This suggests a need for clearer communication about item evaluations. Overall, the company is well-regarded, yet there is room for improvement in handling customer concerns related to product assessments.

The process is very straight forward and the communication from itsworthmore is great. They send updates every step of the way. I opted for Zelle payment and it went smoothly.
Quick and responsive will use service again. Check other buyback services Itxworthmore was the best deal.
ItsWorthMore offered me $200 more than Gazelle and other similar services. For my flawless iPhone X+, I got $501. They emailed me when they received my phone via UPS, and 2 days later, they confirmed the perfect condition and deposited the funds into my PayPal account. I am completely satisfied.
My experience with ItsWorthMore could not have been simpler. Choosing the options for what qualities my old iPhone had was very clear, they emailed the shipping label right away, and gave me the exact amount of money that was proposed when they ran the analysis. Would recommend since you get actual money sent through PayPal as opposed to store credit from other retailers.
When I contacted them about the old parts, they agreed to send back new ones. In the end they bought my phone. I would actually use them again.
After we didn't agree on an offer they agreed to send back my phone and accessories. I sent brand new never used earphones and charger. I received ear wax-covered, scratched up earphones and the completely wrong and highly used charger. I've sent them two emails and I get no response. It costs around $1 each time their google ad is clicked. I will click on their ad every day until they respond.
I sent in my phone which had minimal scratches on it. I rated my phone as good which is for a phone that shows moderate signs of wear with few scratches as per their website. They claimed it had too many scratches and was dented (which it was not) and although I asked for their offer to be reevaluated they came back with photos of a phone that was not my phone. I know because I took pictures of it before sending it in. When I requested a reevaluation, it took 4 requests before anyone got back to me. Think twice before using them.
Was offered 110 for a pampered iPhone that was always in a case, never fell etc. Upon receipt they reduced the offer because of scratches (no!) and defective lock switch. Nothing wrong with that lock switch!
I have to preface this with review with two thoughts: first, I read all the negative reviews AFTER I had already shipped my phones and was very hesitant; and second, I traded in my two iPhone 8s the very same week as the iPhone 11 came out so I am sure they were swamped!
That being said, my phones arrived at their Florida processing center Wednesday the 25th of September, 2019. I had described both of them as flawless as they were, in fact, flawless. My wife and I used glass screen protectors and rugged cases on the phones since we purchased them in 2016. They were unlocked by AT&T and I ensured I included the unlock paperwork in package. Fast forward to the 30th of September, 2019; the company emailed me around 10:00 A.M. saying that they were going to honor the full value ($532) and thanked me for accurately describing my phones. They told me they would process the payment within one-business day. Just now, at 5:00 P.M. (CST) they processed the Zelle payment and I received it instantly.
I am providing this detailed review to, hopefully, help these guys out in the face of these negative reviews. I am not being reimbursed, offered any type of promotion, nor receiving any compensation for this review. Further, they didn't even ask I provide one. While I can't say all, or even any, of the bad reviews inaccurately described their phones; I have to hazard a guess that a lot the dissatisfied customers' phones did not meet the company's (explicitly stated), or even the dictionary's, definition of the word 'flawless.' Or, maybe I just got lucky. In any case, I am thoroughly pleased and would use them again in a heartbeat!
I sent in 2 samsung s7 they were only 1 year old. Said one was bad and google was owed money on other... that is a LIE. Said they would send them back. They sent back (1) phone and kept the other
I ordered a Google Pixel XL from them. When I got it and started setting it up, Verizon informed me that the phone had been owned by someone who still owned them money so it was on a fraud list and I couldn't use it. So, I returned it and ordered another one. I had the same experience with the second one. They need to learn from Verizon how to background check their products.
Offer you big money until they get your phone then lowball you. Now I've been waiting 4 days for them to return my phone if the do at all. Stay away.
Phone delivered as promised. Tried contacting seller but got no answer. Two month warranty expired. Buy at your own risk.
I was very happy with the transaction. They acknowledged receipt of the item, agreed with my analysis of the condition of my phone and let me know, and I received payment quickly. Their offer was as good or better than other companies offered me.
I've bought used electronics in the past and I know what I expect when an item is said to be in good or excellent condition. I've read many other reviews of the company and based on their description of their items, I would not have found the item to be in good condition.
Sent an iPhone 5, an iPhone 6, and an iPhone 7 Plus. The original value for 3 phones was reduced to $205. Phones, based on nonexistent flaws. Asked for my phones to be returned I ended up using a local vendor. I got $300 for the three phones. You cannot rely on their assessment on your phone's condition. To their credit, phones we returned quickly.
They did remove the SIM card from each phone. I was told by D&R Electronix in Riverside, CA who bought the phones that the SIM cards are free from the carrier saving my the trouble of a police report, but it underscores my opinion of this company. AVOID!
Fast process and fast payment through zelle.
Highly recommend if you wont to sell your electronics.
Also their offers is better than the competitors
I found ItsWorthMore from an article about selling old Apple equipment. After reading the article and the ItsWorthMore website I went forward with the process. The whole process took about 30 minutes and the money was wired using Zelle within a week or two. I recommend it.
I sent in several phones and every phone was paid quickly and as quoted. Great experience and highly recommend. Also, good customer service and help over the phone.
I've used It's Worth More before. Both experiences were easy and fair. They are quick to respond, make the whole process very easy, and my payment was prompt. I've recommended them to friends,
I was skeptical about the process but my phone was accepted for the price quoted. It was a simple and fast transaction.
Answer: No, they send you a check in 7-10 business days. I received my check in about 8 business days.
Answer: They don't send a box to ship your phone in. At least, I had an iPad and they didn't send a box.
