Terrible company! Lies and deception at every corner. Equipment sold is not as stated. Customer service is non existent. Tried to make a purchase and three different financial institutions declined flagged this company as fraudulent. Also, sent in a trade in with delivery receipt confirmation and this company hasn't paid for my device!

Received a cellphone that was said to be in excellent condition/ almost new. It had too many battery cycles with only 70% capacity (Checked at an Apple store with their actual diagnostic equipment) and the screen had been replaced with a cheap knock-off screen.

They do not honor their warranty and NEVER pick up their phones. Out of business soon to be sure!

Got an offer for my old phone of $70 and it was $15 higher than others so sent and then the offer was resented and was advised it was adjusted to $25. The phone is in perfect condition with all original parts, perfect visual condition, and operates perfect. Was told parts are not original and buttons are hard to push. The phone had never been repaired or abused and all buttons and software worked perfect. This is a scam!
