I have sold three items to this firm, iPhone 6s, iPad mini 3, and a 2013 15" MacBook Pro. They always had the best offer and since I always accurately described the condition of my device I always got exactly what was offered and I got it promptly. In the case of the MacBook Pro they offered over $100 more than the nearest competitor.
I bought my fourth generation iPad brand new, unrefurbished, in an Apple store. I had it for many years with no damage sustained whatsoever, and never a need to have it repaired or altered in any way. After upgrading to a new iPad, I mailed my 4th gen in after getting a decent offer of $85 for it by this company. Once it was received they gave me some song & dance about finding some dust between the screen and the LCD, and reduced their offer to $15, claiming that it must have been altered or serviced in some way. What a total bait & switch scam-artist company! I advise you to avoid this company, unless you dont mind wasting your time and potentially having your device damaged in the back and forth shipping. (I immediately declined their pathetic offer and demanded to have it returned.) I also advised them that once I received and sold my unaltered iPad to a credible company, I would be sure to send them a copy of the transaction...

Horrible experience and shady practices. I sent in a brand new unactivated HTC 10 still with the factory wrap on it... I was quoted $400 which is way less then they are selling new. I was asked to take out the sd card and to send in the phone... after receiving the phone I'm told it can't be accepted as new because no charger was sent in which was never requested when the offer was made by itsworthmore... I was offered $325 after they wasted my time minus fees on a new $550 phone... I should have never wasted my time and sold it on craigslist... words can't describe what i think about these people.
Having had so many problems selling my electronics to online companies I first checked with the Better Business Bureau to see the rating of this company. It has an A so I decided to take a chance. I sold them a 2010 11" macbook air. It was in excellent condition but I rated it good as this is usually an issue should they find one slight scratch. The online process was easy, they offered $100 more than any other site. I was still leery but packed it up and sent it in. I was let know when they received it, the next day they said it was in better condition than I said and offered $25 more. I received the check within days. I highly recommend this company.
