Ordered a dress based on a picture. As soon as I opened the bent box, the smell hit me. Then as I lifted the dress out, it was clear that the material is awful, scratchy and what looked in the picture like beading, is actually cheap sequence. The lace is not fully attached to the bodice and the color is dull. Customer service will only help in their pre-sales chat box, but to make a return, forget it. Do NOT buy from this company. They make a product to sell to you, knowing it's not worth your money, and have no intentions to refund. FRAUDULENT!
Dress looks nothing like the one I ordered, and I can't even pull it up around my hips! They refuse to see the problem, disputing the charges with my credit card company. Don't buy from them they sell under jjhouse.

I really don't know how this company still in bussisnes stealing people money. The should be in jail. Seriously so many victims of this company. I order a beautiful wedding dress on their page and when I received it I almost have a heart attack I wasn't something completely different. It seems a two year old made it. And when you contact them for return theu tell you they are very sorry but they will a discount on next purchase. What is that who would buy something again from them? I wish I would've read the reviews before loosing my money.

I ordered this dress on July 2,2015. Online it looked amazing and I was excited to be wearing this style, color, and design for my beach wedding on October 3,2015. However, I received this dress balled up in a large enveloped bag not a box on Saturday July 18,2015 and I've been crying ever since. First, let me say the color is more white that ivory, secondly, the beading is large Swarovski Crystals when they should have be small pearls and beads, the beading is located right beneath the breast and should have been at the waist, the bra is in the center to close together, the sweetheart neckline is missing the beading which was supposed to line the top and continue around to the back, lastly, the bottom was to be scalloped lace instead the lace has a frayed look at the bottom and where the fishtail begins and the dress is TOO SMALL when I ordered it two sizes bigger than I wear. It's simply UGLY! It doesn't match any of my accessories because I was expecting pearls and small beads not big crystals. I can't afford to pay for return shipping and stock fees. I'm doomed! What should have made this day so special for me has made my to be special day an nightmare.
I attempted to cancel my order less than 12 hours after I'd placed it and they sent me several emails responding that I "will love the beautiful dress we are going to make you" and that I was not allowed to cancel my order. The dress came 2 weeks later and was no where near the size I'd ordered. Looks like they took a smaller dress and just added more fabric in the middle area. The shoulder strap sits near my elbow, the neckline (one shoulder style) sits just below my throat. The zipper was not adjusted at all, so there's nearly a 4 inch gap when I put the dress on. It isn't even close enough in size to be able to have it tailored. A very expensive way to figure out this place is awful. Stay away!
I bought a pair of shoes from them. The shoes don't fit at all. I can not wear it. I asked for exchange. I was happy to pay for the postage. I emailed them explaining that the shoes don't fit. After 8 emails and 4 days, finally i received answer that they can not help me but they are offering me a discount for the next product. They advice me to sell the shoes or give it to my friend as a gift. I will never buy from them ever again.

As many other reviews here (but none on their website, very interestingly) say, the dress you receive is not the dress in the picture. My dress had about half the embroidery as the pictured dress. When I emailed to return, over a week of back and forth followed, including me sending photos. Here are some excerpts from their responses, which were also riddled with grammatical and spelling errors;
"It is normal for a handmade dress to be a little different ". 50% less embroidery is not a little, and if this dress is handmade, I am a giraffe.
"Your dress is still very beautiful ". It is made if shiny, stiff, cheap fabric.
"We hope you keep it." Seriously?
After all this, they offered me a $10 refund, not the 50% promised in their policy. Completely insulting.
I could care less about the money at this point. It is the principle. Either you sent me what I ordered or you did not, end of story. And the condescending emails were simply shocking.
Don't waste your time and money. Do not buy from IziDress. Ever.
I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. It was supposed to be red. The front came up in a V formation in the front and looked like there were cloth diamonds with quilting on the front and the back. What I received was orange, not red. It had gold sequins all over it. I am too ashamed and embarrassed to even try to wear it. It was not the same dress at all! Requested to return it. The company refused to back up their product. They would not reimburse my money, or offer any form of replacement.
I bought a dress from izidress not so long ago. The dresses looked really pretty on the photos and the prize was also good ( the prizes were said to be reduced from 580$ to 95$). First of all it was said that the dress is going to be send to me in 5-8 days, which was not true, it was at my place a lot! Later. When i opened the package i was seriously shocked! The dress was completely difeferent as it looked on the photos, not only a bit. Since the dress was for prom and it still costed quite a bit for me i still tried it on. The outcome of trying it on was worse than i imagined. When i had the dress on it looked even more awful than i already thought. The size was wrong (even though i measured it throughly) the pattern looked completely differnt, the fabric felt awful and it didn't fit in the slightest. The dresses come from somewhere in asia and you will never see your money that you spend on the dress again. I would never reccomend buying a dress from there you will only be dissapointed. Hope this helps a bit and sorry if i made some mistakes since english isn't my mother tongue.
I highly suggest NOT to buy from izidress, I believe they operate out of Korea. I placed an order for a dress one evening, the next morning before production began I called to cancel, they refused to accept my request and charge my credit card. I immediately called Chase visa. Chase Bank opened a dispute ticket and issue a credit to me. The company Izzidress started harassing me over the phone and e-mail. Their phone number *******307 is also outside of Verizon's long distance area and for that reason I incurred a cell phone fee. Long distance is included on my plan but not this number.

I too odered from this company. I received the dress and when my daughter tried it on it was nothing like the picture, in fact it was a horrible mess. There is an underskirt of organza over a tightly fitting lining. The organza is only one lay and is 4 inches longer than the lining. It cannot be fixed as there is a wire in the hem. The lining part of the skirt is all bunched up and the beading on the bodice looks nothing like the picture. I have contacted Izzi dress every day and their response is a version of one of their email's below "We are very sorry for didn't let you satisfied with the dress, the dress is not perfect, but we already paid the dress fabric cost, labor and shipping cost, the dress is useless for us if you return, so hope you can keep it and make alterations in your local place, we are willing to refund you $13 and offer you 10% discount in your next order, and pay more attention to the quality in your future orders." The dress has to be taken apart and redone to even begin to be wearable and no one I know is going to do that for $13. So they acknowledge the dress in not perfect, but they are telling me to keep it and get it fixed. In other emails they are telling me to sell or give it as a gift. Sure they have a return policy but I am asking for them to fix a defective product. Visa and MasterCard should revoke these fraudster's merchant numbers
I returned the dress as it came with the same package since it is not suitable and does not look like what i have ordered, they clain that they did not recieve the dress yet, and for that they cannot refund my money back so i lost 188 dollars for a dress that i did not have.
Total fraud.
I made the mistake of giving Izidresses a second chance as I"thought" maybe the first one was a one off but PLEASE be warned, DO NOT BE TEMPTED to buy from this company. The picture of the dress is totally opposite to what you will receive. The quality is as if you were buying a dress in the 1960's. That old fashioned satin and the dress is so stiff with lining you could not wear it even if you wanted to. Mine was super tight in the top and massive in the bottom. I am a true size 12 but these dresses were so badly made even I could have had a better go at making them and that is saying something. I cannot sew at all. This company should be fined for what they are stealing from people. No matter what, you CANNOT get them to admit the dresses are disgusting. We trust what we see to be what we get, BUT IT IS NOT. DISGUSTING STEALING ROBBERS.
It looks like a great site, beautiful looking dresses, made to order, great reviews! DO NOT BE LURED IN! The dress arrived in a timely manner. First they shipped it in a flimsy box that was crushed (and shipping wasn't cheap). At first glance the dress look beautiful, upon closer look the color was not what I ordered, there was nylon strings hanging off all over the bodice that were never finished off, then I tried it on... it was two sizes to small. I ordered it larger anti still was no where near the correct size. I contacted them and after 4 emails finally figures out that they were not in the US, they were in Hong Kong. No where on the site does it disclose it is being made and shipped from there. They are currently stringing me on via emails with no resolve. Looks like I may be eating this charge. I have contacted my Credit card company to dispute so my fingers are crossed. They actually had the nerve to tell me to cut the strings please... What store do you pay 154.00 for a dress and then get told to cut the strings? Not in this country! Worst part... I;'m sure they are being made in a sweatshop somewhere in china and I would never had ordered it had I know... and get this the credit card company charged me an exchange fee that i never knew, had i known I'd have stopped the order then. DO WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS COMPANY. Wish I had know this before. Their reviews on the site show only good reviews so I thought I was in the clear. Please learn from my mistake... DON'T DO IT!
Dress does not fit order two sizes then I wear when I talk to them they said if it was not what I wanted or did not fit they would take it back and credit my account all I would have to pay was shipping well gets what NO now not only do I have to pay shipping they want a stocking fee plus no refund NEVER buy anything from this company I shop on line all the time never had this problem This company is joke did not know it was out of the country always if you can by in the USA I am very uoset plus out of $130.00 please do not be taken like I was hard lesson to learn they are a disgrace to be in business if anyone know what else I can do let me know
I ordered a lovely custom made Mother of the Groom dress for my sons wedding. They had my exact measurements since it was custom. Three weeks after ordering, I received an email with pictures of the dress the made for me. The said they had trouble with the dye job and was the acceptable to me. If so, they could send it immediately and if not, they would remake it. The dress was on a headless maniquin in the pictures. It was supposed to be silver with a lace and appliqué empire bodice. The bodice was GREEN! I wrote back, "Is that green? It is supposed to be Silver! NO, I do not accept it!" Why would they even ask?
After that, I was very nervous. I then began to notice some terrible reviews. I called my credit card company and he advised before starting a dispute, try to work with the company and meanwhile he would make note in case I needed to dispute. I got on an online chat with IZI. First she offered $5.00 off with a discount on future orders. Finally she said her manager ok'd a $19.00 discount for me to keep my order and not cancel. Seriously! We went back and forth like this for a half hour. I was patient but firm. Finally she responded she would cancel "if You insist." She said I would get a confirming email. I asked when I could expect that email. "Five hours." When I got up the next day, no email. I called my credit card company back and the dispute began. The following day, I got the confirming email stating that my full refund would be back within 3-6 days. I checked my account after that and the refund was there.
I am relieved my experience was not as bad as some. No more online ordering for me. I went to a shop two hours drive away that specialize in mom of the bride and groom dresses and got a nice and acceptable, albeit not thrilling, dress in plenty of time for the event. Sometimes, you really DO get what you pay for. The IZI dress pic they sent also looked like it would have been way too short, although hard to tell in a pic. Am so glad I did not take that chance.
Izidress is somehow connected to Fab Dress. So if your thinking about buying from Fab Dress... Beware! Their Policy is just like Izidress "No Returns"

I ordered an evening dress from them. It was hideous! The quality was poor, didn't look anything like the picture shown AND the most unbelievable thing is that they refused to let me return the dress. They do not care about the $200 I spent. They are not concerned about customer satisfaction. They told me I could resell the dress or give it away! So if that doesn't bother you, buy from them!
Answer: I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. TRUST ME. I GOT STUCK WITH A DRESS I COULD NOT WEAR AND COULD NOT RETURN. ORDER FROM A LOCAL STORE INSTEAD.
Answer: Sadly, it's just a home address in China. That's what they will give you. I was only able to get the address after I submitted a claim to my credit card to reverse the charges. I created a claim with photos and my order and the super rude emails that they were sending to me. Your best option is to have your credit card company retract payment from them. I shipped my bad garment to the China address just so I could feel I did my part, but they never responded that they received it. I did NOT buy tracking / it was too expensive so I sent it honestly to them and I am sure they got it. Hope this helps :)
Answer: Yes I do. Only because I saved the shipping bag otherwise any contact with them is the other website and virtually impossible I'm not home but as soon as I can retrieve the bag I will respond
