I filed my Apple Watch Series as in Good condition on the original filing. I had protected the screen with a screen saver since I'm always protective of all my electronics and was not able to notice any scratches. I was originally offered $80 since I returned it with all the accessories in the original box. After a few days I received a notice that an update showed it wouldn't qualify as Good to Flawless (which I never claimed it was Flawless) I'm sure that inspecting a watch face through a microscope would pick up some little minor scratches.Unfortunately since I had already purchased an updated Series 9 Apple watch, I reluctantly accepted their $55 offer. Honestly i feel they will be able to resell that watch at the original $80 or better. At the end I will not be using your services in the future.
