely that you will receive what you order. I was a repeat customer, I had also planned to arrange shoes for our dance troop but in the light of this experience I wont ever order from IZI again. I note they now offer Paypal, suggest that you use this option to ensure protection from their dodgy practices.
Ordered size 14 dress: received a size 4 jacket and a size 10 dress according to their size chart. It has been months and still no solution as they state worried about profit and I state did not receive what I ordered. They ship what they have in inventory. Dress and Jacket not of same bolt of material. Will not refund money but did ask that I send them another $80 to make another dress. They are a complete scam and should be banned from internet.
Shameful! After considerable thought and angst, I purchased a dress for my daughters' wedding and although I met all the return guidelines, even willing to take only a 50% refund and submitting photos of the disgraceful quality of the dress, I was told it wasn't worth the shipping cost I would have to pay to return it. I wish I could post the photos here. Even 1 star is too good for this unethical company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a dress from this website and received a dress that looks different from the picture. I requested for a full refund and they are taking forever to do a refund back to me!
Horrible fabric, cheap, sewn wrong, terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I promise you will regret it! They deserve to be CLOSED DOWN! Pathetic business. I've left voice messages, emails and tried to chat live-- NO ONE IS RETURNING RESPONSES! My daughter's dress looks and feels like a Halloween costume. Actually, she's had pretty "costumes" than the dress from IziDress.

I ordered a dress for a wedding I am standing in. The MOH ordered hers first and we all tried that dress on. That dress (size 4) fit me perfect so that is what I ordered. When my dress showed up a few weeks later, it was roughly 7 inches shorter than the first one. The dress was supposed to be floor length with a train and the one I received was ankle length. After several emails, I was told that I would not be granted a return or an exchange. Then they ceased communication with me. I am out $150 and I have a dress that is too short too wear to the wedding it was intended for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
Do not order from this company! I wish I had read the reviews before I made this huge mistake! The dress does not fit (was custom measurements)! Terrible customer service I cannot get anyone to return my email or phone call and there is no live chat available EVER!

I bought this dress for my daughter's wedding. I sent the measurements izi required and the dress arrived and it is smaller the the measurements I sent. I cannot wear it and I am very upset since they do nor respond to my emails. They say they will respond in 24 hours but they do not. Now I have a dress I cannot wear and I and I am very upset at how I am being treated when I paid extra for a dress that would fit.and it wouldn't fit anybody I know. I expect better treatment than IZI has shown me.
While planning for my daughters wedding, I ordered three dresses and was so excited for them to arrive. I planned on returning whichever dress I didn't like, didn't fit etc. I wish I would have read reviews on Izi Dress BEFORE I spent $400. The package took much longer to arrive which was not necessarily a bad thing for me as I had plenty of time before the wedding. The package finally arrived shoved in a thin baggie, wrinkled, looked nothing like the pictures and the lace on one looked frayed and cheap not to mention, though I had ordered a larger size than I normally wear, when I tried them on it was laughable to say the least. I tried on numerous occasions to call the customer service line and no answer, no message and no response. I finally emailed, letting them know I wanted to return the dresses and possibly exchange one thinking a yet larger size might fit. I finally received a response and going back and forth for a couple weeks, the bottom line is they will not accept the dresses back as they were made "just" for me and therefore could not take a return (which we know is ridiculous) so the final outcome is I can get 10% off my next purchase which will never ever happen. So, lesson learned for me. Read the reviews and stick with familiar companies you have done business with before or know someone who has. IZI is out to get your money and do not give a #$%^ about the quality, fit or your next order. Please shop elsewhere.
I would rate this as zero stars if I could. I got my dress today and it is a disaster. It looks nothing like the picture. The stitching is crooked, the material is bunched up it places and the zipper is crooked and comming loose. And thats's just for starters.
First off, I am not a internet shopper. I was VERY apprehensive about buying my wedding dress (one of the most important dress purchases of my life) online. But because I'm budget conscious, I decided to give it a go.
I ordered my dress, but continued to window shop online. I don't know why I tortured myself that way, I'm SUPER indecisive! I waited a week or so, then decided to check on the status of my order. At first, it said "processing". I waited a couple of more days, then checked again after getting a text message from DHL saying I had an upcoming shipment. When I checked the site, my order was gone! I panicked! I checked my bank account to make sure they received payment, then used the "live help" link to inquire about my dress. They didn't respond back until the next day (24 hours of impatient agony), but that's a decent response time, nonetheless. They confirmed that DHL was my shipment from them. (((Sigh of relief))). Within that 24 hour window of anxiety, though, I looked online to read reviews of the company that I'd already ordered from. SWEET BABY JESUS... I was floored by all of the negative feedback. I thought for sure I'd was about to be had!
Needless to say, I decided to write this review to counter some of the negativity. Usually when people are satisfied, they enjoy their purchase and move on. But when people are dissatisfied, they shout it from the roof tops!
DHL delieved my package 3 days sooner than they originally said (and sent a text to say they would).
I ordered the dress one size larger because I know when buying things from a Chinese company, they tend to run small. I wanted to be sure to have enough room to tailor it, if necessary. This worked better than planned! They dress fit, perfectly, without the need for alterations!
I bought my dress for a little over $100. In my opinion, it is $100 quality, or better! It's is as pictured... in MY size (I'm def not the size 2 model, but I knew that before ordering).
I'm not sure what other women experienced with this company, but I cannot complain:
-timely response to my inquiry
-delieved within the anticipated delivery time
-great dollar for dollar quality material
-the dress is the dress I ordered
The only reason I will not give this a 5 star review is because of the size chart. If I didn't have a mind to order a size larger, I would probably be a little upset.
Keep in mind, most of the reviews are from Bridezillas! Planning a wedding is stressful and if anything doesn't go as planned, brides tend to make a mountain of a molehill.

I am marrying my Coast Guard fiance before he has orders to leave, and as a result I only have 5 months to plan this wedding, and since we are having to pay for it ourselves our budget is tight. For that reason I had to turn to the internet to find the dress of my dreams. I thought i had found it on izidressy.com, and I was SO happy when I ordered it and impatiently waited a month for it to come. I had a bad feeling the moment i was handed a small tight bundle wrapped only in plastic. Sure enough, the dress looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Everything was wrong, from the flowers on the bodice that had been replaced with cheap bling and appliques, to the skirt that was bunchy and awkward with skiff chunky netting. The tulle on the bodice that was supposed to be a soft wrap was so thin that you could see the crooked stitched lines on the bodice and skirt through it. I feel so awkward and uncomfortable in it. I sat in it this morning and tried to come up with any way I could to fix it and create the dress I thought that I was buying. But in the end all I could do was cry. I only have 3 months left until the wedding, and no idea what to do. All I'm saying it DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. Or you will end up like me... Disappointed and defeated. This is not how I was supposed to feel wearing a wedding dress. This site is a scam and the products are cheap knockoffs. Don't trust the pictures!
Can't get a help# return address, I took a dress out of the package and beads started falling off
Answer: I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. TRUST ME. I GOT STUCK WITH A DRESS I COULD NOT WEAR AND COULD NOT RETURN. ORDER FROM A LOCAL STORE INSTEAD.
Answer: Sadly, it's just a home address in China. That's what they will give you. I was only able to get the address after I submitted a claim to my credit card to reverse the charges. I created a claim with photos and my order and the super rude emails that they were sending to me. Your best option is to have your credit card company retract payment from them. I shipped my bad garment to the China address just so I could feel I did my part, but they never responded that they received it. I did NOT buy tracking / it was too expensive so I sent it honestly to them and I am sure they got it. Hope this helps :)
Answer: Yes I do. Only because I saved the shipping bag otherwise any contact with them is the other website and virtually impossible I'm not home but as soon as I can retrieve the bag I will respond
