They said my phone only head 80% charge and they require 85% so they changed the offer from $215 to $176. Waste of time. Asked for the item to be returned. They sent it back USPS -still waiting

My first experience with IWM. IWM has been in touch since I complained, but still no check. If I don't receive it by March 8, I'll need to file a consumer complaint with the California Attorney General's office. Hope IWM gets on top of it...

I have used this service so many times. I'm a tech freak and I have shiny object syndrome. I may have an object and then realize I didn't need it, it was just an impulse purchase. It is nice to see that you guys have a service that I can get a fair evaluation and have to deal with people trying to literally rob you or get over on you.

I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro (almost $2,000) from them. A little over a year later, the screen died. Apple technicians confirmed it was not a software or external cosmetic issue. Almost certainly, it was an error in the refurbishing process. ItsWorthMore refused to offer any support and hid behind their 1 year warranty. Of course, this happened a few months past the 1 year mark. MacBook Pros should work significantly longer than 1-2 years. Avoid!

ItsWorthMore has come highly recommended by family members. First time using and very easy to use and good buy back price. Fast turnaround from initial application to payment.

They valued my computer at $226 but when it arrived there they said the frame was cracked to the point were internal parts were showing and they offered me $70. No way that frame was cracked because if it had been damaged to the degree they said, they would have offered me nothing for it.

I received a higher offer than the 2nd submission. Significantly lower offer. Only a few weeks apart. Same phone less money. I'm just tired of it so I took the lowball offer. I would never use them again!

ItsWorthMore service worked smoothly, quickly and exactly as described. Unlike some other service that starts with a G*****e, that wasted time and rejected my device (twice) but always wanted to keep the device. It felt like a bait and switch. ItsWorthMore provided clear instructions, accepted my device because it meet their clear criteria, constantly communicated the status, and finally promptly paid me.

I will definitely recommend them and will use their service again.

It was easy, but it wasn't as straightforward as they claimed it would be. The computer was 2 years old but had literally only been turned on a few times (*we all know that's provable). Had battery and power cord and all the original packaging. The ItsWorthMore offer fell $140 without an explanation why. I deposited the check and wrote it off as an error in judgment on my part, but I absolutely won't deal with this company again.
