I ordered 3 pairs of shoes back in September... have never received them... and cannot get my money back... they have stopped answering my emails... what a horrible company to deal with. SO NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER... never again... will never recommend them.
Ordered a dress for a huge awards dinner for work, the web site said jersey material I received the dress to find it is LACE. I have tried to email the email address on the site and use the live chat and NOTHING works. The site appears closed down, and the email bounced back. I am so unhappy with this dress and cant reach anyone. I spent almost 200.00 on a dress that looks NOTHING like the pic and isn't even the same material. AWFUL save your money.
Like all the other reviews that I have just now read I too am totally disgusted, shocked that they are getting away with phoney advertising for their clothing. Unfortunately when I looked for reviews the first time I saw some good ones so went ahead and took the chance to order what was a very elegant, classy dress. I was ordering a mother of the bride dress and was SHOCKED to open the courier package that was thrown in a plastic bag. I opened it up and the dress was NOTHING like what the picture showed on their website. Buyer beware! No matter what some of the so called NICE REVIEWS say... trust me this i wouldnt even wear to my own Funeral to be buried in. OMG it is awful. I am just thankful I do not pay hundreds of dollars for this piece of ****!
About 2 years ago I ordered 2 dresses from this company. When they arrived the quality was awful and they had an awful smell - I later learned was GLUE - that is used in the poor manufacture of the dresses. After weeks of communication I returned the dresses - as they do not give you details of how to return unless you fight with them - and only got 50% refund. This year my daughter saw some shoes that she begged me to buy for her. I bought them in her size 35. When they arrived she tried them on but they were tiny - although all her shop purchased size 35 fit perfectly. I contact the company asking if I could return them and swap for a larger size 37. Their response was that as the shoes were to faulty I should just sell them online and then order another size from them at 10% discount! After arguing they admitted that their sizes are a little small but they would still not allow me to exchange the shoes! I should have known from the first occasion but thought shoes were a pretty safe bet!
I ordered two dresses and not only was the quality top notch but i felt i had a dress no one could copy. I saw bad reviews but i was desperate! Thank u thank u! I would order larger size than US. Im a 10-12 and needed a 14
I ordered shoes for my wedding day in may and i am so pleased with them. There so pretty and comfy. I was a little worried after all thr bad reveiws i read.
I placed an order for a Mother of the Bride dress with Izidress.com, shortly after placing the order I see additional charges pending on my account from them. I call them to get an explanation for these charges, I get nothing but the run around. To Me, if customer service can not answer charges on a bill or get me someone who can; how can I expect this company to make a dress for my son's important day. I ask to cancel the order they refuse, I ask for a refund when they send me the dress- they refused to give me a return address. I went to my bank and they took care of it. These people still call and email me, I wish I would have never done business with them! NEGATIVE STAR!

I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived in such a terrible condition i. E. all bashed and battered, that they could not be used. I contacted the company to ask for a replacement pair or refund - after several weeks of excuses by the company - I got neither! All I kept getting was excuses about how expensive things were to post for them and that I should keep the shoes. One of their correspondences even told me to keep the dress - I ordered shoes not a dress; so they obviously were not taking my complaint seriously! I have put this down to a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and would strongly suggest that no-one uses this company... THEY ARE A DISGRACE!
I ordered a dress for a wedding from this site after having had a nasty experience with Dylanqueen.com. I could not wear the dress they sent as it had holds in the netting and creases where the material had been sewn onto the liner.
I asked Izidresses how long it would take and was told the dress would be made in 7 days and shipped. Even though I ordered in on December 29 the dress arrived on January 11,2016. It fit perfectly. I have ordered form Izidresses before and I will never shop else where.

I have bought here and would most definitely say DO NOT buy anything from this company. I bought 3 bridesmaid dresses that looked nothing like the photos and were all different colours when they were meant to be 'dark navy'. This was in April 2015 and I STILL haven't recieved my refund or any reply back from the company. I filed a dispute with my credit card and then they listened only to tell me they'd give my money back when I cancelled the dispute, so I did... but then they fell off the face of the earth and never responded so I'm out a few hundred dollars. All in all, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Be aware of this company! This company SELLS COPIES of famous brands which are moreover MADE IN POOR-QUALITY. I (with my lawyer) exchange with this company 74 e-mails in order to submit a complaint against dresses made with defects during the warranty period. This company DOESN'T GUARANTEE usual rights provided by european companies, such as WARRANTY, RIGHT TO RETURN, REPAIR or REPLACE the product or the right to a REFUND for your dresses, they will maximally propose you 10% discount on your next order, which is hilarious.
I ordered wedding shoes from Izidress 3 months before my wedding and was told I had plenty of time and that they would arrive within 8 weeks. 5 months later I am still waiting for my shoes and Izidress have advised that they are in the country... IE in Australia! And that I must ring my local postoffice to get them delivered... my local postoffice knows nothing about the delivery not do any of the other local postoffices I have tried in my area. When contacting Izidress back to ask exactly which postoffice in Australia? Izidress continue to advise that they are at my lLOCAL postoffice but are unable to name even which state the post office is in! PLEASE do not trust them they are a fraudulent company who have no business trading online!
THEY ARE FRUAD, THEY MAKE 2 WEB SITE ONE IZDRESS AND OTHER ONE FABDRESS, BOTH ARE SAME AND BOTH FRUAD, THEY SELL BAD QUALITY AND SMALL KIDS SIZE CLOTHES.
My wife ordered a mother of the groom dress with specific measurements. Upon receipt, the dress was 6 inches smaller in the hips than measured. Their "customer service" asked for a photo to prove that it was indeed the wrong cut. Their initial solution was that they would sell us additional fabric at a "discount" and we could take it to a tailor for alterations.
When I told them this was unacceptable and I wanted an immediate credit to my account and a prepaid return authorization, they said I could send it back (to China!) at my expense, and if it was found to be incorrect, they would issue me a 50% credit. I informed them that was unacceptable and demanded an immediate refund due to the dress being made to the wrong specifications. They then suggested that I might have "altered" the photo to show incorrect measurements.
These people are criminals- DO NOT PATRONIZE!
I ordered a mother of the bride dress from this company. Their sizes are substandard. I ordered a US size 12. The dress arrived on time. It says size 12 on the label. However, when I tried it on it was too small and I was unable to close the zipper up. I contacted them within 6 hours that I received the dress. I wanted to return it and get a refund. I was told they cannot take it back. Their return policy is no refund if it is custom order. This dress is not custom order. So, I should be able to return it. I insisted to return the dress... they then responded that if I take it to a local tailor, they will partly pay for the expenses. They would not give me a figure ie. 10%, 20% etc. as for refund. They said they will see how much partial reimbursement will be given to me. BEWARE of this company. It is Fraud. I asked my credit card company if they can withdraw the payment made to this company. However, they said since they gave me the goods ( even though it is not the correct size) they cannot do anything about it. BEWARE of this company. THis is a FRAUD.
Please DO NOT BUY from this company EVER! What they advertise and the actual product are two different items. They are artists or in in altering the pictures so they look very nice. I bought a dress with a certain kind of tone down fuchsia color and ended up being shiny bubble gum pink. The quality is horrible and very cheap. The representative which is outsourced in China, kept on saying the dress was made to order, which was not my complaint. I simply cannot wear this disaster of dress because it looks extremely cheap and the color is not suitable to a formal reception, which is for the reason I bought it for. Not to mention that the dress it super expensive for what it is. This place is a total RIPOFF. DO NOT BUY OR BROWSE through their products. The deceive the customer. They shouldn't be doing business in the United States at all.
The return policy says it all. This is a huge red flag for anyone buying from this place. Only refund 1/2 price if they consider it's their fault and then shipping is upon you. Basically they can resell the product and make twice the profit since they are over-priced.
I wished I could had read this website before making a $122 mistake.
I learnt a lesson the hard way.

I ordered two dresses. One for the mother of the bride and myself, mother of the groom. Both were poorly made and way too small. Upon emailing Izzydress, they said "maybe you give to a friend" Their next reply was "maybe you get it fixed." This went on for a number of emails. They wouldn't let me return them. I made a dispute with Visa and got my money back. Now Izzydress is emailing me wanting me to drop dispute and mail the dresses back... and claim they will give a full refund... lol. I'm not that stupid! I already made the initial mistake of ordering from this fraudulent company. Everyone needs to dispute with their credit card company!
Cannot get them to give me return details or refund, dress wrong colour and doesn't fit. They keep asking for pictures and saying dress size as ordered!
Answer: I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. TRUST ME. I GOT STUCK WITH A DRESS I COULD NOT WEAR AND COULD NOT RETURN. ORDER FROM A LOCAL STORE INSTEAD.
Answer: Sadly, it's just a home address in China. That's what they will give you. I was only able to get the address after I submitted a claim to my credit card to reverse the charges. I created a claim with photos and my order and the super rude emails that they were sending to me. Your best option is to have your credit card company retract payment from them. I shipped my bad garment to the China address just so I could feel I did my part, but they never responded that they received it. I did NOT buy tracking / it was too expensive so I sent it honestly to them and I am sure they got it. Hope this helps :)
Answer: Yes I do. Only because I saved the shipping bag otherwise any contact with them is the other website and virtually impossible I'm not home but as soon as I can retrieve the bag I will respond
