The review and estimate provided are appalling and do not at all reflect the reality of the device. It has never been exposed to any liquid, nor has it suffered any impact or drop; it has been practically unused. I understand that you need to make a profit, but not by being abusive or issuing initial rates that lead people into your scheme, wasting their time or having their devices taken unfairly. I want my device returned, and I will ensure that all regulations for inspection, component review, and verification that it remains in the same condition as when it was originally sent are followed, including the internal inspection of all components and the serial number. This company is horrendous. I don't understand why the equipment was sent like this; it's open at the back and poorly sealed. I didn't send it like this. I need answers from you, or I will escalate this matter and take it to the end. What you've done is very unacceptable.

The site is deceiving. After applying parameters for my Microsoft surface pro that had not been used, and was in the original box for six months,. The site gave me the monetary value between 750-800… so I boxed her up, sent it in and a few weeks later received a whopping 550…. I thought the monetary value was acceptable considering I paid 900+ six months before There was not a scratch on it, I included pictures. I couldn't believe I still got duped.

Bought an iPhone 7 from ItsWorthMore on eBay. Returned it with all accessories after discovering unusably low call volume. Seller deducted $47.49 claiming "not original condition"—even though I only inserted my SIM to test it. EBay guest checkout gave me no way to dispute. Buyer beware

I sent a Samsung galaxy phone and they said package was empty, I didn't get money for offer or phone back.
