Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. This is the third phone over the years that I have sent to ItsWorthMore. Shipping was easy and fast and response was on schedule with payment as promised. Will continue to use this service for all future outdated electronics!
Quick, fair, efficient, to be recommended. Could use more communication
Our company bought 2 tablets through this seller.
The first one arrived in a defective condition. Unit comes with a 1-year limited warranty. So we thought we can replace another unit or repair it under warranty. We contacted the seller about these issues. Seller replied they don't have the same unit in stock so they prefer to refund when the seller received a returning unit. But I found the seller sells the same units through e bay. This is a very strange feeling but we bought the same unit through eBay again. After the seller received our returning unit, the seller didn't refund the money immediately. After a couple of days passed, I had to contact the seller again about the refund status. The seller finally told me he will refund the money. And later we found he refunded 50% of purchasing cost. The seller noted returning the unit is not the seller's unit. This way is this seller's habit to make money without any effort. We returned the same unit. We assumed the seller always makes a profit like these actions. I also guess the buyer has never received warranty service from the seller. Stay away from this seller. Before you buy something, check other sellers first. The 1-year warranty doesn't go through be ware, very dishonest seller
I am here to tell you they will damage your phone and change the agreement on you. I am done and based on recent reviews I am filing a lawsuit.
At the time of this review it will be the second time I have used their device. Both times I sent the exact same product in the exact same conditions to two different sites. Both times the price has been drastically change due to screen issues. Where as at the other site "Gazzell" they didn't find the same issue.
Both items were packaged the same way. It could be possible the package could have been damaged. But from both times using their service, I feel the give you a very high price only to go and change it drastically later. I feel you're better off going with another service that may give you a lower price but sticks to the offer given than this service where is pretty sure to reduce the offer pretty drastically.
I received several emails informing me that my items had been received, that they were being processing, the amount I would be paid, and then that my Zoom payment was on its way. I really appreciated the frequent emails updating me about the status of my items.
I sold a laptop of mine to ItsWorthMore with some trepidation as I wasn't familiar with the company, but it was easier, faster and more pleasant that nearly any other re-selling experience I've had. ItsWorthMore offered me a buy-back price significantly higher than I'd found anywhere else; I had a very good laptop that was a very bad fit for me in particular and had been for years. Technology depreciates extremely fast and I found the buy-back price more than fair. I paid an extra $5 of optional insurance to cover the price of the machine if damaged in transit (I'm a chronic worrier). The shipping label was tracked, it arrived at the destination extremely fast, and within about four business days an offer had been sent to me via Zelle. I received a notification email at every step in the process. As a point of comparison, I also resold an old Kindle to Amazon at the same time and it took about a week and a half longer & contacting a customer service rep to go through. I'm very satisfied with ItsWorthMore and will likely suggest it to others in the future
I had personally done an excessive amount of research looking for a site that had a reliable process when it came to buying/selling electronics. One of the most important things that I paid attention to were the reviews that were previously left. I felt like they were honest and positive and that's ultimately what influenced me to leave a review myself. ItsWorthMore set up a very detailed FAQ section which was extremely straightforward and helpful which I wanted to make sure I highlighted. Despite feeling confident after looking up everything and having the information that I needed - I was still sending in something for the very first time so I felt nervous. It was really easy to print out the shipping label and pack everything into a box and drop it off to be sent out. You got to choose how long it would take for you to get your payment - option 1 was taking x amount of money out of your total to have it take two shipping/business days and receiving your payment right after that and option 2 was waiting for them to receive the package and whenever they approved the items they would send the payment. I chose option two because it saved me $60. I sent in my package and it took only two business days for them to notify me that it was received - then it took 3 business days for them to "review" it. After it was reviewed it took an additional 5-7 business days to approve the order. On the very last day, the 7th business day, it was approved - so in total it took 12 business days to get my payment right to my PayPal. It was such a great experience. I think the only lesson that I would take from this is that it is worth the extra money to have it be processed in 2-3 business days rather than waiting longer than you have to. My first experience with ItsWorthMore was so straightforward and I am already looking forward to my next order with them in the near future.
Experience was exactly like the company said it was. Fill out the online form with the device details, package and mail back and get a deposit. Very easy and will be using ItsWorthMore again.
Greatest experience that I had selling something. II got my money back in minutes
If you send them your device they will "inspect it" and 99.9% of the time they will find a problem with it, readjusting their original offer to a better rate for "Them" be prepare to get disappointed and wait till they want to review your case at their own pace. A week or more if you are lucky.
I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us was not satisfactory. I looked into your interaction with us and do see that there was a delay in processing your re-evaluation request. We experienced an unanticpiated spike in volume. My sincere apologies for that.
As I looked into the adjustments made to your trade-in, I reconfirmed our findings to be accurate. The iPhone XS was found to have a significant screen defect that would require us to replace the screen prior to reselling it. We sent images to your email highlighting this and I've added a link to the image below.

In addition, the Galaxy S8 Plus had multiple light signs of wear on the screen that would disqualify it as being in Flawless condition.
We never want anyone to feel obligated to an adjusted offer and do offer free returns anytime an item has been adjusted.
I purchased a macbookpro. The speaker and webcam are busted. I purchased this macbook pro on my birthday in October. It was listed as good. I am a video editor and use headphones, so it took me a while to realize that speaker is busted. The sound coming out of it is muffled. It wasn't the end of the world, but then I realized that the webcam is also busted. The camera has dead pixels throughout the sensor. I tried to get a refund, but they only offered me $25, which is pitiful and won't help solve the issue. They said I could return it to them, but honestly that is not acceptable either because it's a pandemic and I use my laptop for everything. What am I supposed to do, be without work for a few days when they try to figure out what's wrong with it? My ORDER number is #*******
We're sorry to hear about your issue with the laptop you purchased from us. A member of our support staff has reached out to resolve this issue for you.
I don't generally leave reviews. But they deserve it. #1: I looked in a bunch of sites before selling my old electronics, and they were the best price by FAR. #2: Once they got my stuff, it took them less than 48 hours to give me a response on the original offer. #3: Not only did they confirm their offer, and helped me with some discrepancies in the information I had originally provided, but they went as far as raising it. #4: Once I approved the final offer, I had the money in my bank account in less than 12 hours.
The process was seamless and their customer service excellent! I will definitely use them again in the future.
It was a breeze selling my items to ItsWorthMore! Shipped and received a speedy response upon arrival!
I've worked with other resellers before who have the process organized and secure so I was hesitant to jump ship with my device. The much better return gave me the courage to go ahead with the process from identifying the product, mailing it, and receiving payment which all were flawless and as stated.
The Company was very fair in their valuation, efficient in the processing, prompt in making payment and overall very professional. This was the third machine they have purchased from me and the service was exemplary every time.
I found working with ItsWorthMore to be very easy and satisfying. I had a question about mailing my item to them and they responded very quickly. Within a few hours of them receiving my ipad, I got an email that they had evaluated it and would be giving me the amount of money that they said they would in the beginning. I was very happy with this transaction
Sent in my Mac book with no screen damage at all. Was told their was major damage so I had it sent back and sure enough now it does. They sent me the wrong charger and said it was human error that the wrong charger was sent back but not possible that they mixed up Mac books... don't send your product to them I'm sure they just sent me back one that wasn't mine so they can increase their profits.
I sent in a MacBook in the original box with the accessories. They offered me WAYYYYY too low and they sent it back. Now, my charger they returned is ripped. The shorter charger adapter is completely gone, nowhere to be found. And my original box is gone as well. In order for me to use my computer, I have get a charger for more than what they offered me for the entire computer. It has been HOURS and no response.
Answer: No, they send you a check in 7-10 business days. I received my check in about 8 business days.
Answer: They don't send a box to ship your phone in. At least, I had an iPad and they didn't send a box.

Landis,
I’m truly sorry to hear that you’ve had an unpleasant experience and feel that our adjustments are unwarranted.
I was able to take a further look into your trade-in and unfortunately, I can confirm that the Moto Z4 does in fact have screen burn-in. Burn-in is something that often goes unnoticed. This is because when it comes to devices that we use on a daily basis, we’re typically paying closer attention to what it is that we want to see or read, and our mind just cancels out the rest leaving these defects unnoticed. However, because this damage to the OLED screen is irreversible and expensive to repair, it impacts the market value of the device significantly.
I’ve provided an image below of your Moto Z4 so that you could get a better idea of why an adjustment was made.

In addition, I was able to locate the other item you’ve sent to us. This was an offer on October 11th, 2018 and it was a Microsoft Surface Book. I see that the offer was approved in full without any adjustments, though. We’re unsure if perhaps you’ve confused us with one of our competitors and would love to hear from you further regarding this so that I can ensure we haven’t disappointed you each time you chose us.
Warm regards,
Abbas
