The site is deceiving. After applying parameters for my Microsoft surface pro that had not been used, and was in the original box for six months,. The site gave me the monetary value between 750-800… so I boxed her up, sent it in and a few weeks later received a whopping 550…. I thought the monetary value was acceptable considering I paid 900+ six months before There was not a scratch on it, I included pictures. I couldn't believe I still got duped.
