The promise me 110 and after reviewing, they were only going to give me $10. They stated they phone was locked to T-mobile in France, which is completely untrue as it was unlocked and functional in any other part of the world.

Overall everything was described and stated well. What I don't like is to me it seems like the billing only does one round of payments a day. They should be more efficient in getting their payments out to their customers almost instantaneously once they approve their offer. I sent in three items in and the fiat one they messed up in the date so the wire was rejected: Once I called in and pointed out what happened this should have been corrected immediately. I had to call twice to get it corrected. Three days later I have received two of the three payments from my items sent in. This is too long not to have received the 3rd payment by now. Needs to be paid the day it is approved and not 24 to 48 hours after.
I had a horrible experience with this company. I sent my Apple iPhone 7+ with 32 GB of RAM to them. I sent the box and headphones. They sent me back a notice that there were "too many scratches" to keep the $200 offer (still below wholesale price for used 7+). There are two quarter inch scratches on the front of the phone. Those 2 cost the offer $75.
This is the classic bait and switch company. They hope you never ask for your product back so they can whittle you down and get a higher profit on the products. Work with local people, use Nextdoor or other local Facebook groups, don't send your items to these crooks.

So they dropped the price on this one substantially. The third one they claim was locked, nope - all paid off and unlocked. The last one they said had a small crack which it did but it wasn't on the screen and didn't affect anything - they dropped it to $80... for a S9+. So my initial OFFER went was cut in HALF. I told them to send them back and while it took TWO WEEKS to get them there in the first place with their shipper I sure hope I get them back sooner. Beware. I tried them as a new customer having used Gazelle before but i'll never return and will gladly tell anyone who listens to not sell to them. Gazelle has my business and i'm sorry I ever switched... they NEVER gave me less than my offer ever. Very disappointed. Beware!
