I have ordered two chiffon and lace dresses for my daughter's wedding- Pictures on-line looks so good - What I received them yesterday I was shocked- They were that bad- I find much better qualities in Nordstrom stores at half of their prices and they are much better made - I received my order last week in a timely manner as they promised - But I could not help not to cry bc just before our wedding I had no dress to wear- I tell them I am returning them immediately- They insist I should send the pictures- I could not get into them (I ordered size 10 and recieved size 6) I had no time to spend with these people- Dresses were smelling terribly -I- First thought about trowing them into trash then my husband suggest donating to Salvation Army- Sending couple of emails I realized they would not give even 50% of my money- Then spending more money for returning them back was not worth- and their return policy of only paying me back 50% of after their approval ( that is questionable?)
Dresses smell was bc of toxic dye they use on the fabrics- They sew thre different kind of fabric at together that makes you feel like a mummy inside- Stiches are very poorly done -Lace was kind of harsh and very low quality too- Tulle is the lowes guality you can imagine- Sleeves were also too narrow- Bottom line never do business with on-line Chinese companies- I donate my dresses next day to the Salvation Army store-

I received my 'dress' from Izidress today. I am shocked at the terrible workmanship. My 2 year old granddaughter could do a better job. I paid extra to have it tailored to my measurements and it is so small I wouldn't attempt to try it on. There is little resemblance to the picture on their website. The colour is wrong and so are all the details that I liked when I ordered it. I wish I had listened to everyone else on SiteJabber. I have never written a review before but I want everyone to know how bad Izidress is. What really has upset me is that I found out today I could have purchased the REAL thing for very little extra. I will never buy from this website again.

I bought a dress from Izidress.com. The workmanship was absolute garbage.

Refer to attached photo. On the right is the dress shown on Izidressbuy.com website. In that photo, the openings on the back are nicely shaped and regular. For the dress I received shown on the left, what you see - irregular triangles - is what you get. Obviously that was done by a nineth-rate apprentice seamster.

My repeated demand for a return was met with an offer of $5 discount. Whoever runs this operation are real clowns. If you want to entrust your money to them, think twice.

If you get stuck with an IZi dress it is impossible to get a return address. But I was successful in getting my money back from VISA. I called to dispute the charge and explained the situation to the CSR. She was very nice. She called the phone number for Izi and talked with the person who answered. She and I both begged for an address but she said the address is private. Since we could not get an address she closed the dispute and refunded my money in full. Ah Success! Will send it to GoodWill. I ordered a dress from IziDress & unfortunately, the dress fell quite short from the online picture. The dress I received was a cheap knock-off of the original. The hem hung out of the bottom, there were threads everywhere, the general fit was off & the material was very low grade. I am not a snob & have worn dresses to events from H&M that cost $60 but please know that you will not get a quality designer dress from this website. The return policy is only 50% of what you paid so be aware of that. The positive is that the dress arrived earlier than expected (China, Cincinnati, OH, USA to AB, Canada) and it did not smell like some of the other reviews mentioned. I would not order another dress from this site.

I was skeptical about ordering online, now I want to cry. I measured three times before ordering the size to fit my measurements, obvisiously the size chart was off because my dress is way too small. The armholes might be big enough for a ten year old. The dress was delivered inside out stuffed into a shoebox, not even attempted to be folded. The return policy of this company is a joke because they want you to pay a 50% restocking fee plus paying to mail it back to China. Then if they consider what is wrong their mistake you might get your money back but Good Luck.

These folks need to be shut down! I sent them my measurements, received the dress, and it was a DISASTER! First of all, it was NOT tea length (as described), but floor length. But worse than that were the armholes which were SO SMALL that my 6 year old granddaughter couldn't get HER little arms in them! The construction is shoddy with poor (raggedy) seams and threads hanging everywhere. I have tried for three days to deal with these people (via e-mail of course - the people on the live chat conveniently don't deal with you AFTER the sale - imagine that!). Anyway, it is obvious that they will not refund my money and I will not pay to send it back to China. SO. Hard lesson learned, and I'm out $135 dollars which is an expensive lesson. I will report them to the BBB.

Don't believe a word - the reviews are a set up. I tried to submit the following with a "1" review and the site used "captcha" as an excuse to deny the upload a dozen times. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - the return/exchange policy is a fraud:
The dress "fit" measurements described - and was delivered not one day sooner than expected... but the v-neck resides around the throat (no where near cleavage), the "tea length" will hit the ground on anyone under 6', the sleeve circumference of 10" in no way accommodates the normal size 12 US woman and there was no description wherein I would have expected as thick lining to burden this chiffon dress. Beyond that, the return policy is non-existent and the customer service on the chat line had one stock answer: Go to a tailor and spend more money. Anyone know a tailor who can ADD material to a sleeve? It's only use is trash - what a waste of money. I begin to doubt the reviews... which are oddly frequent for one dress. Scam? You betcha!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Dress was awful. You get no where if you call them and the emails are so obvious they don't care and are not going to take the dress back or give you a refund NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY OR PICTURES SENT. Won't give refund even if dress is defective. They tell you to resell it. Like someone would want to pay for that poor quality dress. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You'll just be giving them your hard earned money for nothing! It's like they have young girls just learning to sew make the dresses.

I got my dress and hated it. I knew after reading the reviews I would never see a refund. They don't give refunds. They don't have any idea about customer service. They get your money and that's all they care about. Not whether or not you are happy or the product meets your needs. Online purchases is about trust and being able to be respected as a purchaser. Do Not buy anything from this company. Horrible to deal with not available when needed to be
If you don't like the product upon receiving it, to bad your loss. No return at all. They suck.

I ordered my Wedding dess off Izidress.com, thinking it was a bargain, little did I know they make rip off designer dresses. When I received my wedding dress it looked nothing like the dress advertised, the beading was completely different, there was threads hanging off it an beads hanging, there were even purple drip marks on the back of it, the mesurments were off, too big around the bust an too small around hips! I took pictures straight away and sent it back to the address that was on the invoice, an expressed shipped it, and now they are saying they havent received it, I got a tracking order number, and it has been delivered! And now they saying I sent it to the wrong address. Its been well over a month and I've threatened to sue and I've followed their so called return policy, and still they are giving all sorts of excuses, and still no refund of $242.27AUD what can I do to ge my money back, im not going to give up.

Although I have not ordered from izidress, through reading comments on their website, I noticed some strange things. Some comments under certain dresses refer to a dress under a different name. Also, some comments thank "fabprettydresses" or "prom girl", two other cheap dress sites, so I assume they are all working for the same company. I found three review in a row of people with the name "Magda". Something doesn't seem right here...
