I have ordered over 15 pairs of glasses over many years and all have been good quality however one pair in my most recent order had a wonky hinge that lost its ability to stay hold the arm open.

Glasses were ordered however I was asked to pay an extra $80 for an additional feature. Suggest all costs be identified during the initial order process.

Selecting and purchasing glasses was made easier with the Try it on feature. Wide variety of frames to choose from Competitive pricing Shipping was a little slower than I expected but within reason

Overall experience was great. One thing I would mention is you could communicate more often as the glasses are being prepared and then shipped maybe a couple of emails during that time would be much appreciated.

Very kind staff who went the extra mile to help me find two pairs of glasses that would fit and look good. With no measurement for elevation I'm not sure the lenses are a perfect layout for progressive lens. I think the transition to reading may be a little high. I am getting used to them. I do miss having the optometrist fit them. I need to tighten them behind my ears a little bit but am afraid of breaking them. One pair is slightly high on one side. I've never had transitions before. They certainly do change quickly in the sun! They don't lighten up quite as fast. Overall, considering the savings I am pleased.

Bought two pair of glasses on pai perfect, second pair had stripped screw in one stem. Called 1-800 number and did not appear to be interested in helping me. May not use again.

Hello This was my second time ordering prism glasses! My new pair is perfect. I highly recommend your company for another reason the price, they quoted me $980 here with transition blue block and ultimately thin lenses. Selection seems to be confusing with many styles entering the market. After a week I was able to narrow down my choice and order my 2 pairs of prescription glasses. When they arrived I was excited to see how they looked. After a week of wearing them I noticed on one pair the arms loosened up to the point of falling off my face. I feel this should not be happening. I believe it may be a quality issue. I'm not sure what changed or maybe it was an over site but I'm not satisfied with my latest purchase.

I have a challenging time finding frames that fit. Customer service checked with me to ensure I was aware of the small frame size before my order was fulfilled. I was disappointed the reading glasses were not available as sunglasses but my other pair are just what I was looking for. Thank you!

I was a little worried about ordering my eyeglass prescription online, but the step-by-step instructions made the process very easy. When my glasses arrived shortly afterward, they fit perfectly—just as I expected after using the online viewer that let me "try them on" with a photo of my face.

The initial frame selected and purchased online was not available. Delays and unfulfilled original deal, was not remunerated in any form of good will such as discount etc. RX and coatings appear initially (3 weeks of use thus far) well done.

It takes getting used too. Regular glasses gives you an overall view to the whole world. Bifocal comes in handy with the change in eyesight. However, though I am in the position to be wearing bifocal. I am still debating as to if it was necessary. At the moment, I still read without glasses and have less of a problem doing so. The glasses is great in general. However for my type of work, I have to be altering more often to see properly. But overall, the quality and for general use, it is an excellent produce.

I wanted a pair of light to dark glasses for walking outdoors in the sun. From the time I ordered until the glasses were delivered by mail to my remote mountain community was less than two weeks. The quality and the price are outstanding. A typical optometrist might take at least 2 weeks to supply at 6 times the cost..

Took a couple of weeks to show up, My first impression was Wow! Very sturdy, and well made indeed. The try on was also impressive, They felt like my old ones only better. I was very pleased when I received my sunglasses. The prescription was perfect. Unfortunately the frames are made of such cheap plastic that I am unable to fit them properly so they are crooked on my face and quite uncomfortable.

It is difficult to figure out how glasses will fit without trying them on. I have a small face and most glasses fall off easily which is frustrating. I picked one frame that fits perfect. And I love them, the other is a more stylish ones, and while they might look better I will likely not wear them. They just fall off.

It is super simple. Just ask you eye doctor to provide the PD distance before you leave your eye exam. With your PD measurement & prescriptions you are set. The rest is shopping. I have bought over a dozen pairs & never had an issue

ILookGlasses is a very user friendly way of ordering eye glasses online. Very good quality and leaves a great feeling I supported a Canadian company. The only downside is having to decide from the hundreds of beautiful styles available! (not really a downside lol) 5 stars for every aspect- ordering ease, shipping, quality, choice selection etc!

Previous frames broke. Ordered new glasses and replacement frames. Glasses arrived. Frames came a couple weeks later. New glasses have different style arms that I'm not really happy with. They are not sprung like my first pair. Pros: great price, lenses are good. Frames a bit light and fragile for a carpenter.

I was a little sceptical at first about buying online because I had tried another company before and even though they had a great return policy, it didn't work out. The glasses from ilookglasses came perfect for my progressive lenses. The only thing I would caution anyone about is making sure of the size of glasses you are buying. Compare the frame size with an old pair. Get as close as possible to the number inside the frame arm. You can save a lot of money, a lot!

I didn't fill out the eye strength the same on both pairs, it was pick up and an email was sent to me very quickly asking if I had made a mistake, and I had. The prices even without a discount are good.

It's pretty easy to measure a pair of glasses you have and compare them to the dimensions of the glasses you want. I like having a second back up pair it's in great incase you need to make a repair. I often fall asleep on-top of my glasses so I can't blame them. Took like 30 minutes to buy new glasses, showed up in about a week. Can't really ask for anything more.
