I ordered 3 dresses green fuscia and daffodil in a standard 14 not made to measure yet only the green one fits. The sleeves are too narrow in the fuscia dress and it smells of engine oil. Their response was the smell is from transit - although the 3 were stuffed in the same plastic small bag and the other 2 did not smell - they emailed me to wash it and take it to my tailor. The daffodil dress should be tea length it's mid knee and the hem is puckered - they will not give return information and offer $35 against a cost of £234.55 loss to me as they are unwearable

I truly wish I knew about this site before I ordered. I received a red dress when I ordered champagne. I have gone back and forth with them via email for over a week. I have an email acknowledging that they sent me the wrong color yet they refuse to refund or send me the correct color. If you call their number, you get a Chinese person who tells you to email. When you email, you get a return email usually around 4 am (Florida time) because they are in China. The emails are poorly written. They have acknowledged it's their mistake, yet they will not fix it. PLEASE DO NOT GET ROPED IN. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

This is the 2nd. Time in 3 months that I have ordered from this site and on both occassons I have been happy with the final product. The dressses were custom fitted, the fabric, color were as stated. I really don't understand the myriad of complaints about the quatity of their finished product. I am completely satisfied and I am a real customer! I am going to post pictures of the dress they made for me on line, as soon as I work out how, or as soon as one of my children come home and help me! For real!

BEWARE. After purchasing dresses with a credit card I received a response to also provide a copy of my PASSPORT, DRIVERS LICENSE and the CREDIT CARD used. When I balked they offered I could send payment via Western Union. I don't think so! I cancelled the order in the beginning when they offered after I balked about the additional documentation. But then I received a barrage of emails and phone calls. The order was cancelled. BEWARE.

I have read all of you guys reviews and this company needs to be shut down I purchase a wedding dress and unfortunate I was not able to wear it due to the fact of the measurements was not what they're supposed to be I had to purchase a whole new wedding dress I feel all of your pain we need to send out a email to everyone that we know on every website there is not to order from this company. Not only are there owner of this company but be careful this same company as other dress companies in other name but it's ran by the same management so be careful when you order a dress because you are ordering from the same management but under a different name

I ordered what looked to be a beautiful tea length chiffon dress in the size recommended for my measurements. Imagine my surprise when I received a separate charge for an International Exchange rate. The dress arrived from The People's Republic of China, three sizes too small, with puckered seams, loose stitching, crooked darts, really bad arm seams eith exposed threads, etc. It looked like it was made by a 10 year old! I was offered $20 and told to sell as there is a no return policy! Take down this site!

I went to my seamstress to get my dress hemmed and she ended up having to do a lot of other work as well, it is still not perfect due to the poor sewing job they did. The customer service there is terrible and there is no way they will take it back. The wedding is less then a month away so it will just have to do, makes me sad though because it is my only daughters wedding and I wanted to feel special for it, not have to wear a make do dress..

Rest assured I am doing my utmost to have this website shut down. I have written to the Federal Trading Commission in Washington, D. C. and urged them to use their best endeavours to permanently close this firm for fraudulent trading to hundreds of innocent consumers. Alas, we failed to read the reviews and small print attached to their procedures for disgusted customers. Google you should be ashamed to give this Company a forum to sell such an horrendous product!

I thought I was ordering from a reputable business but after receiving my dress and finally getting it on, I had to laugh to keep from crying! I did so many things backwards! I read the reviews after I bought the dress! I did not check the return policy! The reviews are there for a reason ladies! Be wise and listen to them! Everyone I have read, after the fact, is TRUE! Don't buy from this company! I had two friends to help me get the dress off! After being determined to get it on, I was too tired to try to take it off! Luckily, I don't mind laughing at myself! I thought I was doing something when I ordered a size larger than what I usually wear! When I found out the dress was made in China, I knew that my body could not be compared to the women there! Yes, my Grandaughter is going to have a very expensive Halloween costume this year, next year, and many more years ahead!

I was warned by my daughter not to buy a dress for my son's wedding online, but I did not listen. The dress was beautiful and I really loved it.
I order a bigger size than I usually wear in case there were problems. When I got the dress I excitedly tried it on. I almost cried... I could not even button it up in the back. The neck was weird and was choking me.
Then I looked at the size inside the dress. I was so relieved to see it was a size 6!
No problem, I will send it back... NOT!
They had me take pictures to PROVE the dress did not fit and send my measurements... seriously? OK, so I want my money back, so I did it... So now they are insisting that the dress is the correct size and that I should go to my own tailor to have it fitted...
Oh yeah, and they will give me $10 if I refer my friends... HAHAHAH
What a joke!

Ordered my wedding dress from Izidress & the quality is so poor it would be laughable if I hadn't paid $300AU. The zip is faulty & the "lace" looks like mosquito net! I emailed them & they kept telling me the dress was beautiful & I should either keep it or sell it to friends! They also offered a $20 credit & told me I should be happy with that because "it is so much money". DO NOT BUY FROM IZIDRESS. As far as I'm concerned the business is absolutely fraudulent, the dress I received looked absolutely nothing like the dress I ordered.
